Barry was a wonderful host. He meet us and show us the beautiful home we would be staying in. He had a book with things to do and restaurants. The home was GREAT. My kids and I enjoyed the kayaks. Perfect place to introduce them to kayaking. Gorgeous sunset. Home was in a great location to go north or south on the keys.

Christmas in the Caribbean
We were group of 7 traveling from North for Christmas. We enjoyed our time here. Jim and Pam were easy to connect with and responsive. The 19-20 yr olds would have preferred a little more active location- they couldn’t drive to town, etc. We used the boat, kayaks and bikes, went snorkeling and did day trip to Key West.

Cool place!
Barry's place had everything you would want in a waterfront accommodation. It has a rustic charm that mesh's perfectly with the Keys lifestyle, and our group of seven were all comfortable and cool during our stay, with plenty of docking space for our two boats. Barry was very responsive, and he checked in with us a few times to see if we needed anything. We would definitely book there again.

Nice cozy spot!
Great cozy base for family activities. We enjoyed all the marine life we saw from the docks and had a great time out in the kayaks.
The property had everything we needed.

Exceeded our expectations!
We had the best time here! Barry and Tammy are amazingly gracious and generous hosts. We loved using the snorkel equipment and they even took us as their guests to the Dolphin Research Center. If you have the chance to stay here, we can't recommend it highly enough!

Excellent place to stay and sail!
This is my second time staying here and I cannot wait to come back! If you are looking for a "White Glove inspected" upscale hotel room, look elsewhere. But if you want a clean, comfortable, casual apartment with sailboats, kayaks, bikes, and lots of fun, then look no further! Barry and Tammy are the nicest people and very helpful.

Not what we expected
The tree top cottage was small but comfortable. The deck provided no shade from the sun and there was no lounging available in the shadded areas. The outdoor amenities are well used and some need replacement. The sailboat was satisfactory and we enjoyed the few times we were able to get out on the water. Unfortunately the property is very close to the highway and there is a lot of vehicle and truck traffic. We enjoyed visiting the state parks and a few of the local restaurants serving fresh fish. We recommend Lorelies and their key lime coladas!

A slice of paradise.
Conch Key is beautiful. Sunset from the deck are amazing. The cottage is clean with ample dishes, linens and beach towels. It’s close to Grassy Key and Marathon for dining and shopping. Sailing on the Gulf is an added treat! The boats are old, but in working order. The cottage is dated and basic, but we spent most of our time outside so it worked.

So Peaceful and Perfect!
No other words can describe our stay. We wanted an escape from our hectic city lives and we got just that. Barry and Tammy were so friendly and also readily available for any questions and recommendations. We look forward to staying here again. Miss it already!

Perfect key stay!
We had such a great time staying at this cottage on our trip to the keys! Barry's suggestions on places to eat and what to do while in the Key's was exactly what we were looking for! The sunset from the balcony and kayaks just outside the property was so beautiful that we made sure to get back every night for it. We even got to catch a few fish and a manatee swam right under our kayak! Barry and Tammy were so welcoming and wonderful people. I would recommend anyone to stay here :-)

Absolutely fantastic!!!
This place and the experience were unbelievable! The tree house, which literally is up in the palm trees, has spectacular views of the water and the sunsets. The cottage was clean and cozy, sporting decorations and furniture both old and new, kind of eclectic, just like the keys. Barry is a gracious host that takes the time to make sure you have everything you need for a fun getaway. 5 star all the way!!

Comfortable, clean, convenient!
We really enjoyed our stay here. Boats moored outside your front door, and a beautiful Keys sunset from the deck? You just can’t beat the views! We loved the use of boats and kayaks-a huge perk! It’s very convenient to both the upper and lower keys. Great little restaurants fairly close to the house. Owners are super helpful, friendly, and responsive. Recommended!!

Fantastic!
Loved this place!! So much nicer than other places I've stayed in the Keys - I almost didn't book because there were no reviews...I was worried it was too good to be true! The place was very nice and the owners are some of the coolest people you can hope to meet in the Keys! I will be booking again!
