Where do I start? This place is amazing. We were a group of 14 middle-aged best girlfriends and we all felt like we had the best bed/room in the house. This house is 3 floors and the extra refrigerator on the ground floor was PERFECT for our backyard/pool beverages. The walk to the beach takes only a couple minutes which makes it so easy to go back and forth! Hope to stay here again!!

All Decked Out not so Decked out
Family before trashed the place. Trash was in the yard, closet doors broken, patio chairs broken, floors were dirty, vents had mold on them, and third floor patio white chairs were black. There was broken glass pieces in dishes. The pool was not clean and plugged with water balloons. Descriptions on VRBO were misleading and numbers do not all match. Furthermore, prices don't match signs posted in house.

Great house!
The house was perfect for the 18 people we had staying there. The manager was great to work with. Absolutely no complaints! We did have to buy bath cloths because there was only 4 bath cloths in the whole house but that was no big deal.

Great place!
Great place to stay! Owner was very responsive. Short walk to the beach. Pool was a lot smaller than what we expected but otherwise we had fun! Patio was a great addition to the home.

Not so decked out
While we had a blast and the location and house is amazing. The house lacked some basic amenities. There was no beach towels, extra rolls of toilet paper or any basic kitchen supplies such as salt, pepper or cooking oil. Would definitely book again but would be nice to know beforehand.

We had 14 people with our group and this place was great! Everyone slept comfortable! Close walking distance to the beach and pool was great!

Perfect multi family getaway
We really enjoyed our stay at “Decked Out”. There was a ton of room with plenty of beds for our three families (5 adults and four kids). The pool and outdoor space was perfect when we got home from the beach each day. The older couple of our group stayed downstairs and liked that they could make their coffee early without disturbing us. There was plenty of kitchen equipment and tons of beach toys- no need to bring pool or beach toys (a large collection which even included beach chairs, one small boogie board, a beach wagon, & two umbrellas (although both were slightly broken) They even had four beach bikes and a ping pong table which we enjoyed using (the table needs a screw reworked underneath to sturdy it more). The downstairs fan remote didn’t work even though we tried a new battery but the fan still works. They had some games and the decor was very nice. We used the washer/dryer daily without any issues. Our only complaint was that the floor was sandy right from the start and we had to sweep (but being at the beach this may be near impossible to avoid). Our feet would turn black real quick so I just wore flip flops indoors the whole time. We were also told they had staffing issues due to the pandemic so it may have been the best they could do for the time being. Overall, we loved the home and experience. Many memories were made here. Fun Family Week
Great Property, pool was perfect for the kids when they weren't at the beach. Super location, easy walk to the beach.
The beach toys, chairs, and bikes were an added bonus.
Property had everything we needed.
Maybe check the cleaning staff. The floors were sandy and I assume several bunk beds on the main floor were not washed from the previous week's group. The bunk beds had sand in them as well. We washed the bedding and had great week.

Property and VRBO management issues.
Communication with VRBO prior to vacation was very slow and sometimes no response. Had requested Rental of Golf Cart months prior to date of vacation, but no reply from VRBO. Ended up paying double for Golf cart rental which wasn't fair. Property floors were very dirty. Dishwasher broken, stained linens, broken bed spring, broken toilet. Pool spa jets didn't work.

Perfect Vacation
We did our annual family vacation in Destin and this definitely tops the list. Our group had no issues with the house despite others experiences. I don’t remember having to contact the property manager Ms. Moody for any issues. We rented the golf cart last
minute and she worked with us to ensure all the documents were completed without difficulty. Someone came by to repair the washer/dryer but it worked fine for us. We did several loads of laundry while there. We were given the code to check in when we got there and that went seamless. We were sure to read all the instructions for the use of the house which are clearly posted in the kitchen. Everything we needed was there from pots and pans to the bicycles that everyone enjoyed. Location is very close to the beach and when not at the beach we made good use of the private pool. The kids loved the pool and this is something that’s a must for all future rentals. We rented the golf cart since I had my mom and mother in law with me and mom recently had knee replacement. There is free parking for the golf carts by the beach. There were 3 wasp nests at the house on the ground floor but my husband is handy, we just purchased some spray and took care of it but we also let Ms. Moody know. I can’t say enough about this location and Destin. We definitely will be back. Oh and Crab Island is a must. Do it. You won’t be sorry.

Three generations together at the beach
We had a very nice stay. The house has most everything you might need. The location is great, the pool area is nice and this house was large enough for our party of 14. They do not however provide much in the way of extra TP, basic cleaning supplies or basic kitchen condiments. Overall is was wonderful and whoever gets the house after us, they will be pleased to find two new beach umbrellas and loads of beach toys. FYI if you have small children, we did find a baby gate in the laundry room to use for one set of stairs and we arranged the chairs to provide safety for the other set of stairs. The golf cart is brand new and it was very nice to have for beach runs.

Family trip to Crystal Beach
The house is very nice and location too, but the house need more maintenance and cleaning when we arrived the pool was dirty not ready to swim in it. The house chandelier on dining table was too dusty and living room area near TV too dusty too. One of shower curtains was dirty and washing machine did not worked properly also door knobs on several doors were super loose about to fall off the doors. Other than maintenance and more cleaning to the house the location and accommodation of the house is beautiful.

We stayed at this property over the weekend and we had a great time. The entire family way happy. .plenty of room for all the members of our party. The property manager got back to us really quick with any concern we had. Overall this place was awesome ;-)

Be your own pool boy!
Upon arrival we were not supplied a code to enter even due we had messaged asking about the check in process. We had to wait until after calling the number listed and leaving a message. Finally we were called back and given the code to entry after waiting 10 minutes. We then realized the pool was not cleaned. The pool was full of leaves needing to be cleaned out. We called and were told it would take a couple of days to “get to us”. We had to clean the pool on our own. The grill had no propane and we had to exchange the tank. We took the garbage cans out like we were told we had too. The “property manager” drove by the house and yelled at us to get the cans back in. If you take out the property managers failures the overall property was nice. Location was great. Sleeping arrangements were comfortable. Pool after we cleaned it was great.

Perfect for a large group!
We had plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably and without fighting over bathrooms and space! The back yard is AMAZING!! Plenty of room for everyone to lounge around the pool. Plenty of parking. Short walk to the public beach access. Although the beach was “public”, it was less crowded than many of the high rise condo beach areas. Definitely would stay here again!

Awesome house! Close to everything!
The house was immaculate, well decorated and very well appointed. The backyard/pool area was great as well. The pool is a little on the small side, but we didn't mind. The covered area was a great place to eat and hang out in at night. My only small complaint was the manager of the house would not always respond right away. She was very nice, but must have been busy. Upon arrival you have a starter kit with soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bag, dishwasher pods that will last you a bit, but if you are staying a week, you will need to go out and buy your supplies. Would definitely stay again!

Loved the house and location!
Great house with plenty of room for our family! We loved our stay and very close to everything.
Small minor details that would not change our stay. We had to clean the pool before enjoying it. We also had to take down 2 wasp nest close to the door the first day. (My son was stung twice). Property manager was quick to respond and sent someone over to bring spray. Also, one of the rooms has some kind of bugs since everyone there got bitten. A little fumigation would help. Everything else was perfect we would defently love to come back again.

Not the cleanest but a great house and location
Overall, we were pleased with the house. Unfortunately, it was filled with dead roaches when we checked in. There was no vacuum so we had to call the property manager. She indicated that she had walked through the house 2 days before and it was fine, but it's hard to imagine that. I cleaned up the roaches and pointed out other dirty areas in the house that had not been cleaned well. It was a real turn-off to the start of the trip, although we were happy with the responsiveness of the property manager. The pool heater and hot tub jets were not working, and the pool was cloudy, but she called the pool guy and it was corrected quickly. The dryer was also not working and she had someone fix that as well. The location was great, the outside area was great, and it was a great house for lots of people

Beautiful house with nice back patio/pool area
The house was great! It was pretty close to the beach the pictures were a little deceiving of the pool we thought it was going to be bigger but it was still nice to have. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of space to spread our group out. And the back patio/pool area was great we spent a lot of time there.

Great location
We had a great time at this property. It's very close to the beach and has a great back yard space. The pool was not as big as I thought, and one of the rooms was a bit smaller than I imagined, but it wasn't terrible. There were also a lot of roaches in the back yard and adjoining floor level, I don't know if that's a common thing in this area at this time

My family (8 adults and 2 children) had a great time in Destin. The manager was good to work with us when we had a change is travel plans. The house and pool were clean. The pool was cleaned twice a week. Tons of beach toys and a few chairs, as well as a cart we’re provided. Ping pong table in garage. The beach access was a short walk roughly 5 minutes.
The bikes weren’t in the best condition- rusted, one not working and another ones chain kept falling off. Therefore only two bikes were rideable.
Beach Towels, dish soap, paper towels, trash bags, etc. not provided.
We rented the golf cart however it only worked for a day- we contacted the manager- she thought golf cart company came to fix it but it was never fixed. We did receive a full refund. The golf cart would have made transporting children, elderly and beach things much easier.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home in Destin.

Perfect home for our entire family get-away!
Short walk to the beach was perfect, we used the "beach wagon" to haul our things. There was a golf cart available to rent, but found we didn't need it. Property manager was very accommodating and came and fixed a minor problem with a light as soon as we called. We had all the room we needed, and the POOL was fabulous! Even on the rainy days, the kids spent their time jumping and playing in it. There we a LOT of toys for the beach and the pool.
The only downside we found was that it was not stocked with the basics like other VRBO's we have rented. We had to purchase everything from a dust pan, light bulbs, toilet paper, dish soap to the staples we are used to being there like coffee and filters, salt & pepper. The manager said it is against Florida law to leave things like that. I can see food items I guess, but the basics ...???? Also, the hammocks were dirty and we didn't use because of that.
All in all, we'd rent it again in a heartbeat. Just know there will be that cost of supplies going in. The home is lovely, and decorated well.

Great trip!
We had a great time and the house was beautiful. The only issues we had are not really complaints and did not affect our trip, but more of tips we wish we had known:
1) the listing says there is a blender but there isn’t. Or not that we could find and we looked everywhere. We really wanted to make margaritas and weren’t able to
2) the hot tub is more of a warm tub. It is the temp of a heated pool, but never got hot like a traditional hot tub. In the summer, probably not worth the extra money to have it heated
3) we could only find two small skillets for cooking. For such a large house and 8 people, it took a while to cook enough for everyone. Otherwise, better stocked than most rentals.

Wonderful House
What a wonderful house. It had everything we needed. Close to the beach... we walked every day and the kids rode the bikes provided.
We had my children and grandchildren four families total with children . The pool was just the right size for the children and the Jacuzzi was nice. The kitchen was well stocked and perfect for all of us. We had such a great time on the back covered grilling area by the pool. We used it every night. The house was also immaculate. We all enjoyed it and made wonderful memories there. We were all sad to go home...but we will be back... Thank you for an excellent stay!

Excellent Beach House
We stayed at the "All Decked Out" beach house in July18 with 3 families and had a great time. Plenty of room to spread out inside and out, back patio area with the covered seating was great to get out of the sun while BBQing and eating, and it was only a short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

The house was absolutely gorgeous and so spacious. We had 15 people and had plenty of room. The house was very clean and decorated very nicely and had a real "beachy" vibe. The outdoor space was great for entertaining. The owner was very accommodating. 1 block from the beach and very close to shopping areas. We are already planning our next trip!! Loved this home!!!

Felt like home
We couldn’t have been happier , the house was beautiful , there was enough room for everyone to spread out . It was very clean, we had plenty of towels for all the bathrooms and the kitchen had everything you needed and then some . The backyard was gorgeous the pool and hot tub couldn’t have been better , our weather the week we were their was chilly so we spent most of our time in the hot tub and heated pool . The covered patio was a bonus lots of room for everyone to sit and hangout and well lit at night . We enjoyed having the golf cart even though the beach is a close walk , the location of this house is very convenient to a lot of things , I would definitely recommended this homey feeling house as a great place to stay and enjoy beautiful Destin .

Very Large - Fits Everyone
This house was perfect for our large group. The layout was such that we were able to spread out into different areas of the house yet be altogether when we wanted as well. There was plenty of room with all the chairs and lounges around the pool. The decor was very inviting and up-to-date and the house was very clean upon arrival. The adults appreciated having their own bathroom and the king-sized beds were a plus. We would not hesitate to book this home again - so very comfortable for a large group, well maintained and lots of pluses. Thank you for a wonderful place to make great vacation memories!

Home was very beautiful. The pictures are spot on, great place to stay. The house was clean and spacious. Plenty of towels, dishes etc. Short walk to the beach access, restaurants ect... Makes you feel at home and at the beach at the same time. Will definitely be staying here again!!

A Great vacation!
We loved staying at this house. It was beautifully decorated, roomy and had everything you could ask for. The backyard with the covered deck was a treat to relax and watch the kids in the pool. It was close everything. The bedrooms were all very large and our group enjoyed all of it.
