Mountain modern and luxury living, 485 Windrift Lane is a professionally decorated and remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in an ideal location tucked away from the Main Street crowds and resort traffic but still so close to it all!
An open main level great room offers an inviting living room with ample sectional seating and club chairs facing the floor to ceiling stone fireplace and large flatscreen HDTV with DVR. Beautiful mountain views of both ski resorts can be seen throughout, and the adjacent dining area provides a large dining table for 8 guests. A sliding glass door from the main level accesses a private covered patio with dining table for 4, rocking gliders, and a Gas BBQ Grill.
A fully stocked kitchen enjoys stainless steel appliances with a gas range and kitchen counter with 3 barstools. The entryway / mudroom area provides plenty of hooks, shelves, bins and a bench. A large laundry room near the kitchen offers full size washer and dryer and extra storage space.
Down the hall is a large king bedroom suite with two closets, a private bathroom including a large slate shower with bench, and separate toilet room, HDTV/DVR, and a sliding glass door out to a private patio with seating near a delightful mountain stream. Next door is a Queen bedroom with large closet, HDTV/DVR, and sliding glass door to the same private back patio. A full bathroom is located along the same hallway with large Jacuzzi Tub, shower, toilet, and spacious vanity.
Townhome comfortably sleeps 6 in beds with the Queen Sofa Sleeper in the living room sectional. A twin inflatable bed with linens is also available upon request.

Occupancy and Vehicle Limit: A maximum of 6 people are allowed to be in the house at any time. No more than 1 vehicle per 5 guests is allowed at any time in the garage or driveway. There is no street parking allowed.
No Parties/No Events/No Large Gatherings: Absolutely no house parties, no events and no large gatherings. If a house party attempts to occupy the property, the group and Tenant will be evicted, and all monies will be forfeited. No loud music will be tolerated, and all music should be turned off at 10 pm.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. An adult must be always present in the house when the property is occupied. Tenant acknowledges that hazards exist for children.
Slippery and Icy Conditions Exist: The driveway will be plowed, and the entry will be shoveled after it snows, but there still exists slippery and icy conditions, including but not limited to roof snow and icicles.
No Open Flames: Tenant agrees to always have a responsible adult present while a fire is burning in the fireplace. No lit candles are allowed.
No Equipment in the House: Please keep all skis, snowboard, poles, bikes and equipment in the garage.
Governing Laws: Guest agrees to abide by the laws, rules and regulations of the governing jurisdictions.

Some feedback for you...
We were visiting our adult children, who live within a walk from this home. We would stay at this location again (and again!) EXCEPT, my wife is in a wheelchair, and neither of the bathrooms were accessible via her chair. The entry was accessible for a manuel chair, but neither bathroom door was wide enough.
Please let us know if you offer other homes in the neighborhood with doors that are at least one+ inch wider! Thank you.

Also having a garage for our car was nice given that a few feet of snow fell while we were there. The only negative was that we were on 1st floor unit. Footsteps from people above us was very loud and annoying, e.g. if trying to take a nap. Reserve a second floor unit here instead, if possible.

Wonderful stay in a quiet neighborhood! Hosts were helpful and the condo was beautiful, comfortable and well-stocked. Excellent Park City Location and Property
Property was as advertised. Very clean with plenty of room for four adults. Stocked with plenty of supplies like paper towels, toilet paper, bath towels etc. Kitchen was equipped with everything you could possible need if you like to cook in and even had a nice supply of spices and other items. Great proximity to Deer Valley and Park City and three minute drive to main street. Would definitely stay here again.

This lower unit 2 bedroom condo is a is packed with nice amenities. It has very nice new and modern furnishings throughout. Loved the easy on gas fireplace. Lots of gadgets to do your cooking. Washer and dryer was great. Nice towels and linens. When we visited the pool was closed but we were provided with gueat passes to a nearby high end gym that has a pool and hot tub which was perfect. We had peekaboo views of Park City ski resort and the fall colors from the living room. The location is easy, just off the main thoroughfare . We enjoyed being in this small complex as it was very quiet and uncrowded. The host was super responsive which we really appreciated. Highly recommend it!
