About this house rental

This spacious, fully furnished house is a tropical oasis. Located directly on St Armand's Key you are within walking distance to all of St Armand's Circle amenities and Lido beach with its powder white sand while enjoying the privacy and comfort of a private residence.

Featuring a spacious sun filled great room with 18ft ceiling overlooking the heated pool with tropical garden and gazebo for outdoor dining, this house provides the perfect vacation setting for both adults and families. Whether swimming, sun bathing or just relaxing with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, this space provides an ideal setting to create vacation memories.

Accommodations are comfortable, modern and well furnished. The large master bedroom with full bath is located on the first floor and has generous closet space (a small bonus room with desk, office chair, and pull out cot, adjacent to the master bedroom can also be set up as a nursery if required). Two additional bedrooms, with a shared full bath, are located upstairs overlooking the great room and provide a quite retreat for your family or guests.

Dining out is always a great option with so many fine restaurants nearby however the fully stocked kitchen and a outdoor professional gas grill permit either light cooking or thanksgiving dinner for 10. Luxury linens, blankets and towels are provided and the fully stocked laundry center is ready for your personal needs. And of course, HD TV, high speed WiFi is provided.

When you are ready to venture out, you will find our neighbors warm and welcoming and walking is safe with sidewalks on all surface streets. A visit to North Lido beach is a must, accessible only by walking or bike, you will find yourself mostly alone on one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida.

Beautiful home, wonderful amenities with an amazing pool in the beautiful backyard! Walking distance to the beach and St. Armand circle. Bikes in the garage for our use and plenty of beach chairs, beach towels and a beach umbrella. We loved the house, easy check in and always a quick response to any questions we had. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for opening your home to us!!

You can't beat the location! Walking distance to St Armand's Circle, 1 mile to Mote Aquarium, and a 3 minute drive to Lido beach. The house is beautiful and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen. We appreciated the small touches, like laundry soap and dishwasher tablets, making our stay easy. Just add some groceries and then start your vacation. Communication with the host was easy, but most information was in the house book they leave for you. Only concern is that the upstairs rooms get very warm in the afternoon, making it hard for our 3 year old to nap. I don't know that there is much more that the owner could do to fix this though, and we didn't let it ruin our stay.

The neighborhood and location can't be beat if you want walking access to St. Armand's Circle and Lido Beach. Great communication, smooth and easy check-in/check-out, and a lovely, well-equipped space.

This is a great property ... perfect location, and incredibly clean with a very responsive owner in Kristie. While the kitchen is definitely small, it is very well appointed, and we did not lack for anything. The open floor plan makes the house seem even larger and the sun room is absolutely fantastic. The same must be said about the backyard ... the landscaping is very lush and the space is very private. The pool was the perfect temperature and the grill and seating areas were all put to good use by our family of four. Lastly, the property absolutely is within walking distance to the St Armands Circle and all of its restaurants/shops as well as the beach. With the exception of running to the grocery store we rarely used our car and it sat for days at a time. We will definitely rent the property again if we return to the area!

This is the perfect spot on St.Armand’s, walkable to the beach and still tucked away in the neighborhood so the area is nice and quiet. The home had every amenity you could need on your vacation— from beach chairs and beach toys down to toiletries in the bathroom if you’d forgotten them. Kitchen was fully stocked. We loved the salt water pool and gazebo. We had a wonderful experience and hope to return again!

This vacation was a dream! The home is beautiful and was sparkling clean when we arrived. The hosts have provided for every need and everything is so thoughtfully organized! The upstairs master bedroom and sunroom were my favorite rooms in the house, just incredible. Can’t wait to implement some of the things I loved most in my own home. Definitely a best in class vacation, Kristie is amazing! Looking forward to our next visit!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home was beautiful and well stocked-they thought of everything! It was so convenient to walk to dinner and the beach. Kristie was awesome to work with, she was super good with communication and so helpful. Overall a 10/10!!

The home was excellent. Great attention to detail and the cleanliness was 5 star. Kristie was very responsive to all our inquiries and requests. The kitchen although small was very well stocked and we enjoyed our breakfast at home every morning before heading out to the beach which was a short walk away. The beach at Lido Key was fantastic. Pretty quiet which was a pleasant surprise for the time of year, clear water cool sand… just perfect and a great family environment. Quite a hike to the bathrooms though, so prepare for that. There are an abundance of restaurants to choose from in St. Armand’s circle which is conveniently located just down the street. We’ll be back!

For never going to Sarasota before we loved exploring. I will mention that the listing states there are 4 bikes there were 2 both men’s. We did have an issue with the red tide at the beach so thank goodness for the wonderful pool. Hope to come back.

It just doesn’t get better than Lido Key/St. Armands for our family. We’ve been vacationing here for quite a few years now and this is another example of a beautiful home on the island. This home was extremely well stocked with little things that we happened to forget. Beach equipment, bikes, baby gates, pack n play, extra dining chairs - just to name a few things… it just had everything we needed!!! The property manager and owners were so lovely and made us feel very welcome and taken care of. If this house fits us again we will definitely be back. Truly awesome property.

Our family stayed in this gorgeous vacation home and enjoyed true Florida lifestyle with a gorgeous sunny interior, comfortable beds and top quality linens, gourmet kitchen and a delightful outdoor living space with pool and outdoor gazebo for relaxing. One of our best vacations as it is a short 5 minute walk to St. Armand’s Circle full of wonderful dining and shops as well as a gorgeous beach. The owners think of absolutely everything that you need to enjoy both indoors and outdoors. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We have been coming to this property since it was first rented. It is always clean and immaculate. Pool and gazebo are wonderful. Communication with Kristie (property manager) is prompt and helpful. Location is awesome! Just a short couple blocks to circle and then another couple blocks to beach!

My family of 4 (mom, dad, son and grandma) just returned from renting this property and we had a wonderful week! The location is great, with just a short walk to the circle and beach. Despite the proximity to the main thoroughfare, we did not find street noise to be an issue. The house was very clean. The best part about this property is the beautiful pool area. We spent most of our time out there and it is very private and peaceful. The water temperature was perfect! There were some pool noodles to use stored in the garage. We brought our own bluetooth speakers for background music out by the pool. The sitting areas on the main floor were great for relaxing in the evening. The beds were very comfortable and there are plenty of hangers for hanging clothes in the closets. The kitchen is small, but well-stocked. The refrigerator is smallish too, but we brought a cooler for keeping beverages cold and there was a beverage refrigerator out by the pool which worked well. There were plenty of glasses and dishes, but it would have been nice to have plastic wine glasses for out by the pool instead of glass. There are plastic beverage cups for other kinds of drinks. The dishwasher is very quiet. We did not use the 3 bikes, but they appeared to be in good service. The digital door lock was very convenient and easy to use. We would definitely stay in this rental again and have no hesitation recommending this property to others!

We enjoyed every minute. I have never stayed at house that was so well stocked. The backyard and pool were the best part. We spent a lot of time out there. We also enjoyed our walks into town for dinner. Lido Beach was also great.

Perfect and comfortable little house for our family of 6. Five minute walk up to the circle. Beach was a 15 minute walk and great for morning or evening strolls. When you are going for an actual beach day, it is better to drive and park if you’re bringing chairs and coolers etc. Beach parking at Lido Beach was convenient. Downtown Sarasota is less than a 10 minute drive. We enjoyed Mote Aquarium, the Ringling museum, and a spa day at the Met (which we could walk to). The house was well supplied, all we needed to buy was our food & beverages. I really appreciated the lovely tropical garden views from every single window in the house. 2 bikes came with the house and we brought 2 more. For those who like to bike: cycling up to and around the circle was not as convenient as I had anticipated. Traffic is heavy and bike lanes are very narrow. Sidewalks are crowded with pedestrians. We found it cumbersome and unsafe for the kids. Cycling the opposite direction, over the bridge and into downtown Sarasota was much more enjoyable as we found waterfront parks with nice bike trails. We had a great week and would highly recommend this home for families of 4-6!

Our family loved this house.the 2 story window made quite an impression ...it was everything we hoped for and more. We enjoyed many meals under the gazebo by the pool... and it was a bonus being able to walk to town and the beach. Weather was perfect too!

We had a nice stay in this light-filled house. Good beds, nice linens. Kitchen small and a little undersupplied but conveniently well stocked with pantry items, laundry soap and paper products. The pool and small outdoor area were great. House was clean and well maintained. Very nice to have beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach cart etc available; as we went to the beach almost every day. We hope to return, love St Armand's and Lido Key

The distance to shopping was very walkable but the distance to the beach was not. Otherwise everything was good.
