Welcome to Phoenix West II is now... The Oasis at Orange Beach unit 1001 on the 10th floor. (Parking deck level. Walk directly from your car to your unit. No need to wait for elevator) The unit is a coveted end unit directly beach front. The Oasis at Orange Beach offers the ultimate getaway for rest and relaxation. Its also the perfect place for families to vacation. Besides the beach just steps away from the building there are multiple pools, including a Lazy River, water-slide, kids splash pad, Zero entry pool as well as an indoor pool. There are various sports and exercise features along with an onsite Beach-side Cafe' and Bar. Everyone looks forward to a RELAXING beach vacation! Wide-open beaches, fresh salty sea air and beautiful views from your own private balcony. Come relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated expansive direct beach front South side of building four bedroom, four bath 10th floor condo. with 5 flat panel TV's. Including a 50 inch LCD HD TV in the family room. With its tropical decor and comfortable furnishing, this is truly a Resort Destination for your comfort and enjoyment!

Upon entering this 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath condo with additional sofa sleeper, you will feel the relaxing but sophisticated atmosphere. The living area is decorated with 2 sofas, and a large 50 inch smart TV. It has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. A wet-bar and ice-maker complement the living area. The patio features a large 8 setting patio table and two comfortable chase, overlooking the lazy river and spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Charcoal Grills are available near the pool area. The kitchen offers both a Keurig and regular drip coffee maker.

The condo's master bedroom has a king bed floor to ceiling patio door and opens to the patio and beautiful views of the Gulf and Bay. The bedrooms 2 and 3 each have comfortable queen beds and the 2nd master has a king bed. All bedrooms also have a flat panel LCD HD TV's .

From the time you step out of your car and enter the grand lobby, you will feel you are in a tropical paradise. This unit is located in the best location in the building, from the large patio, master bedroom, and family room you will have amazing views of the Gulf.

Enjoy a swim in the lazy river, while the kids spend hours enjoying the water-slide. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find a large state of the art exercise room. The utility room is furnished with a full size washer and dryer. You have covered parking in the garage.

The Large balconies provide incredible views of the Gulf that span for miles along pristine white beaches and clear blue waters In addition, Phoenix West 2 offers a lazy river water feature.

'Our stay at the Patterson condo was wonderful! The room was beautiful, and the view was great. I am so glad we decided to go with the Patterson's condo, we didn't have any problems and Mr. and Mrs. Patterson were very nice. The condo was everything they said it would be and more. We have no complaints. The staff at Phoenix was helpful and check-in went smooth. There is plenty for you to do, the tennis court was nice and there is a indoor and outdoor pool as well as a kiddie pool that worked out well for us because we have two small children. Our family plans to visit Orange beach again next summer and we would love to stay in the Patterson Condo again.'

This condo provided an enjoyable time with family. It met our expectations with the 4 bedrooms and 4-1/2 baths. Excellent location for families with young kids or grand kids. If you don’t have young kids, then when you sit out on the balcony it will be very noisy until 8:30. The 10th floor parking deck was convenient for unloading and loading.

This property was very spacious and allowed us to gather comfortably inside or on the balcony (the balcony is huge!). The views of sunrise and sunset were spectacular, and this condo is close to everything!

This condo was beautiful! We took a big family vacation here and we loved it. Corner condo with awesome views! On the 10th floor so you can park on floor 10 and walk right to your condo. We have stayed at the Oasis several times, and this has been my favorite condo yet! Hopefully we can stay again soon.

It was fun, I had grandchildren and they loved the ocean, LOVED the water slide and lazy river. Overall very nice. Also, the owner let me make a change to my reservation because my oldest Grandson was graduating on the original day of our reservation and we wouldn't be able to make it so they just let us change it to the next 2 days. Thank you so much for that. We enjoyed.....

The place was amazing. The view was breath taking and the condo had everything that we needed except for a blow dryer. I would recommend this condominium for any large family. There 3 pools and a lazy river. My kids and I didn’t want to leave. The beds and couches were comfortable and the 1/2 bath was perfect for guest so they didn’t have to enter the bedrooms. I’m in love with this location.

Large and clean condo, great location, views and parking. The only reason not a 5 is that the bedroom off the living room/ kitchen the bed headboard and frame needs to tighten or bolted its not very stable but all other beds and everything else is fantastic!! Will definitely stay again! Lesley

We loved the layout of the condo, the amenities of the property and the location to the beach. The condo itself needed a few kitchen items, and there were some hot and cold bedrooms. We didn't stay in the condo much, so it was tolerable. Being on the 10th floor was great - the view was amazing from the spacious balcony.

Condo was amazing!! Great view of the ocean and the state park since the condo is on the corner and the balcony wraps around. Every bedroom has a view and it’s own bathroom. Ike’s beach service did a great job having our beach chairs and umbrellas ready each day and checking on us to see if we needed anything. The lazy river was fun and relaxing. Our 2 year old grandson enjoyed the slide at the pool. The ice machine in the condo makes filling up your ice chests easy. The air pump at the pool to inflate our air rafts and tubs was a nice perk as well. The condo had everything we needed! We couldn’t have asked for better weather. It was a great week with our kids and grandbaby! We can’t wait to come back!

This condo was great for our family of 10. Spacious and well equipped. Lots of activities to keep the teens entertained when they were not at the beach. Loved the convenience of parking “right outside” our 10th floor accommodations. The balcony area was huge w/lots of seating. Kelly was quick to answer questions and very informative. Would book again if in the area.

The property itself is a gem. The views are amazing, but the following issues made our stay less that satisfactory: (1) the host was unresponsive (2) cleaning crew dowsed the room in cleaning solution which we had to clean out by wiping the floor with water (3) the beds are terrible, literally fold in when you lay down (4) the checkin desk was very rude and made it clear that we were renters. I really don’t like leaving bad reviews but when I spend thousands there is an expectation of a better experience. Again the property itself is amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay. Will recommend to all family & friends. Already planning our return trip for Mother’s Day. Unfortunately, the master bed mattresses still needs to be replaced. Too soft. Absolutely no support, which aggravated my back, post spinal surgery. But overall we loved it and we’ll see you for Mother’s Day!

Beautiful views, and comfortable environment. We had a wonderful, relaxing weekend with family and friends. The condo is large and and offered plenty of room for 8 people. We especially appreciated that there were bathrooms in every bedroom. The walk to the beach was relatively easy. Once, when it began to rain a long line formed at the elevators. The stairs are not an easy option when carrying lots of beach gear. Otherwise, the elevator service was quick. The few issues we had with the unit/facility were that the Wi-Fi would not allow us to stream a movie. It froze up several times. Additionally, the cookware needs some replacement. The frying pans were in particularly bad shape. Also, security shut down the pools on several occasions and they required everyone to leave the area (even the entire indoor pool area). They remained closed for long periods of time. They cited lightning one time, even though the weather was clearly, quite a distance away.

We had a wonderful vacation here! The condo was spacious and Stacy and her crew did an excellent job preparing it for our stay- clean and stocked with starter supplies. The balcony is incredible! It’s huge with unobstructed views to the front and west from anywhere you may be sitting- outside or in. The bedrooms all have floor to ceiling windows with a small balcony and a view of the ocean. The location is great as there are no other large condos to either side to obstruct your view and plenty of space on the beach to get close to the water. Our vacation here will be one to remember! Thank you for sharing it with us!

Luxury condo unit and property. Property is great location. Set up of unit is great. Plenty of utensils, dishes, cups, pots, pans, etc. There is a regular coffee pot and Keurig in the unit. An Electric can opener, and blender. Good size fridge. We had 8 adults and a toddler and plenty of room. The Master bedroom bed is comfortable, however the other three bedroom mattresses are going to need to be replaced soon. Pillows need replacing, but we read this about pillows in previous review and some of us did bring our own. Others went and purchased some while we were there. The living room furniture is very cozy and comfortable. Nice TV's in all rooms and living room.

The place is amazing!! Be sure to bring your own soap; there was no bar soap. Bring other supplies you need like plastic trash bags. No extra is provided. Also, bring plenty of towels. The unit doesn’t provide many and they are small. The view amazing. Plenty of space. Love the floor plan. May want to bring a sharper knife if cooking a lot. Would go back to this unit. The amenities at the resort are top of the line. Parking so easy. Enjoy!!
