This beautifully furnished Lake Martin home is perfect for memorable family vacations, fun get-a-ways with friends, candle-lit romantic weekends or exciting fall football celebrations (only 30 min. from Auburn!). Our returning guests have loved the peaceful privacy, convenient location and extra touches that make this vacation home an unforgettably amazing experience. Come enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Marin from the large screened porch on the main level and spacious patio and cooking area on the lower level.

To make your vacation care-free, we offer extras such as: life vests for children, noodles, and lounge chairs. Just leave your worries behind and come indulge in rest, fun and relaxation!

Six private bedrooms sleep fourteen in beds. Two levels make this home perfect for multiple families. Main level has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area with fantastic views. Lower level has 3 bedrooms, kitchenette, bathroom and large living area also with beautiful views. Master has king bed, bedroom 2 has bunk beds and twin bed with twin trundle (sleeps 4), bedroom 3 has king bed, and all other bedrooms have queen beds. Breathtaking views of lake from three of the private bedrooms, kitchen, upper and lower level dining rooms/living areas, large screened porch and large covered patio. 46” flat screen TV and DVD player in upper den, 35' TV with DVD player and Wii in lower den, 42” flat screen TV and Blue Ray DVD player in master bedroom. 27' TV in extra bedroom. 100 plus DVD movies (wide variety) for your enjoyment. Cable, wireless internet, telephone available. Large stationary dock with large attached floating dock. River North Marina (they offer boat rentals) just around the bend and public boat ramp apprx. three miles. Winn-Dixie grocery store and great restaurants, dine-in and take out, only five minutes away on highway 280.

My Family, 15 people, loved our week at the Lakehouse. Family had a blast, my 3 rating for the location was due only to the time and gas $ to travel to the southern section of Lake Martin by our rented Pontoon boat. The house was / is fantastic, plenty of room. All of us just loved our time at the home and on the lake. We've never had a better family vacation together!

This home and its location was perfect for our family. The house was clean and well kept, stocked with games and plenty of room for everyone. Everyone had their own private area for winding down after the days activities as well. The setting on the lake was beautiful, and this was thebperfect time of year as it was very quiet and the weather was perfect. Gingers communication was outstanding as well. We hope to make it back and stay here again in the future.

Our family enjoyed staying in this wonderful, very clean home. We brought a canoe and enjoyed the best day paddling around in Lake Martin in front of this home. The home has 6 bedrooms and is ideal for a family. The location is extremely convenient to Auburn.

This past wknd was my wife’s bday and the auburn/uga football game. We had 5 couples in our group. There was plenty of room for all of us. The view is incredible, all of the amenities are 5*, short drive to auburn. We had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this property.

We had our first get together at this house in September of 2020 and fell in love with it . House is beautiful and very clean. Plenty of room for 12 people. Love the screened in porch and downstairs patio and fire pit. The large dock has room to park 3 boats . Great parking for vehicles and boat trailers also. The Boat launch ramp is a short 10/15 minute drive from the House and less than 5 minutes by boat.

This is a beautiful home located in a great part of the lake. Not too busy so you can enjoy the pier area, and just a short boat ride to anywhere you want to go. Will definitely rent again!!

The house was very clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. This is the third place we’ve stayed in at Lake Martin and this one has been the nicest and largest. We had plenty of room for our 3 families to spread out and have still have plenty of room. The downstairs was like a house on its own. We can’t wait to go back.

The home was well described on the listing. While it is very dated as the pictures show, it was clean and had everything we needed. Beware that the steps are of jagged stone staggering down to the bottom with no hand rail. When it rains they are very slick and uneven. We had a woman in her 50s in our party slip on stairs rolling down hill and broke two bones in her leg. A very Unfortunate incident. I would be careful with anyone older and would not recommend this place for anyone older or who has concerns about walking down steep stone steps. The ems service was very friendly and had a special chair gurney/lift to make the over 40 foot vertical ascent up after the horrific fall. The location for us was far from restaurants by boat. On our faster boat it took about 40 min at 30/40mph to the social and chuckwallas marina pizza. If you stay here I would plan on eating all meals in unless driving to restaurant.

We’ve stayed at this home several times and have never been disappointed. The house is wonderful and great location! The furnishings are comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked with whatever we need. It is close, just a few minutes, to stores, restaurants and a marina with boat rentals. The owner, Ginger is quick to respond to any questions you may have. We will definitely go back for our next family getaway!

This house was perfect for our annual family vacation! The grandkids absolutely loved fishing from the dock, where they caught a 6-1/2 pound catfish, and we brought boats so we did more fishing in the lake. We are already talking about coming back next year

This property was absolutely beautiful. The home has 6 bedrooms and 3 baths. The bathrooms were well situated though, so they were easy to use and we had no problems sharing. The downstairs area was great for the younger crowd to play in while those who wanted a quieter environment chose upstairs. The upper deck was awesome for watching the beautiful sunrises and for just sitting out and enjoying the view. We felt very comfortable with our younger children on this deck since there is no door or stairs to the lower area. Completely screened in with ceiling fans it would be perfect any time of the year. We can't wait to book this house again in the future, possibly in the summer when we could use the lake.

It was perfect for the 6 of us that stayed there during our bass club's out of town tournament. With 6 bedrooms everybody had their own room. Refrigerators downstairs and upstairs, and being able to sit on the outside screening area with a 6 seat table was ideal. It also has two grills. If we go back to Lake Martin we will definitely reserve it again.

This is our 2nd time to stay here and have already booked for next year. We prefer gas grill over charcoal but that’s a personal preference and we just bring our gas grill with us. They have multiple household amenities to make the stay much like home.

This property is a great location, conveniently located near stores, restaurants, marina, but just far enough off the highway to have a pleasant stay. Ginger was great to work with and was quick to respond when needed. The house is well stocked with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, seating, etc. The large, well furnished porches were great. Televisions were easy to use and box fans in every closet! Boat rental just around the point. Enough outdoor trash cans to accommodate our large group. Two charcoal grills. Our only concern was the hill/steps to the water. Since we’re not as young as we used to be, the steps were tough. We were hoping for a more gradual slope, but we made it work. It definitely did not prevent us from having a great time! Definitely recommend!

Stay was really nice. Owners have place well setup with almost everything you would need. Upstairs screened in porch used even more than expected. Large dock & all the chairs also really nice. Water was clean & cool. Would go again, maybe next year.

This home was perfect for our extended family getaway! Host was friendly and available quickly by text. Had a a great view of the lake. There is a marina close by where we rented a pontoon boat and had a beautiful day on the lake. My brother-in-law caught several fish right off the dock, so great for fishermen too. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

This home was such a wonderful and relaxing venue for our family gathering. We enjoyed swimming and fishing off the dock, relaxing on the porches, and sharing meals together. There were so many places to enjoy and plenty of room for our large family to spread out. Not only did this house meet all of our family’s needs, but it exceeded our expectations, and everyone had an amazing time! We will definitely return! Thank you to the hosts!
