Resort was nice. Entrance is narrow and fairly steep, but parking was adequate for our trailers and vehicles. Pool area was great, kids loved that. House was clean and spacious with had typical rental issues with broken door handles, missing water filters, and we did have septic bubble up through pavers literally right next to the patio. Host communicated immediately when we contacted her about the issues. Never had any issues with hot water which is great with 15 people getting cleaned up at the same time. Best thing about the house is having 2 refrigerators. Grill was clean and worked good. Kitchen had basic cooking utensils and pans.
Dock area was ok. Bring your own bumpers if renting a slip as the slips are rough. Dock had kayaks and paddle boards available. No trash can so take your own trash bag. Walk to the dock is steep and rocky. Boat ramp is steep. Short drive to everything in Branson. Overall a decent place. Two things I do wish were available are a water trampoline at the dock and an ice bag chest in the pool area.

Ideal layout for large family.
Pool area nicely set up for all ages

The house was great and just what we needed! The four bedroom suites was a must for us and our three children and their spouses. We have 9 grandchildren, so the bunk room was fun for them. The pool and slide was a big hit for the kids! We also brought a pontoon boat and the dock was nice. Only complaint is the rough and rocky hill to get to the dock. A few of the grandkids slipped. It was difficult for some of us to walk to the dock. Please level that area out and put a handrail in for safety.

Great stay. A few light bulbs were burnt out and no blankets. Parking was a challenge some of the time. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you

Branson Christmas Holidays
The property was good but could improve on the water heater, during our stay barely anyone got hot water while taking a bath and besides the bathroom can have the curtain showers. One of the common bathroom lock wasn't working..Otherwise the property was really well maintained and we throrougly enjoyed it

Mostly positive review
Property is nice, but seems to have been used/abused by others before us.
We stayed in house 16, 2nd from the road that leads down to the dock and launch area. House is large and accommodated 13 of us very comfortably. Could of had 23 people sleep in the beds there if I’m counting correctly. AC worked great and so did the appliances in kitchen upstairs and downstairs. Most of the kitchen cookware is there to make all kinds of meals. The view from this house is amazing! The pool club house area is great! Indoor and outdoor pool let us enjoy sunny days and stormy days. The outdoor pool is nothing short of fabulous with multiple levels, water falls, slide, lazy River and sell lash pad. Great for kids and adults.
The not so good: One of the toilets was wobbly, shower head wouldn’t stay in place in same room’s shower, half the bathrooms had 0 toilet paper, some ceiling fans had broken/missing fan blades, grille worked but took extra work to light and gas elements are mostly rusted out, heavy rain had water leaking through some of the sliding doors downstairs, kitchen backsplash needs caulking (water damage will be inevitable unless caused ASAP). The build quality is not top notch, but didn’t stop us from having a great family vaca. The dock slip isn’t clearly market and it’s a lot of metal with very little/no protection for your boat. Use lots of your own bumpers. Dock lighting is poor as it partially worked and flickered… but that did help identify the slip when coming in at night!
Don’t let this scare you away, still worth 4 stars and I expect the owners will fix most this stuff. Again, we had a blast and expect others will too.

We were delighted upon opening the door to such a fresh, open & clean home. Furniture is high quality, kitchen is well-stocked and pool & nearby dock gave us hours of pleasure!

The property Manager Kristina was awesome! By far the most responsive during any visit to the lake
Plenty of room for my group of 15 with close proximity to the water with an amazing pool on property as well. A little pricey but worth every penny!

Great place to stay!
Our middle school archery team was shooting at the state competition and we needed several beds for kids (which they couldn't share due to Covid concerns.) This rental house was perfect. It was clean, spacious, and accommodating. The manager was quick to respond when we had questions and was very helpful (especially when we had to park a big bus.) The kids loved the indoor pool and foosball. The view was incredible. A great location for family gatherings or large groups . We will definitely be back again.

It was quiet, clean and peaceful stay with the family.

Beautiful property and very accommodating.
My family of 22 stayed at this property for our family vacation and loved it! The house was very spacious and was stocked with most of the kitchen items that we needed. If we ever needed anything, help was just a text message away. Very friendly and helpful staff. The pool area was beautiful and kept the kids busy all day. Would highly recommend.

Great location, a slip for your boat, and a swim dock made the perfect combination!
Our cabin was great for our group of 24! It had most of what we needed between the kitchen and downstairs kitchenette. We did have to purchase oven mitts and the can opener was hard to turn. Small glitches compared to overall stay. Kristina was great and was on top of things. The kiddos really enjoyed the pools and slide. We'll be back again!

Very nice, great price!
Gorgeous location and well kept property. The house had a luxurious feel to it. Enough space for our large group. Kitchen and laundry supplies were a huge benifit. We would have given 5 stars but the outside pool that was in the pictures was not open and there was construction going on between our house and pool house. We had to walk around construction vehicles and near work being done. The quiet hours were from 10pm-8am but construction noise started at 6:30am. :( We understand the reasoning but a slight inconvienience to such a peaceful vacation. Overall, we were very happy with this resort and plan to return!

Amazing spacious rental, exceeded all expectations.
Amazing spacious rental. Cooking and serving supplies were well stocked. We had 19 in our group and there was more than enough room. Beautiful views from the balcony and short drive to Branson. Thank you for an outstanding retreat!

Beautiful fun place for a Family Reunion
This property was perfect for our family reunion. It offered everything we were looking for, lake swimming, kayaking, beautifully designed pools for all ages so there was really no need to leave. But if you want other activities a multitude of things are reasonably close by. We had 26 people aged 4 to 68 and the 7-bedroom unit provided plenty of room for all. Kristina was very helpful in answering questions or handling any minor issues that occurred. So if you are looking for a place to reconnect with family without having to be spread out in different areas, I would definitely suggest this place.

Excellent house to rent!
House sits walking distance to the lake with a boat dock. There is a marina a couple miles away for boat rentals. Also a short drive into Branson. The house is very spacious, well equipped and lots of bedrooms. Two items to note.. the loft room/area has no bathroom and the beds and pillows are hard. But the property is very well kept and has a great indoor/ outdoor pool, lazy river and multiple hot tubs. Would difinately stay here again!

We all had a great time. Beautiful place and easy access to the boat dock and ability to access.
The condo was absolutely fantastic with plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of each other. The swimming pool was such a fun place for kids and adults. The decks were wonderful to sit out on and enjoy the evening and conversation. We will definitely be booking again!

Nice stay
Being in the downstairs unit can be very loud at times with people running around upstairs, but overall it was great. The owners are great and respond quickly. The indoor pool was a really nice touch, and we had a beautiful view.

Family Reunion/Vacation-August 2017
The Property itself I would give a 5 star. The accommodations were clean and very spacious for our family of 23. It was secluded for privacy, yet close enough to all the attractions without having to drive far. It was nice sitting on the patios and upper deck each night with the beautiful view.
However, I am giving a 3 star...We rented 3 units and had to share a toaster, can opener, pots and pans, and mops/brooms. The Amenities were very sparse for our large group and we had to go out and purchase several items for cooking. I would suggest bringing your larger pots, pans, casserole dishes, cookie sheets, hand mixer, and mixing bowls (that were not provided) only if you plan to do most of your cooking on site if you have a large group. We knew getting a reservation for all of us would be next to impossible.
Our # 1 reason we booked with Antlers Resort back in December 2016, was that we were told that the club house and pool would be complete for our stay. IT WASN'T EVEN CLOSE TO BEING COMPLETED. We had young children that we knew would have to be entertained each day and we were counting on the pool area for their enjoyment.
Just a F.Y.I.: You have to be VERY careful walking down to the lake...it is a very steep incline. The path directly from the units and in front of the dock are pretty treacherous. The shoreline was very rocky, muddy and littered, making it impossible for any one of us to swim in the lake.
We did used the dock only to board our group when we rented a pontoon one day.
Overall, after all being said, we did enjoy our trip to Table Rock Lake despite some inconsistencies in what the website page claims.

Amazing views, friendly staff and very kid friendly
We had a group from church come and stay. We were sad the pool was not complete but the lake was wonderful and we enjoyed swimming off the platform every day. The house was very comfortable and fit our group well. The only thing that we needed was bigger pots for cooking big meals. Definitely recommend this beautiful getaway.

Excellent
Great house for a large family, our 7 grandchildren ages 7 to 13 really enjoyed the "Bunkroom" and there were enough bedrooms for all the adults.
A very comfortable spot for everyone and the kitchen was very easy to use with the many cooks we had. Would definitely recommend this facility.
Katrina was very helpful with the questions we had.

What a beautiful view!
Our group of 14 friends had 4 wonderful nights in one of the
7-bedroom lodges at Antlers Resort! The accommodations were great. Managers Kristina & Aric took wonderful care of us! We loved watching the deer, turkeys, boats, sunrises & sunsets, all from the large deck overlooking Tablerock Lake. We certainly hope to go back again!

We had a wonderful family vacation. There were 23 of us and the house was the perfect size. Managers were very accommodating. We will definitely go back!

Very nice house, but still under construction
I am giving this 3 stars as opposed to 5 since the property is still a construction zone and will likely be at least another year until it is complete. This is essentially a construction zone with 4 or 5 completed houses in the middle. The house was great with lots of amenities but we spent most of the time outdoors. The kids loved swimming off of the dock as well. However you have to be careful walking down, as the grounds are no where near being complete. The path directly in front of the dock is pretty treacherous and a few people in our party fell and got cut up pretty badly. There should really be steps there of some sort. The view was ok but was mostly blocked by the trees, so it doesn't really look like the pictures. Please note while the house is complete, the grounds are not. It is all rocks, dirt, and mud. When it is truly completed, it should be really nice. We would definitely return but I'd wait until it was done, which should take at least another year or more as they still have to build more houses which the foundations aren't even down, and then the landscaping. If you have some older people with you be really careful if you plan on going down to the dock.

Great cabin and excellent management team.
The property was brand new and the management was very helpful and friendly along the way leading up to our stay. We had only seen virtual images of what if would look like and had our doubts but when we arrived it was just as they had promised. Top of the line everything and the beds and bathrooms are all great. Would definitely recommend staying here and we plan to be back as well.
