Overall, this was a lovely place and surprisingly quiet for the number of units. The inside of the unit is a bit dated, but overall, this was a great value for the money.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very simple check in process even being late with our flight, several hot tubs on the property and close to walk into town! Ben was super easy to get ahold of and responsive to questions!

We were so glad we chose to stay in Canmore instead of braving the crowds of Banff. We were able to drive everywhere we wanted to go easily and it was so nice to come back to the pool after hiking all day. The condo was well equipped for our needs. The laundry was useful to have and the pullout bed worked great for our 12-year old son. We were very happy.

Apartment was as described, bedding comfortable, parking easy and undercover. I am disabled so elevator was appreciated. The shower not easy for a disabled person to use as over bath with no hand rails on outside wall but for ordinary person bathroom ok.
We did hear people walking about above us when we were in bed in the morning, we didn’t notice anything during the day or during the night.
Lounge was comfortable.

The property was very clean and enough space for our family of 4. The pull out couch as well at the main bedroom bed were very comfortable. Underground parking was great and kids loved the pool! You can’t beat this location- very close to amenities and a short drive to Banff.
Would not hesitate to stay again!

Location is great. Many walkable restaurants and drinking holes. Comfortable bed and dedicated parking underground. No issues with noise and easy check in and check out process. Owner is very responsive. Would suggest some nicer towels but that is really just nit picking. Would absolutely stay here again.

Such a great little apartment. Met all my needs. Was close to all activities I was in town for. Property was very clean and well kept. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We recently stayed in one of the King suites with mountain-view balcony (2nd floor) and it was everything we could have wanted for our very first visit to Canmore. Our room had a beautiful view and sitting on the balcony was spectacular! We could easily walk to restaurants and craft breweries (The Grizzly Paw Brewing Company was our favourite!!) and the on-site heated pool and hot-tubs are perfect after a long day of site-seeing or golfing. The property itself is dated but the amenities are wonderful. Free, safe parking and the full-kitchen and fireplace for the cool evenings were appreciated and also better than staying at a hotel with minimal options. Our host, Ben, was helpful, fantastic and extremely quick with responding to any questions we asked. Don’t hesitate to book through Ben, we will be back one day!

Wonderful vacation getaway! The unit was clean and well stocked with basics. It was comfortable with kitchen upgrades. The location was convenient to the town of Canmore with a short drive to Banff and surrounding sights. Parking at the unit was easy with space always available. A National Parks pass was a very nice perk too!

Really enjoyed our time at Ben’s place! Extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. It was nice to have a fully stocked kitchen and a washer/dryer to use. We loved the pool and hot tub. Check in and check out was easy and there was ample parking. Great location close to town. Bed and sofa bed were super comfortable. Kids enjoyed the selection of DVDs and also the wifi was great. Great communication with Ben as well. Would highly recommend this place for families!

Great spot to call home for the week. Canmore is beautiful, we were able to walk to downtown from our place. Nice to have onsite laundry & we took advantage of the hot tub, which was lovely after a long hike. The apartment was clean, functional & centrally located. We would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful stay in Canmore, a short walk from downtown Canmore and a short drive from Banff. We made good use of the kitchen and laundry facilities, which were essential for our outdoor activities. While the communication from the owners comes a few days before arrival, it is thorough and has all the necessary information. Only wish: that the other guests/residences took quiet hours more seriously. Overall, a wonderful property as a base to see a wonderful part of the world.

The property had a very strong smell of curry, which didn’t disappear despite windows/doors open. The towels were white but had some stains and were clearly well used.
The owner was very communicative and easy to get in touch with.
Overall the apartment was good apart from the aforementioned.

This a great place to come and unwind. Bright, clean and well equipped. The afternoon sun on the large deck was a great place to sit and read. BBQ worked well, and there are all the tools one needs for it.
Conveniently located in the town, easy walking to gocery stores and shops. Bus transportation within Canmore is no charge and the bus to Banff and connections to Lake Louise, Johnston Canyon etc. is three blocks away.
There was a problem at check-in wherein the room was not cleaned. That was solved, with Ben offering several alternatives.
We would easily stay there again.

Overall, the property was good. Updates to the unit are needed, especially the bathroom.
But the entry into the parking garage was the scariest we have ever experienced. It is just wide enough once the mirrors are retracted to get into. From the scratches on the door frame previous guests couldn't safely navigate their entrance. I suggest getting rid of the center post frame, reinforcing the header with a larger beam, and installing a double wide door. Your future guest will be happier. Until that time, we will not be staying there again. It's not worth the risk to our vehicle.

I was instructed to go to the front desk for check-in, I arrived 15 minutes early and they wouldn’t give me the key. They told me to call or text the prop mgr to get approval bc the place may not be clean yet. I texted Ben and he didn’t respond immediately. I returned at 4:05 and finally got the key. Ben asked me to pick up dryer knobs at the front desk and install them! I didn’t have any problems doing this so I asked the front desk employee and he said “I don’t go through the mail for the owners so you have to do that yourself”. So I went through all the mail boxes and couldn’t find the package. I texted Ben a few minutes later and he said it was just delivered and to return to the front desk to retrieve the knobs. So this will be the 3rd trip I will go to the front desk and the same employee told me the package was on top of the microwave. He was NOT helpful and his name was Steve.
The condo: the oven had dried spills on the oven door, the refrigerator had fingerprints and smears of food on the door, the comforter in the bedroom had blood (not dry) on the right edge, the smell of the pillows and sheets were so bad so I’m not sure if the linens were changed. I travel with Lysol wipes so I went through the entire condo wiping down surfaces and CLEANING!!! This was a horrible start to my vacation. By the way, I had just driven 8 days from the east coast.
I told Ben that the condo was not clean so he said he would send the cleaning lservice the following day. They came and brought Tide detergent and cleaned a couple of smears on the oven surface & nothing else! By the way there were only two knobs that he said he ordered through Amazon so there was always one missing on the washing machine. I can provide pictures of all of what I’ve described.
At the end, I was charged an extra cleaning fee for pet cleaning. I left the condo so much cleaner than I had gotten it. I am a nurse and I don’t want to contact and viruses or illnesses so I’m constantly wiping down surfaces. This condo needed deep cleaning and I did report someone smoking in the building because I smelled the smoke coming into the bedroom. Ben said it was supposed to be a smoke free building. No one did anything about it because I smelled smoke every morning for 6 days! I am allergic to smoke so I had to leave the condo whenever I started to smell the smoke.
Horrible VRBO experience and I have stayed at several VRBO Properties for several years.

The condo was an ideal location to visit the Canadian Rockies. We visited many of the top scenic places with easy access. We loved our stay.

The process of booking and checking in and out was wonderfully easy. We appreciated the regular communication with the property owner. A great place for a couple to stay as long as they like. It was a bit tight for space with 3 adults. Thanks for a great experience.
