The room was spacious

The air on was not working - after the power goes every time, I had to get up to switch it on.

The rates are slightly high....

The stay was comfortable...but there were some issues with regard to complementary breakfast... we didn't take breakfast from the hotel...

The AC was not working for 2 days...( the temperature was not high...hence we could adjust)

Used restaurant,food was good

Bedding wasn’t changed after previous guest,stained,dirty and disgusting.Receptionist said it’s a festive period and they been short on staff

There was a massive rat in my room in the middle of the night!!! All they did was change my room, pathetic i should be refunded for this trip

It is clean and well maintained

bathroom design was wierd . The entire bathroom gets wet including commode are if one goes for a bath. Hotel is clean inside, but nothing much outside

A little attention would make a great difference

This hotel has a lot of potential. Staff are warm and welcoming. Good restaurant on the ground floor. Situated outside the historic part of town but within a brisk walk

No hot water. No in-room safe. Problems with key card on several occasions. Room was not cleaned every day, only on request. A little attention by management would go a long way.

This place is conveniently located at a walking distance from the Cantt railway station. We have stayed there twice and consider to be best option in Varanasi. Definitely worth the money!

The hotel was absolutely pathetic and not at all value for money .The food was in the menu was never available and same breakfast with no variety was there on a daily basis. There was some construction work going on in the hotel hence a lot of noise and disturbance was there in the hotel

.Very Comfortable stay. Food is very delicious. Staff is very good and friendly . We stayed for three nights without any issues. I highly recommend this hotel .

Everything is fine just a few fine tune required to make it perfect

Behavior of staff was good , food was good and ambience was also good

Please look into the issue for better hot water facility. Faced a lot of issues with that.

We (our family) had one of our most memorable outings, thanks a ton!

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful & all our family members thoroughly enjoyed it. An excellent facility with all the required amenities & an awesome support staff. I thought the support staff (front desk, travel services & the restaurant pretty much everyone) went beyond their expected duties to make the guests stay comfortable, it was very kind of them & much appreciated.
