SOUTH BEACH JEM RESORTS, Magnificent Mediterranean style 2-story, 3,000 sq. ft. home, features 5 bedroom suite -hotel style- and 4 full bathrooms. single family residence, upstairs with 2 master suites with exposed open wood beam vaulted ceilings with beautiful sky lights and private full size bathrooms, first master suite has 1 king size bed and 1 sleeping sofa, second master suite has 2 queen size beds and one full size futon bed, both master suites with cedar lined closets in bedrooms and hallway. Second floor landing with access to large outdoor terrace overlooking the sites of South Beach. Downstairs: 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, one large bedroom with two (2) full size beds and another small bedroom with two (2) twin beds. Very large living room, large dinning room and large kitchen. We loved the house, the location and the amazing host, Luis! He could not have been more attentive to whatever we needed. We had a big group of family members for Thanksgiving. It was an amazing time in large part thanks to this incredible, easy house and facilities. We would love to return.

This property is much more spacious than advertised which was amazing. Extremely clean house with plenty of room for all 15 of us. Luis was an exceptional host, and was very responsive via text message for anything we needed. The house was also in a good area with a grocery store, liquor store, and CVS all within walking distance so it was easy to get everything we needed just after arriving. I would highly recommend booking here for a great trip to Miami Beach!

The host was there from the beginning and very communicative. He’s a really cool guy and has surprises for you when you visit. I would 10/10 recommend this spot! The location is perfect and by citibikes that you can rent while you’re there. Great spot for a large group or just close set of friends. Amazing time during new years!

Great location in a very nice neighborhood convenient to Flamingo Point and walking distance to great dinning, a cute Cuban bakery, a CVS, and Wholefoods. Nice back courtyard. A bonus roof deck that with a little more furniture and seating would be ideal for evening cocktails or a night cap with the Miami skyline in relief.

Exactly as advertized
Luis and Jeanette were super responsive to all my group's needs. Amazing house, amazing location and absolute homerun for my group of 8 in town for golf and nightlife. Would stay here again 100 X out of 100. They also have all required permits and paperwork.

The location wasn't bad. The villa itself was much better than I expected. It was very spacious and contained everything needed for a large group stay. I wish we could have stayed another day.

Jeanette was great to deal with.
The only negative was the bathroom tissue...there was none, but it was a minor setback as we were on block away from the store.
The house was clean and the showers were plentiful-no need to take a number.
Absolutely a positive experience. Glad we decided to stay here.

And a 20 minute walk (5 minute taxi) to hotels like the Sagamore and Delano. Luis and Jeannette were overly accommodating and instantly available when the internet password didn't seem to work, immediately coming by to reset the system (and gift us a great bottle of wine!). We had 7 guys in the house with plenty of room to spare, stocked up the fridge and kitchen with some essentials and got to spend alot of quality time together that you'd miss out on if in separate hotel rooms. I'd recommend for anyone with a good sized group looking for a super clean, well located house in the heart of it all.

Awesome experience
The description was accurate regarding location, layout and amenities. The property was very clean and well maintained and seemed to have been recently renovated. Mrs. Jeannette provided great customer service and I would strongly recommend this property to any large group. We had a group of 11 gentlemen and it was comfortable for all of us to enjoy. South Beach was close and we enjoyed the attractions and restaurants and the stay at this home made our trip memorable. I would stay at this location if we travel to South Beach again.

Amazing & easy stay in South Beach!
Our stay at Jeannette's villa went as seamlessly as possible! The house is just as clean & spacious as it appears in all the photos. We had plenty of space in the house for our group of 12 girls without anyone feeling cramped and there was enough room in common areas for us all to gather comfortably. Jeannette was very flexible about check in & check out time, which was very appreciated. The house was also well located in that we could walk to pick up anything we needed and anywhere we wanted to go out was a short and inexpensive uber ride away. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for an idea place to stay in the area for a group!

A large group of us stayed here for a weekend trip to Miami. The location is awesome. Easy walk to Lincoln Rd/ restaurants/shops and the beach wasn't too far off either.
Bryan was so easy to work with at check in, especially with our group's sporadic arrival schedule.
Plenty of space in the house- many bedrooms, large communal areas, and everything was up to date. The patio was an added bonus and the neighbors were so friendly.
Would definitely stay in this house again!

Thank you for hosting us to stay your nice property for our family reunion. We love the property. The location was very good. Walking distance to Lincoln Mall road. The beach was not very far away. We ubered to the beach because there was no parking spot. The house is fully equipped. It was perfect for our family with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Since it was a family reunion, we cooked a lot at the property. The kitchen was little bit small. But it was very nice. Dining area was spacious to hold all of us there. Our host was wonderful. They tried their best to accommodate our needs. Jeannette and her daughter were very friendly. I would highly recommend it to any of my friends. Like a lot of people saying on their reviews, the property looks nicer in person than photos. Lots of cool characters for this gorgeous Spanish home.

Beautiful Property & Owner
Our family had a wonderful Christmas vacation in this beautiful home. Mrs. Varela saved our Christmas after arriving in Miami and finding our original plan was falling apart. The homes are just as advertised. Everything you need to have a great vacation is there! The house is fully stocked. The location is perfect - a quick 2 minute walk to CVS in case you forget something, a quick 5-7 minute walk to Lincoln St. We spent a few days at the beach and when not there enjoyed lounging on the paved patio in the backyard and watched the kids play in the pool. Mrs. Varela is generous, kind and has taken wonderful care of this property. I encourage you to consider this property when you are planning a trip to Miami Beach. I'll be coming back and looking forward to staying here again!

Amazing!
I come to Miami at least once a year and this was one of the best properties that I stayed at. We came for the weekend for a bachelorette party and it was absolutely amazing! Jeanette allowed us to check in earlier than the original 4pm check in time, which was awesome. The house was clean spacious and we had plenty of towels(which is rare). Everything was conveniently located. We will definitely be back! Thanks so much!

Great Time in South Beach
In South Beach with 6 grown men celebrating a 40th B-Day for 5 nights... I was skeptical of the property sleeping us separately, however the property could accommodate us and much more. The photos don't do this property justice. The property is located in a great area, has several amenities (above those listed), spacious, comfortable inside and out. The full kitchen and outside grill (we shared) was priceless for daily breakfast and our cookout. Walking distance from countless number of restaurants and attractions... We enjoyed Prime 112 (steaks and drinks), Lincoln Road (hanging out), Abuelas Cuban Kitchen (breakfast and great coffee), and of course Ocean Drive. We also had a great time in Little Havana (22 mins away) taking in a different culture. Jeannette was a gracious host, very accommodating, giving us the complete tour of the property upon arrival also offering suggestions that will help us to have a better stay. She answered all questions before and after our arrival as well. Jeannette allowed us to enjoy the property without her oversight. I can't say enough how great this property is. Every guy thanked me for choosing this property and we all had an unbelievable time. If I come back I will definitely look to rent this property again. I highly recommend this property to anyone, book now before someone else does!!!

Great Time
My friends and I stayed at Jeannette's villa for my birthday trip. When we arrived, she and her husband went above and beyond to accommodate us by giving us so many options! They were so nice and had so much hospitality! The house had great amenities and everyone was able to sleep comfortably (we had a party of 9). The location was perfect for food and shopping, and getting to the beach was so easy and cheap. We definitely plan to stay at one of Jeannette's properties the next time we visit Miami!

I stayed with a group of girls for a bachelorette party and couldn't be happier with this house! The location is amazing, walking distance to a ton of restaurants and shops. Plus it was only a mile from several clubs and nighttime bars we visited which was a very short, inexpensive drive. Jeannette the owner is amazing and offered answers to my questions, suggestions for food and was an overall exceptional host. the house is an amazing space and we very comfortably slept 10 girls. I am so very happy about our stay and thankful we found this beautiful home. Thanks Jeannette!
