Honeymoon? Anniversary? Just a romantic getaway with your favorite person? Seclusion, privacy and luxury and oh the views! It's all here with a private wrap around deck and floor to ceiling windows. Watch sunrise from the comfort of your own bed! There is probably not a better place for a couple to stay in Turks and Caicos without breaking the bank. This is picture perfect studio with everything you need to enjoy your visit. I have to start with the jaw-dropping views. The studio is perched on a steep hill in the exclusive Turtle Tail neighborhood with dramatic views out over the Caicos Banks. There are wall to wall windows covering 270 degrees of the studio so there is nothing obstructing the endless views. Yet because you aer in a sparsely populated neighborhood full of multi million dollar homes you have incredible privacy. The sun literally rises in one of your picture windows over the ocean. Open the curtains (if you ever closed them - there is no need) and enjoy Sunrise In Bed with coffee or breakfast. When you do get up you and head to the wrap around deck to enjoy the same great views outside. No one can see you but you can see far and wide! If it gets a little hot take a dip in the adjacent pool. This is not a resort with tons of units - the pool is shared with one other small unit so chances are you'll have it to yourself. There is also a BBQ area with shaded dining for al fresco eating anytime and a firepit to light to enjoy the outdoors at night if it gets a little cool. The outdoor spaces are designed to take advantage of the views and the great Provo weather! Inside there is a well stocked kitchenette with four burner electric cook top, full sized fridge with freezer. microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. There is also a full bathroom with spacious shower. Everything you need to enjoy Provo is here: we've included beach chairs and towels of course along with a cooler to keep your drinks chilled when you head to the beach. The house is set on one of the highest points on the island. This takes advantage of 360 degree views and also the wonderful easterly breezes which help keep things cool and enjoyable. Please note : A/C use is generally not needed since we have such great breezes. If you do need to use a/c it is metered and charged at the same rate we pay the utility company. (This property can be rented in conjunction with an adjacent two bedroom cottage for larger groups). Located just off Ocean Drive it is a quiet, safe neighborhood of beautiful homes and open spaces. Yet it is less than 5 minutes drive to the Leeward Highway from where all of Providenciales is within easy reach. Within 2 mins drive (approx. 1 mile) Beaches - with calm shallow water perfect for playing, swimming and snorkeling (maps in villa detailing how to find them) Juba Salina (fishing!), diving and boating Flamingo Lake (flamingos in season)(best bone fishing in Provo) Bob's Bar Marina with dive and tour operators Within 8 minutes drive: Grace Bay Long Bay Turtle Cove, The Bight Park (home of the world famous weekly Fish Fry) Dozens of restaurants! If just you and a partner are going, this place could not be more perfect. It was a fairly close drive to everything, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the entire place was private and quiet. We recommend going to the recommend private beach near the studio. The hosts were amazing – – we somehow cracked the craft on the coffee maker, and they purchased a new one, and dropped it off within a few hours! The studio is remarkably clean with a lot of airflow. We never needed the air conditioner – – the breeze was amazing! There was some construction noise during the day, but no remedy for that. Thank you for a wonderful and most needed vacation. We plan on returning!

The location is not ideal if you want to easily access the beaches, the view is spectacular though. The images online are not accurate to what is there; the fans and bedside lamps need updating (the wire of the bedside lamps are frayed and lights flickers often). The main lights also flicker often, leaving concerns about the wiring. There was no working fire alarm inside. The curtains need to be replaced as there was obvious water damage that stained one of them. The shower door was not operating because it had a wheel that was broken on it. The pool is substantially smaller than what it looks in the photo and it is extremely cold (not refreshing cold). There is a lot of construction going on just below the rental; there was an excavator working every day all day, along with the construction of two potential homes taking place. It took away from any peacefulness the view and isolated location could have provided. The screen doors are all old and have holes in each of them and a few don’t close properly. The cottage next door also uses the sun chairs and pool so you don’t have it all to yourself very often.

We had a lovely 8 day stay at Sunrise Villa!
The views were gorgeous catching the sunrises and a portion of the sunsets.
Terri was terrific and answered all of our questions. When our flight was canceled on our return day , they went out of their way to help us and extend our stay. There are a couple small beaches nearby which were wonderful swimming areas. Will stay there again when we are in Turks!

The place is just as described would suggest a few things shower head needs to be replaced no good pressure, need a long mirror to look at outfits, lights for back for deck at night and maybe a bigger tv. It’s nice to be away from tourist. The view is beautiful.

Property and amazing view is as described! Private, quiet and easy access to Leeward Highway. You can’t walk to the beach but all beaches are a short drive away. Ocean is amazing and hosts were great!

It was an amazing experience. The views in the morning were breath taking. I would 1000000% recommend getting a car rental. I cannot believe if anyone would not opt in getting a car, it is highly needed in Turks. The driving is not bad at all, it is different compared to the U.S. The home itself was amazing, and the pool was very convenient on days it was way too hot. I would recommend a long mirror as there was none. I had the air conditioner on every time we were in the unit, as it gets very very hot. Overall my experience was great. It is perfect for a couple. 10/10.

This was the perfect location for my wife and I as we celebrated her birthday and also our anniversary this month. We enjoyed the views from the panoramic balcony as well as the kitchen and bathroom area. This made our Turks and Caicos trip even better than we expected.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and everything was perfect. The view was incredible, the studio was clean and organized, and the location was convenient to most things we did. I think to call it secluded would be a little stretch but it did have good privacy and I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, this is a good option for a couple. The view from the studio is pretty awesome(minus construction). Everything that you'd want/need is within a short drive. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because this isn't a luxury studio, but with some relatively minor TLC it could be. Being in close proximity to Bob's bar is a definite plus!

The studio was clean and set up perfectly for us. Great spot for 2 adults, the pool was nice and maintained properly. Terri was absolutely wonderful and responsive.

Pictures are pretty accurate. The place looks beautiful. Views are awesome and the breeze gentle and at times typical keeping any bugs away. Pool was very nice. BBQ and fire pit worked well.

My husband and I stayed in the studio and it was perfect for the two of us. Even with the shared outdoor space, it was very private and quiet and we felt very safe there. It was so amazing to wake up every day to the view of the turquoise waters in the distance. We appreciated the towels, chairs, umbrella and cooler being available as well as having a kitchen to do some cooking in. Overall, I couldn’t imagine a more perfect place to stay!

Turks and Caicos far exceeded our expectations. We made it to paradise and what a week!
Venetian Road Settlement Studio could not have been more beautiful and perfectly located. We kept the doors and windows open day and night and enjoyed the trade winds and the stunning view. Loved the hammock for reading, breakfast on the veranda, and the pool to come back from the beach to! Property managers were great with communications and ideas on things to do and directions.
Grace Bay Beach, Taylor Bay Beach, Leeward Beach, snorkeling adventure, kayaking Mangrove Island, sea turtles, dolphins beside our boat, eating outside at oceanside restaurants and incredibly nice people every where we went on the island. HARD TO HEAD HOME!!!

We loved Sunsride Ridge Studio. It is is a great part of the island near a fun beach and writhing a short drive of all other beaches. The pool was lovely and Alison is a wonderful host. We will definitely stay again!

The property during the day was beautiful and at night was very peaceful. We really enjoyed our week there. However, it would be important to note that the property is a little outdated, the furniture is worn down, and the pool is small and rustic. The pictures are not an exact representation and some things do not quite work, like some of the lights.
Also, we could not really get cabs out there. Sometimes we had to call the restaurants to tell them we will be missing our reservations. Be mindful and you should really rent a car, especially if want to get around the island easily. Terri was really helpful in navigating this though.
Lastly, it is a shared property. There were two others staying on the property and we saw them a lot. They were out by the pool frequently and worked from their computers outside throughout the day. This was okay because they were really nice people, but be mindful if you want privacy because it may not happen.

Me and my boyfriend were coming to Turks and Caicos for Valentine’s Day weekend. We were debating about staying at a resort or this property, and we’re so glad we chose this. The views were amazing! We loved the privacy and the huge balcony. Food was pretty pricey on the island so we enjoyed the kitchen to prepare meals. The property was very clean and not too far from anywhere we wanted to go. However, we did wish some of the decor/finishes were more up to date. We also hoped there was a TV in the grill area. Overall, we really enjoyed staying at this property and would definitely return again.

We stayed at Venetian Road with a family of four plus one grandparent. Renting the cottage and the main house was perfect for us. The views are outstanding. The property is well kept and modern. We felt very safe in this neighborhood and on the entire island. We would not hesitate to stay here again. The host was also just great to work with. She gave us lots of tips and was very responsive.

My husband & I have stayed here in the studio twice and both times were perfect! I honestly can’t say anything could have made the stay better! You are at the top of the highest point so waking up every morning you open your eyes to a scene from a movie! It’s quite stunning really. Never gets old and never disappoints.

Sunrise Ridge
When I booked this trip my goal was to get away for relaxation, seclusion and privacy. This place was everything I had hoped for. I traveled by myself and felt very safe. The view was exceptional. My favorite part was keeping the five patio doors open and feeling the constant ocean breeze. I slept the best I have in years. I never turned the TV on once. The neighborhood was so quiet. No traffic at all. I absolutely loved this place and will definitely be back. Alison was very helpful. Thank You!!!

Water conservation is big on the island but we would have liked to have had a few extra towels for the beach and showering. (We were given 3 bath and 2 beach towels for 2 people for 5 days, luckily we were able to get a few more from nearby cleaners.) Also, we arrived on a Sunday and weren't aware the grocery stores do not sell alcohol on Sunday. We were able to go out and have a few drinks but probably would have been more prepared if we had been aware. Overall a great trip and we will certainly stay here again! Thanks!

Paradise Found
Our stay was perfection perched atop the hill surrounded by windows ensured a vista no matter which way I turned. You could not find a more romantic setting in the island. Perfect for a couple. Amenities were great. Location great. While you do share the property with other folks we saw them three times in the week we were there. Book this spot today.

We had an amazing time. Check in was a breeze, house is well stocked, pool was awesome but best of all was the view- waking up to that dreamy green-bluish water was just incredible.

Beautiful View!
The view was every bit as beautiful as the photos and the studio was clean and very comfortable. Communication with Alison was excellent! She met us at the property and was available to us throughout our stay if we needed anything. this was the perfect set-up to enjoy a week with our friends who stayed in the cottage next door. We would definitely stay here again!

Exactly the vacation we needed
This place really lives up to its name. Every morning we woke up to the sunrise and at night watched the sunset from the deck. The weather in Turks and Caicos is perfectly warm during the day and cool at night so we enjoyed sleeping with the screen doors open and letting the breeze blow in. You’ll most definitely need a rental car to access the property and the beaches but it’s so worth it.

Wonderful place to stay
My husband and I came to Turks and Caicos for our wedding anniversary. We had the best time. The pictures of the cottage and studio do not do them justice. Beautiful views and nice beaches all around. Alison was so nice. She was accommodating and made our stay so nice. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing place!
This is an amazing place and the pictures reflect accurately the beauty of the space and views. Away from the crowds. Beautiful 180 degrees view. Quiet, secluded get-a-way. We never overlapped use of the shared pool with the cottage guests. If you are looking for a place away from the resort area, you've found your next stay!

We rented the sunrise ridge studio for our Honeymoon and were stunned just how beautiful it was in person. The pictures are beautiful but watching the ocean change shades of blue is about as relaxing as it gets. The kitchen helped us save on meals and after a few excursions, the roads quickly became familiar in our rental car. Ideal Cab helped us get around to the nightlife, Ian is the best. The Hosts were responsive and we could not have asked for a better trip!!
