About this house rental
This is an adorable two-story Victorian in the heart of Downtown Colorado Springs. There are 3 bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. The bathroom is brand new with a big walk-in shower. The entire house features hardwood floors except for bathrooms which have ceramic tile. On the main floor, there is an enclosed front sunporch for relaxing. There is a large living room with a new couch and chairs and an eclectic assortment of vintage pieces. The fireplace shown in the living room photographs is not functioning and has been sealed off. The dining room has a large table and seating for 6. The cute kitchen features new knotty alder cabinets, quartz countertops, and new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen has everything you would need to prepare a big meal. The first floor also has a mudroom/laundry room with a nice washer and dryer for your use. The first floor has a newly remodeled bathroom with a tub shower combo. The house has great working wifi, large TVs in the living room, and master bedroom, brand new furnace and AC. It is rare to find air conditioning in the older homes of Colorado Springs but in the hot summer months, you will really be glad to have it. The house has a small, fenced backyard. The backyard has two nice patio areas and a gas grill. There is also a cozy, 6 person hot tub in the backyard for your use. There is private parking for two cars along the side of the house. This is a great house to hang out in and relax. However, the best feature of this home is it's proximity to downtown. It is two blocks from the house to the center of downtown. You can walk to nearby restaurants, bars, and other downtown locations. It is true downtown living at its very best.

Stayed here with two teenagers for a week to explore the area. Super clean and well stocked. Had a small problem with a couple of wasp nests but the owner was quick to take care of it. We would definitely stay here again!!

This house is very quaint and well appointed. It has all of the amenities that are needed for a vacation rental with regards to the kitchen (utensils, cookware, plates, etc.). The rooms are good size and the living areas are nicely decorated. Parking is good next to the house. Very well located with a short walk to Tejon Street with lots of restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. We enjoyed our stay immensely and the Owner is extremely easy to communicate with (if needed) and responsive.

We really liked this house downtown. There were many charming original features but modern kitchen and bathrooms. The hot tub was
great in the evenings. We walked to several restaurants.

The house was in the best location for Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods! Thanks for a great place to rest after hiking all day!

The property was a great location and the host was nice.

The house was perfect for our family. I wouldn't recommend for families with very small children. The wooden floors and doors were very loud at night. Some of the door handles were very loose. If you appreciate older houses, this one is super cute. We loved being walkable to downtown and appreciated the hot tub!

Very comfortable stay for a family of 5. We’ve been twice and will return again!

This house was perfect for our Colorado Springs trip! Plenty of room to spread out, everything we needed, with a great location! We were sad to leave, and would definitely stay here again.

Very cute house nestled on a quiet street! Kids loved the hot tub! Plenty of space in the 3 bedroom home for our family of 5. Kitchen could use some additional supplies such as cookie sheets, Tupperware for leftover food, kitchen scissors; no dishwasher but the disposal was nice to have. Unfortunately we didn’t feel safe letting the kids (teens and preteens) walk to the nearby park to play. (The house backs up to a homeless food pantry.) Otherwise, it was a perfect house and one of the best family vacations we’ve had in years!!

Stayed in Colorado Springs while acclimating. It was an excellent place to spend a long weekend. Close to downtown parks, events, shops, and restaurants. Really convenient for walking. Tons of room inside for everyone to spread out, get their own room. Glad there was a bathtub for the kids. Great Private Drive area for playing around in.

This house was perfect for our family of five. The kids were thrilled to have their own beds, and it was so nice to have a nice living room and dining room to relax and eat in. The location was great, very quiet at night, and close to a bunch of restaurants and a nice park. And parking was super easy.

We enjoyed this cute early 1900’s house. Beds were comfy, all the cooking utensils we needed to cook meals, and great internet connection. The host was very responsive to our needs and quickly fixed an issue we had with the back door (entrance to house). I would stay there again.

Overall, this was a great experience! We loved the location of this home, and it was incredibly charming. There were enough kitchen basics to get by. Loved the hot tub and the ability to get anywhere quickly from the interstate. It was also super close to downtown, although we ran out of time to really take advantage of that. A couple of things to take note of: the first night the temperatures were in the 80s and the upstairs of the home was not cooling down. Ana was quick to respond with our concerns about that, and we were able to open the windows and stay comfortable. Something I found odd was that there were no screens in the upstairs windows, and my kids were freaked out about seeing a couple of dead bees on the window sills. We did not have any bugs come into the house though, so that was a relief. The upstairs toilet could have been slightly cleaner, but overall the house was plenty clean. Even with my very small complaints, I would definitely stay here again.

We took a quick trip to CO Springs for our Spring Break in MIssouri and could not have picked a better spot. The house was amazing, perfect size & absolutely adorable. Walking distance to downtown and easy access to highway. Anna was great to work with and it was an incredibly easy process overall.

Perfect spot near everything and a walk to places to shop and eat and a perfect view of Pike's Peak. Very clean and very roomy for our family. We could do our own thing and each could go shopping or sightseeing on their own time. We had a great trip and it was so nice to be able to stay in a great home that was super clean especially after a 15 1/2 hour drive! It was nice having 2 bathrooms for our group too! Felt like home away from home.

This was a wonderful house. So cute. Very vintage in age, but well cared for and stocked with all the essentials, including cozy beds, a cook-in kitchen and nice linens! We stayed with our kids and they enjoyed putting together a puzzle and playing board games after our adventures out and about town and we enjoyed relaxing in the soothing heat of the hot tub right outside the door. Finally, this house is super close to everything CS has to offer and also close to highway access if you need to zip to Denver or a day trip for skiing. Enjoy!

Great stay and perfect location. Only wish that the description had been updated to have the coffee pot not as Keurig, but as a regular coffee pot.

Once again this hidden neighborhood was the perfect locale for us to stay during our CC Homecoming festivities. The house is in great shape and very comfortable to sleep and hang out. We are definitely going to stay here again … and again.

Very charming older house that has been remodeled into a great place to stay in downtown Colorado Springs. It's close to lots of popular downtown restaurants and shops, and close to the interstate for travel to the local sites. We enjoyed our stay and met some of the nice neighbors staying in Ana's houses on the same block. Highly recommend!

This was a comfortable home in a great location in Colorado Springs, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and Colorado College. I-25 is easily accessible and it was a short drive to Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods and all kinds of places to hike and explore. You get a beautiful view of Pikes Peak just by walking out the front door. The house was well stocked with everything we needed,, and very comfortable. On hot days, the AC kept it cool during the day and the attic fan kept it cool at night. Ana was a gracious hostess. We would definitely stay again. A five-star experience all around.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay on our trip to Colorado for my nieces wedding. Check in and check out went smooth, and Ana was a quick message away the whole time. The house is well appointed and plenty of room for 6 adults. We will be staying again on our next visit!

As soon as we walked in the home we were simply in awe of how fresh, colorful, clean, and cheerfully appointed the place was! It immediately put us in the happy mode after a long day of travel from MD and reaffirmed our selection for the perfect home base to enjoy Colorado Springs! Loved the layout, the art, the comfortable furnishings-so inviting! Bedrooms so pretty and beds super comfortable. Bathrooms very up-to-date. Kitchen had all what we needed to make meals. Enjoyed walking nearby in the AM to Story Coffee for perfect brew of coffee or tea and amazing scones...also via Uber eats The Human Bean will deliver delicious coffee and other items to your door. Enjoyed Garden of the Gods Cafe (Co. Springs) and Bon Tons (Old Colorado City) for incredible breakfast/lunch. This is a perfect location from which to launch so many adventures. Great consignment shops nearby (Redeaux)-across from Story Coffee. Highly recommend visit to Manitou Springs (Cliff House-perfect quiet and delicious lunch venue-ask for Daniel), early morning Royal Gorge Train ride, lunch, then visit to The Abbey and Holy Cross Winery in Canyon City (all day event). Drive up Pike's Peak is a challenging trek-but you have the cog-railroad option that many will also enjoy. Air is thin up there so be advised. We have many-more adventures to enjoy in Colorado Springs on our next time out...there will be a next time! This lovely and inviting home was just the most perfect place to reunite with our book club! There are very possibly echoes of our laughter lingering within...Thank you for hosting our Southern Maryland Guild of Literary Dames (SMGOLD)!!!
