Situated on 9 acres, this secluded property offers exploring the land,, wild life sightings, beautiful sunrises/sunsets and star gazing. Perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway, extended stay. We offer 1 night stays Mon-Thursday during off peak season (Fall & Winter) excluding holidays.
Conveniently located 20 minutes from downtown New Braunfels where you can float the Guadalupe or Comal rivers, enjoy a day at Schlitterbahn, the World’s #1 Water Park, dance the night away in the oldest dance hall in Texas, Gruene Hall in historic Gruene. 20 minutes from Canyon Lake, the Horseshoe on the Guadalupe river, and Whitewater Amphitheater. 30 mins from downtown San Antonio, 30 mins from Bourne, 45 mins from Austin, and 60 mins from Fredericksburg.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home in the Texas Hill Country! The property is stunning, with upscale features and gorgeous landscaping that perfectly complement the scenic views. The house was spacious and comfortably accommodated our group, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy.
One of the highlights was the movie room, where the kids loved watching their favorite films—it was a perfect setup for family entertainment. The home is wonderfully secluded, offering peace and privacy while still being close enough to explore the surrounding area.

Property was amazing. Better than the pictures, which are nice. We were able to spread out and had great family meals. Sound system was enjoyed and movie room was loved by the teens.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house! Both the interior and exterior were fantastic, providing a perfect backdrop for our gathering. The driveway was a bit tricky, but the hosts graciously allowed us to use some of their other driveway space, which was incredibly helpful.
The hosts were always available, very friendly, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The house is fully equipped with everything we needed. We had a total of 12 people comfortably accommodated using the beds, couches, air mattresses, cots, and extra mattresses provided.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay with a medium size group. Thank you to our amazing hosts for making our stay so enjoyable!

The house was just beautiful! The location was excellent for the wedding reception we attended, less than 10 minutes away! We asked for more water in the dispenser and they were there within the hour!

The entire experience was as promised on the description. It was a very comfortable home for my parents and adult children. Wonderful gathering space and everyone had their own bedrooms and bathrooms, which was perfect for our fast trip. So clean and well equipped.

This property far exceeded our expectations! Pictures do not do this place justice! The space was perfect for our family! Very open and spacious! The kids loved the movie room, and every family was able to have their own bathroom. We had plans to leave and go out to venture the town, but had to stay in most of the time to enjoy the beautiful view. 10/10 recommend to anyone, and we will definitely be repeat customers! We booked here because we wanted to be close to a wedding venue. So convenient. We had 3 couples and 3 single adults. We spread out accordingly and comfortably. The house is spacious and very clean. The listing is accurate. There were clear instructions left which were very helpful. Owner quickly responded when I had a question and a simple resolution. Very beautiful area. A beautful home, beautiful rooms & very spacious. Fans in each room. Music over the home system was nice. There are areas where we could spread out and have conversations. Kitchen was well equipped & pantry was helpful. Bathrooms were spacious and towels were soft. The rollaways were helpful. There's also an inflatable mattress w bedding available too. This is a great place for an event. There were only a few negatives. For such a high end rental *Master Jettub didn't work-only a soaker tub *Kitchen toaster low end-didn't fit bagels *Iron-low end-leaked water *back patio fan was broken *some back patio furniture needs attention *king sheet had hole *media room is outdated A few minor upgrades.
If we're ever in area again for an event we would book again. The home is comfortable and clean. Easy to access and owners are onsite and communicate well.

I don’t know where to start. From the initial booking to check out, things couldn’t have gone better. Brenda is terrific. She’s responsive, and more importantly, proactive. Before check-in, when there could’ve been an issue with the A/C, she contacted me to let me know about the situation. She’d resolved it but wanted to be sure we were aware so we could let her know if it wasn’t fully resolved.
The house has modern amenities that we didn’t always understand how to operate but she was always available to help.
It’s also one of the best supplied we’ve ever rented over many years and even included bulk bottled water; a big plus for our family.
You can see from the pictures, it’s beautiful and the views from most every room are gorgeous; bright and a cheerful one even when cooking. It was the perfect place for our extended family reunion, as there were many places, inside and out, where we could all spend time together, and more intimate spots where we could get together in twosomes or small groups to catch up.
I couldn’t give this lovely home or it’s owners a better review. We’ll definitely be back!!

This property was perfect for our group. We were 4 couples staying in Spring Branch for a wedding. The house was just like the pictures on the website with the added touch of being decorated for Christmas! The lights outside and the decorations inside created a magical atmosphere and a warm welcome. Every couple had their own room, and the house was big enough for us to spread out and not be crowded. The large porch along the entire length of the house was inviting with tables/chairs/ fireplace, but the weather kept us from spending too much time on the porch. The kitchen had all appliances we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

This property was amazing. Large windows all around the house with peaceful country views. Very comfortable for a group of 10. Comfortable beds, they even had a soothing white noise machine in the master bedroom. Everything was nicely labeled and clean. The only issue we had was that we couldn’t get hot water in the master shower ( maybe user error). There was a label saying it took 2-3 minutes for the water to get hot but we gave up after 10. We didn’t have issues with the jacuzzi bathtub in the same bathroom or with any other shower. About 20 - 30 minutes away from most floating areas. And we highly recommend eating at Gristmill River restaurant ( long wait times but worth it). Overall we loved this property and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful hill country house
This house is so beautiful! We came for a weekend wedding held nearby but wished we had stayed for a whole week. The high ceilings, lovely rooms, huge windows, and open spaces made it easy for adults and younger children to hang out together or find a quiet space for reading. The outdoor covered living area was perfect for morning coffee, games with the kids, and get togethers later in the day. The media room was to die for. Many thanks to Brenda who was a conscientious and responsive host. We were sad to leave the house and will be back. I couldn't recommend this lovely house more.

They had everything we needed and instructions were posted everywhere so things were easy to use! We used the house for a girls trip for our family for Mother’s Day.
