You will be vacationing in a 5-room villa spanning 300 square meters on 2 levels, with a south-facing position. The living/dining room measures 48 square meters and features an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV (flat screen), along with air conditioning. This room provides access to the terrace. One room is equipped with a french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, satellite TV (flat screen), and air conditioning, also leading out to the terrace. The open kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is a separate WC on the same level. The upper floor houses 2 rooms, each with a french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning, and access to a balcony. Additionally, there is 1 room with a french bed (200 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning, and access to a balcony.
