COMING SPRING 2024 A CAFE & BAR ON THE FIRST FLOOR. This beachfront unit at The Oasis at Orange Beach (formerly Phoenix West II) sleeps 10. Master suite with King-size bed, large flat screen TV, Blu-Ray DVD w/ Smart features (Netflix) Large walk-in closets, Jacuzzi tub and stand up shower, w/ double vanity. Second Bedroom has two queen beds and has a large flat screen TV, DVD Blue-Ray with Smart features as well as private bath with shower/tub combination. Third Bedroom has a King-size bed, large TV, Blue-Ray DVD player with Smart feature. private bath with Shower/tub combination. All beds are plush and have memory foam pillows.
Queen sized Sofa Sleeper in the Living Room. Additional Full Bath in the hall - complete with shower. Full Laundry room- with Washer/dryer ironing board/iron. Unit has a wet bar with ice machine, variety of glasses and a blender. Living room set up with sofa sleeper, two large chairs with ottomans, and a round day chair that swivels. Furniture is very comfortable, perfect for laying around after day on beach.Dining room, set up with six chairs and beautiful table, additional seating at kitchen counter (bar) with three additional stools.Kitchen is fully equipment with modern appliances: Stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, coffee pot, dishes, silverware, pots, crock-pot, and large Stainless Steel refrigerator. Patio- beautiful view of blue water, and white sandy beaches, patio furniture includes table, six chairs and chaise lounge chair.
Unit is clean, comfortable, and casual. We outfitted the unit with everything that we have found we needed when we vacation. The complex has a lazy river, both outdoor and indoor pools, a fitness center, a putting green, tennis & pickle ball courts, arcade area and grills for BBQing, etc. Something for everyone. In addition to these great amenities, coming in the late Spring of 2024, there will be a Café & Bar, an improved splash pad, an adult pool, a Pavilion and outdoor game area. I’ve stay at the Phoenix West II before but I really enjoyed my stay this year. I loved the new adult pool and the new amenities. The condo was great as well.

There were a couple of things that need improvement! The elevators are awful on Saturday's...we waited with two little ones for WAY too long to try and get an elevator. The Wi-Fi is horrible!!

Wonderful place to live for a week. View overlooked the beach, kitchen was stocked, beds were comfortable, everyone had a bathroom with a shower. Couldn't ask for more.

The condo was very roomy and location is great! The downside is the elevators in this complex . You may have to wait 20 plus min during busier times. Or if it rains everyone is headed to elevators all at once. The balcony was nice , but furniture was very stained. I would suggest to have a wagon to get all stuff on ebevator and to beach , a laundry basket would have been great also. Overall a great place !

The condo unit was absolutely beautiful! The pictures describe it accurately and it's even better in person. There was 4 adults and 3 children and we felt like we have plenty of room. The only challenge we had was with the building elevators. It was often a long wait getting up from the beach during peak times. We learned to work around it and greatly enjoyed our stay.

This property was perfect for our group of nine. Just enough room, but not too big. Views from the unit are spectacular! Property offers plenty of amenities and is close to area attractions. Only minor complaint is that the Phoenix West 2 has a less than ideal elevator situation. At peak times elevators are difficult to catch. Nevertheless a great unit and would recommend. Property owners are great to deal with also.

The property was excellent. The condo was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything anyone needed. Would have loved a K cup coffee machine but it did have a regular coffee machine. Needed a few things fixed which the owner had fixed immediately .Needed a few more handicap parking on each floor.

Our stay at this property was excellent. The accommodations are nice & the pool, games, and boardwalk to the beach are nice. The only downside to this property is the elevators. We waited at times for 30-50 minutes to get on an elevator, especially at check-in, which actually took us over an hour to get on an elevator to go up to our room because they were full each time it opened.

The condo was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. We wish the kitchen would have been stocked with a few more necessities- garbage bags, paper towels, etc. The elevator situation at checkin was a disaster. We waited over 45 minutes for an elevator. Over all, we had a wonderful time.

The unit itself was perfect for our family beach vacation. Plenty of space, very clean, and had everything we needed. Excellent unit!!! The owner was easy to communicate with and checking in was easy. HOWEVER…. I will never stay at Phoenix West ll again, not because of unit 2210, BUT because of the elevators and parking… both were a nightmare our entire stay. It would take 30+ minutes to catch an elevator during peak times and 10-15 minutes during other times It was very frustrating when trying to leave and go, especially with a party of 8. There are only 6 elevators for this entire complex. One of the elevators was broken our entire stay which made the situation worse. I’ve never left a negative review for any place we have ever stayed in OBA and Gulf Shores for the past 15 years. We love to try different properties and complexes but this one is definitely off our list. I wish I had read the reviews more closely for this building, I found the same complaints dating back at least 2 years ago so this has been an ongoing problem. Unfortunately this is why I had to rate our overall experience low.

Checked in July 2, 2022, was given a 2 hour time limit parking pass to unload and move in, elevators were extremely slow & crowded, took 30 minutes to go up to the condo. I had to go to overflow parking lot near The Wharf at $16.50 per night. my son didn't leave his Phoenix West parking pass on his dash and he had a tire boot placed on his car, he had to go to the desk to get it removed before we could take my car to the overflow lot. Check in was extremely aggravating & stressful. Elevator service was very slow, elevator cars were packed. The condo itself was very nice, only problem was the dishwasher not working on the last night.

The condo was absolutely the cleanest we ever stayed in. You won’t find a better equipped unit where the owner takes great care to provide a worry free vacation. Beach toys are even provided for the kids and noodles for the pool. If you stay here you won’t want to leave. We will be back as many times as we can.

Fantastic condo right on the beach fronting the Gulf of Mexico. This location has everything a family needs for a fun get away. Very secure, clean development with professional office staff on site. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools with Jacuzzis, tennis, direct beach access, workout facility and much more. Short drive to the Wharf and Gulf Shores with all the water sports and entertainment you need to keep the entire family or group happy! Its a 10 out of 10!!
