The property was good. Staff was excellent.
Location great.
Not a lot of information on the rooms on the website.

High end accommodations, even for Aspen. Perfectly, located at the base of the mountain. Excellent concierge service for these first time Aspen visitors.

perfect. would come again for sure!

It was delightful to stay right by the base of the gondola for skiing, and right in town for exploring. The town of Aspen is vibrant and bustling. We used the hot tub everyday when we came down from the slopes, and the free shuttles to the other resorts were very convenient. We especially loved the hot chocolate and snacks near the ski storage area at the end of the day. Only drawback - the ice skating rink was officially closed for the remainder of the season. Didn’t get a chance to ice skate.

Aspen Mountain Residences was a wonderful location with a lovely breakfast included, nice gym and jacuzzi the other couple we travelled with and we used. We only had to walk a block to rent skis at Four Mountain or we could have rented skis right there at the property! They also kept our skies boots and poles overnight and had a shuttle to the other 3 mountains! The bus stop was right in front! Aspen mountain was a short block away!! Maid service and all of the hospitality folks were terrific!

Cannot complement the staff enough. Everyone from top to bottom went out of their way to ensure you had a great experience. Unfortunately, the A/C went out for the entire hotel and it was unclear how long it would actually take to repair. We chose to move to a different location for the last five days of our trip. They understood and even transported us to the new location. Without having to ask, they refunded the balance of our stay. Caring and professional, there is no doubt we will return on our next trip to Aspen.
Forgot to mention, location, location, location. There is no more convenient place to stay in all of Aspen.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Aspen Mountain Residences, and Tami was fantastic to work with. This place is all you could want in an Aspen stay...luxury accommodations, amazing location, fantastic staff, super clean...the total package! This was our first trip to Aspen, but we will be back.

We walked everywhere; to Aspen Mountain, amazing restaurants, art galleries, shopping and the grocery store!

Property is located in a prime area of downtown Aspen and is functionally a hotel. Will certainly be staying here again!

Our rental request process was flawless. Tami was very responsive to the reservation request and subsequent questions. She was very prompt, friendly, and professional. I will definitely rent from her again.
The property is in the perfect location for easy walking access to Aspen slopes, shops, and restaurants. It is well maintained and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms and common areas, including the pool/outside grounds are very nice, and in my opinion, luxurious.

Excellent Stay!
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Aspen Mountain Residences. The location, accommodations and staff were all first class. Easily the best deal in town versus other high end hotels. We will be back!

Great location and property!
Loved the place! The property couldn't be better. :-)

I enjoyed this property. It would be much better if you could actually call and speak with someone at the property. A more upbeat welcome would help. Please improve your breakfast. Only thing we had was the coffee. It’s a very low end breakfast for the price you pay for the rooms.

Beyond Perfection
There is so much wonderfulness to recap, I’ll summarize high points: people, location, kitchen, bathroom, living space, skiing and Aspen
People: First, Tami saved my holiday. I moved to the Hyatt Residence Club from the St. Regis to have a kitchen since Pitkin County closed restaurants for indoor dining. The apartment I rented didn’t have one. I didn’t notice. Tami did. And told me. And fixed it. She saved my trip.
Second, the amenities go beyond any possible expectation. It is a chance to try out a marvelous gourmet kitchen, with All Clad pans (stainless steel and yet they wash as clean as my non-stick at home), Thermador and Viking appliances, every shape wine glass – just to give you an idea about the attention to details.
The bathroom is above category – it has a huge jetted tub and a separate standalone steam shower. Plus heated floors around the toilet. Amazing.
Beyond that, everything is magnificent. A baronial dining table, a eat in kitchen counter top with high chairs, TVs, fireplace, marvelous bed.
I’ve stayed 3x as long as first intended. And loved every minute. And I can’t wait to bring my family to savor this perfection in vacation living next year.
PS – for those wondering about Aspen, yes there are less parties. Yes everything closes early. But the skiing can’t be beat, lines are less than 5 minutes once you get on the mountain and you feel like the slopes are your own. An extraordinary luxury privilege and experience.

Fantastic location. Studio was fine but would have liked a bit more room.

great location
we had a great time. the staff and services were great, especially Rob. The room was dark but overall, we enjoyed the room and the kitchen. I do wish there were more utensils, instead of just two of everything. Overall, great location.

Perfect week in Aspen!
This location cannot be beat! SHORT walking distance to EVERYTHING in the town of Aspen! We even walked over to the foot of the mountain to access hiking trails for our 7 mile round trip hike up then down the mountain. The Hyatt was ultra clean, beautifully furnished and decorated! The bed was comfy and bathroom large with a soaker tub and excellent water pressure in the shower! Great work-out facility and pool area as well. We absolutely would/will stay there again. Tami Brown responded to every message from me within 30 minutes and we even texted later in the week to arrange two more nights when we extended our stay! Unforgettable vacation in the books thanks to Tami's accommodations!

The property is in a great location. The staff is friendly and it’s a very nice place to stay
During Covid breakfast, housekeeping, and valet has been suspended. With that being said the staff was friendly and worked around the restrictions quite well. We got new towels and trash pick up when ever we let them know it was needed. This is our 3rd stay here and we will be back. We really like the property.
