Cabana 4 is located 150 yards from the sandy white beaches and aqua-blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Located on the top floor of the building, the views from the private screened-in patio are breathtaking; you won't be disappointed to watch the dolphins frolic in the water or the sun slip below the horizon. (Please keep in mind that there is no elevator access to the unit. It’s a short 28 steps to a great stay)
The Cabana has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a privacy door separating the two. The master suite features a comfortable king-size bed with a partial ocean view. The guest suite has two twin beds that can be reconfigured upon request to create one queen bed. The living room sofa can also be configured into a queen-size bed in just a few simple steps. If you are traveling with an infant or toddler, a pack-n-play is also available for you at no additional charge.
The two recently updated bathrooms are well stocked with towels, a hairdryer, towels for removing makeup, and plush beach towels for use on the beach.
The kitchen is well-appointed with the most common cooking utensils, including a microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.
The main living area has an electric fireplace that provides warmth on the cooler winter evenings and a pleasant ambiance while taking in the views.
The unit has three Smart LED TVs with complimentary Netflix and cable with local channels. Additionally, the unit is equipped with a high-speed internet connection, allowing the guests to stay connected to the world.
Many beach accessories are available for guests inside the unit, including beach towels, umbrellas, beach coolers, and toys. The property provides Beach lounge chairs and is located on the beach.
Other property features include a heated swimming pool, private beach access, complimentary chaise lounge chairs, boat slip, and dock (slip available upon request), a barbecue area with two gas grills, a covered outdoor patio area, laundry facilities, and an outdoor shower.

If shopping is your thing, you will not be disappointed with the quaint shops at St. Armand’s Circle and the many shops at Longboat Key and Anna Marie Island. There are also outlet malls located in Sarasota and Bradenton.
Unfortunately, all the golf courses on the island itself are private. However, many award-winning courses are available in Sarasota, Bradenton, and Cortez, which are just a short drive away.
There are plenty of local area attractions on the island, including sightseeing trips, dive trips, boat rentals, ocean and bay sunset cruises, and dinner cruises. If you are up for a drive, Sarasota offers many attractions like the Ringling Circus Museum and the Mote Marie Laboratory and Science Center. You can also visit the historic Busch Gardens in Tampa (1 hour away) and the many attractions in Orlando (3 hours away), such as Sea World and the Disney Resort.

We had a wonderful time at Anna’s condo on longboat key. The condo complex has a pool and laundry on site as well as grills for use and chairs for beach use. Anna’s condo has everything you’ll need for a great beach day… coolers, towels, beach toys, pool noodles. Condo had all the kitchen utensils you could imagine. And SO many pillows, blankets, sheets, and bath towels, even a pack and play and portable crib! Everything was very clean, I’m a stickler for cleanliness and I approved. Anna’s condo is right on the beach… you can see the sunset from the balcony. We don’t usually vacation in the same spot year to year but I’d consider coming back just to stay at this condo. It was perfect.

Nice Condo with close access to the beach. The owner was easy to communicate with via text. There was plenty of supplies for paper goods and soaps. Do not close the top door lock as it does not operate like a hotel lock which flips open.

This property was very clean, roomy, and 2 bathrooms! That was an added bonus with 2 teenage girls! Anna and her team were very accommodating, and communication was excellent! Steps to a lovely beach for some R&R and to enjoy some beautiful sunsets! Thank you, Anna!

My husband and I spent a long weekend here with our 3 year old son. This unit is very clean and very well cared for. My husband and I were both impressed with how well the owners have kept up with the place. Gorgeous view of the ocean and sunset. Easy walk to the beach and all the beach accessories you will need are provided(umbrellas, toys, coolers, towels) . We can’t wait to come back!

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo; 3rd time on the property.
Since our last stay, the host has done some improvements with different furniture inside and outside. The host has also provided extras which is nice like laundry items and dishwasher pods, coolers, and beach umbrellas.
The location is great; nice and quiet for families to enjoy time together on the beach, at the pool, or inside eating dinner.
This condo is on the second level, so steps could be an issue for some. There is also no washer/dryer in the unit itself but there are two for use on the property. We had no issues using them throughout our stay.
All in all, we enjoyed the property and will be back in the future.

We practically lived on the beautiful Gulf-view lanai, the view is outstanding! And there's nothing better that starting the day with coffee and ending it with wine on the porch while listening to the waves. A wonderful place to unwind for a long weekend - very clean, has all the necessities, great location. It was a total delight!

This place did not disappoint. Everything from being steps to the beach to a short drive to groceries and restaurants. Anna the owner made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay and even after when we forgot some items. She made sure that we got everything back in a timely manner. We are looking forward to visiting again.

We had a great time, and were treated like family! The condo is very spacious and has all the extras you would want: a big and small cooler, plenty of beach towels, beach umbrella and toys, beach lounge chairs. The beds were comfy with nice bedding. The pool was very warm. It is quiet and the only people on the beach were staying there or walking by. We would definitely stay again!

The best location! Right on the beach with a gorgeous view! We wanted to find a place that was walking distance to my niece and nephew and it absolutely fit the bill. We ahd the best time with wonderfully comfortable beds and a really cozy spot.

I can't say enough good things about Cabana 4. The setting, the host Anna, the awesome view, the cleaning lady Tia. They supplied us with everything I could think of (and more) to make our stay simply spectacular. I can go on and on! This visit was so awesome and Anna and Tia were both so generally caring it made me feel like I've known them both forever! They both went above and beyond to make our stay a fabulous (but too short) one!! Can't wait to go back!! 5 stars isn't enough for what this place and these ladys gave us on this little vacation!! Keep up the great work!!!

The location is superb, we loved the privacy of the beach. Previously we have stayed on Anna Maria Island and the beaches are much busier. Anna, the host went out of her way to make the stay comfortable for me because I have severe allergies, she is great with communication and took the extra steps to ensure that I would have no allergic issues. We loved it there and would book again.

Stunning location right on the beach! We enjoyed having chairs and umbrellas for our use. We spent most of our time on the beach or the deck overlooking the ocean. I loved the screened in area because I hate mosquitoes, so I was able to sit outside in the evening with no worries. The unit was very clean and comfortable. It would be a perfect unit for both small children and teenagers along with parents. There is plenty of room. Easy check in and great communication. I would stay there again for sure.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. The location was amazing. Beach, sand and ocean life was better than we could have imagined. What a great spot! We will be back soon!

Property is a bit rundown the condo itself needs a little makeover and paint. No elevator is difficult for some people. We had no running water for a day due to issues with the watermain. We left the property early and requested a refund for the remaining days and were given only 1 days refund. Communication with the owner was difficult and didn't always make sense. No staff on site is a problem.

Enjoyed the peace and quiet at the Cabana. Beautiful view of the ocean from balcony. Anna is an excellent host. Cabana was clean and fully stocked. Nice to have beach chairs available. Stairs are a bit of a challenge for older people but we managed. Shops and restaurants nearby. Armand Circle fun to explore.

We stayed in condo #4 which had a beautiful view of the beach. The Florida temps were well into the hundreds during our stay, but the a/c in the condo kept us cool. Anna was very responsive to any questions we had. The condo was conveniently located near numerous restaurants. The beach was clean and quiet. Everything was just right!

Property was clean and in a great location. Close to several different beaches we wanted to visit on our trip (Siesta, Lido, Anna Maria, etc.) and of course Longboat just behind the property. Lovely views of the Gulf from the enclosed back patio (enclosure kept any bugs away!). The property was ice cold when we needed relief from the hot August temperatures. The host was just a text away if we needed anything and checked in before our stay to see if we had questions. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo was a great place to stay for a girls weekend. All of the amenities you would ever need were included. The unit is very close to the beach, so it was easy to walk from the condo to the beach and be set up for the day in no time. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would stay here again!

The pictures do not do this place justice. Anna, the host is absolutely amazing. Her communication was unbelievable!! The unit is huge compared to the other ones that were close. Super short walk to the “private” beach. Free chairs umbrellas and toys. It was the most peaceful beach I’ve ever been too. We are definitely going back.

We stayed two weeks at the Cabana and wished we could have stayed longer! It's a beautiful view from the balcony and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Anna’s property is right on the beach and very convenient for beach go-ers! It was pretty clean, but we had an issue with ants while we were there. Anna was very apologetic and communicative about the problem and gave us an Amazon gift card to compensate. This unit does have stairs, of which we weren’t aware, but overall makes for a nice stay for a family!

This little beach place was a great getaway with my family over Christmas. We loved being right on the beach!! It was a very easy drive to the grocery store and restaurants…… the owner anticipated everything we might have needed. It was exactly as described, and we enjoyed our stay.. A lovely condo in a perfect, private location. We enjoyed every minute, inside, on the screened in balcony, and the beach. We wish there were more restaurants within walking distance. Harry’s is very nice, but extremely overpriced. We will be back!

We have stayed here multiple times. The owner is very attentive. The condo has lot of pillows and towels, plenty of kitchen tools, and even beach toys. When we had a question about the thermostat, the owner answered immediately and fixed the problem right away. Could not have been better!

Anna was an excellent host and extremely helpful before and throughout our entire stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. The location can not be beat! The view from the balcony is great and the beach was beautiful and very quiet/private. We had the best time and would stay there again!
