We needed to check in early because our flight was rescheduled to arrive 2 hours earlier than originally expected. The host was very helpful. The area seems nice, but parking is tight because there is a school across the street. We had two cars, so the first person home had to park in the garage. Only one key and garage door opener was a problem several times trying to enter the 9 digit code in the dark. I would definitely stay again.

We travel often & have stayed at many rental properties. However our experience with this property was unique. There were positives, but aspects of the property we were really surprised by. Pros: The pictures of the property are accurate. While it's small, it's clean & everything is in good shape. Washer/dryer REALLY came in handy. We had everything we needed at the property. We didn't cook, but we could have as all the basics were there. Cons: THIS PROPERTY IS NOT WALKING DISTANCE TO THE BEACH! The original listing said it was & this was why we chose this property. At best, it was a ~15 min drive to Newport Beach. When you are looking at the segment of the listing that lists how close the nearest beaches are, it's inaccurate. We looked at the proximity of the beaches to the house & the mileage in the listing isn't right. Also, you enter a code to get into the house. It's an electronic touch pad & very finicky. It went smoothly a small handful of times. The majority of the time we had to enter the code multiple times to lock & unlock the door. Lastly, my interactions with the owner made me feel like I was bothering her. Also she logged into Vrbo to message us rather than thru cell phones. It was super inconvenient. I had to keep logging into Vrbo to respond to her. Overall, property is nice, but not as convenient. Several things could have been made so much easier without a lot of effort on the owner's part. Also, the inaccuracies in the listing were disappointing.

We loved our stay! The location was perfect for us - we visited San Diego, Los Angeles, and Laguna Beach. We really only slept at the house, but it had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and everything was ver clean. We arrived late, and Lina was super responsive and made checking in super simple! I definitely recommend this property and host!

Property was as advertised. It’s located close to many restaurants, bars, etc and close to major highways and beaches. It gets busy in the area during the day but is actually quiet at night. Enjoyed my stay and would rent again

stayed during week of 4th of July, couldn’t be happier with our stay. was even more beautiful in person than described. very clean property, beds had fresh clean linens, well stocked with everything you could need. fresh clean ocean vibe decor. Owner/Host was very kind, attentive. communicated via text and let us know she was available for anything we needed she let us know area gets crazy during holiday week as far as traffic goes and told us to be safe. i felt like she truly cared about us as guests. my favorite thing about this listing is a framed piece of art in the hallway that looks like it was made by a child and professionally framed, its super cute. we would gladly recommend this listing to anyone wanting a good location for vacation. it’s conveniently located between Huntington Beach and Newport Beach, very short drive to either location. we will definitely be back!!!
