If you are attending an event at the Tulsa Expo, the BOK Center in downtown Tulsa, or the University of Tulsa, our home is the perfect place for you! Sleep comfortably in queen beds furnished in 3 bedrooms, or in a full sized bed in the loft room. A sleeper sofa also accommodates 2 additional guests. For smaller parties, the home can be zoned down to a 2 bedroom, 1 bath which excludes usage of the game room, loft, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Call for availability and rates. Enjoy the loaded amenities, including, a fully furnished kitchen, washer and dryer, 3 Smart TV's with free Wi-Fi access, game room with Foosball table, and a patio with charcoal grill and fenced yard. The house was very clean and perfect in terms of space. Common areas were large and worked well, and everyone had a bed. Traffic is loud but didn't bother us and is mainly an issue in the front bedroom. I'd highly recommend this spot to anyone.

This is a lovely updated home. The beds were comfortable and the space was perfect for everyone to have their own bedroom! There was plenty of sitting space in the living room for the 5 of us to be comfortably together and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We have stayed in several homes and this is one of our favorites! Only down side was the street traffic in the mornings for the front bedroom. If you are a late sleeper this is not the room for you. We would definitely stay here again if in the area!!

This was a great property set up real well we all enjoyed it and Tallys route 66 is such a great place also only complaint i had at all was the BBQ grill was a mess.

I stayed at John's property, Driller's Den, during University of Tulsa's graduation weekend in May. My mom and dad, sister and her teenage daughter, my husband and I all stayed comfortably in this home. The home was clean and well appointed with plenty of linens, extra pillows, and all the basics we needed. I always forget to bring plastic wrap and aluminum foil and there was some in the unit that really saved me! Driller's Den was the perfect home to celebrate this special weekend. Thanks, John!

We had a great stay at this property! The owner was quick to respond to our questions, the home was clean, and it was the perfect amount of space for the adults and teens in our group to be able to spread out a little! It is located on a fairly busy street so there was a little bit of road noise but it wasn't too bad and didn't stop us from sleeping well!

Enjoyed our stay. Nice having 4 beds and 2 bathrooms. Felt safe in the neighborhood but street traffic was a bit busy at times but not to bad. Would stay there again.

Everything went as planned. No issues. We were in Tulsa for the NCAA National Championships at the BOK Center. Breakfast at Talley’s in the morning which was like 150 yards away, convenience store 2 doors down. A less than $10 Uber to the event. A great place for 4-8 people attending an event downtown.

We stayed at this lovely home over Christmas and New years. It housed our family and friends perfectly. It was cozy and provided enough space for everyone! Would 10/10 return when visiting Tulsa again.

We booked this house for our family Christmas. We e enjoyed playing games and hanging out. The house is great and easy to get to. We looked at Rhema Christmas lights and enjoyed a couple of meals at Tally’s which is less than a block away. We always enjoy our stay here and will book again!

This home was perfect for our family at the Tulsa State Fair! 4 beds and a fold out futon! Kitchen was great for anything we needed. Washer and dryer is very important for us to wash show clothes! House was amazing and perfect for us! We will be back!

The Good: Property was located in a good area though very close to the street, spacious rooms and good check in process Not so Good: The kitchen floor was sticky, the guest bathroom was not draining water properly, we had ants in one of the rooms to the left, Terrible: called John as we had no internet and did not offer help to come fix it, he said it worked the previous weekend when other folks were there. Seriously no empathy or to try different things or even sorry he just hanged up. Honestly terrible.
