How often do you see snow-covered mountains from your breakfast table? Or, relax before the fire after an exhilarating day of Breckenridge, Colorado, skiing, skating, snowboarding or sightseeing? It's your choice at the private Sautter Guest Cottage, a charming modern Victorian home constructed in 1990 in the Breckenridge, Colorado, Historic District.

Your private cozy 750 square-foot guest cottage offers 1 bedroom and two full baths and is furnished with elegant linens and some antiques. It's located on the ground floor and is completely private, exceptionally quiet - a perfect honeymoon spot. There's a separate entrance with parking available. But you won't need your car...you can walk to restaurants and shops, or take the free transportation just down the street to the Breckenridge ski lifts, the gondola, or anywhere else in the county you want to go. And if you have youngsters with you (of any age) there is a wonderful sleighriding hill (Carter Park)right down the street, and we have sleds, etc. for your use.

And in the summer music fills the air! There's the Jazz Festival, Summer Festival of Music at the RiverWalk Center, and the Film Festival. And don't forget the 4th of July Parade, the Art Shows, Farmer's Markets...there's always something to do in Breckenridge.

We thoroughly enjoy the coziness and convenience of the cottage! Being able to park right in front is so convenient especially since my husband can not walk long distances. We love the coziness of the cottage especially with the fireplace ambiance. It is very well furnished. Also very convenient to restaurants and shopping! This was our 2nd stay in the guest cottage.

The home met every need for a three night stay and ski trip. Very comfortable for us and our college aged daughter. Just a few blocks to Main Street for restaurants and shopping. Convenient parking. It was nice being in town and close to everything. Communication with Marie was exceptional. We would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect as it was just a few blocks to main street but very quiet. I didn't realize it had 2 full bathrooms but this was a bonus that worked out great for my wife and I. We didn't cook but everything was there if we wanted to. Overall this was a fantastic place and we would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Marie's rental was perfect. We had everything we needed to easily walk to town, bus to ski resort, and cook. I especially liked my nice hot shower at the end of day, serving dishes to make a nice sit-down dinner, and the conformable feeling of being home. I would definitely stay again! Thanks, Marie!

My husband and I spent a week at this property and we really enjoyed it. It is just the right size for two people and it is so cute! We loved being within walking distance of Main Street and there is also a trail a block away. We met the owners and they are wonderful people. We highly recommend this property. Thank you!

The home was wonderful! We were only a few blocks from Main Street and the laundromat and carter park where my kids loved sledding. The cottage had everything we needed and the host was very helpful!

Lovely home with a cottage feel. Walking distance to everything while also being in a quieter part of the village which we loved. . Communication with the host was amazing, even when I accidentally called from the top of the mountain skiing, she responded. We will be back.

Right on the corner with parking at the door. So nice to just sit and watch the snow fall. The fireplace is a great bonus to relax and unwind after a day of skiing or hiking or sledding or shopping. Everything is very close but also it is quiet.

This home is not only within easy walking distance to local restaurants, downtown shopping and access to ski lifts, it is also extremely clean, comfortable and well furnished. The perfect place to stay for a winter vacation in Breck!!

Cottage has a great location, being only 2 blocks from downtown Breck. very convenient. the cottage is in a quiet neighborhood and has hiking trail access within a block. The cottage was more than enough room for the two of us. Having two full bathrooms was great. The fireplace was nice on the cool nights. the only draw back was the lack of a washer/dryer, but there is a laundry one block away. overall a great stay. it was very nice to meet our hostage and chat. Look forward to visiting again next year!

This property provided excellent access to downtown Breckenridge and the surrounding area. Parking is very convenient and you can even see several nearby peaks from the front lawn. The bedroom is spacious and easily accommodated two people. We had a great time exploring Breckenridge, Frisco, Vail, Boreas Pass and Quandary Peak from here.

This place is (almost) everything you need, nothing you don't. Great access to everything in downtown Breck, including a very short bus ride to the Gondola. Marie was quick to respond to any questions and check-in was as easy as it could be. The cottage is great for you and your SO.

My fiancé and I stayed at Marie’s place for the weekend while we skied. It was clean, quiet and quaint, while being in walking distance of the main area of Breckenridge. Check in was easy and everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend if you want to be in town. We drove to the ski area but there is transportation nearby, and it is even walkable.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the guest house was equipped with what we needed. Close to downtown and yet, private. The appliances were a little dated and the dishwasher was loud when running, but the master bed was comfortable and the space was fantastic.

This was an adorable home, in a perfect location to experience Breckenridge! The home was super clean, I was lucky to get to meet the owners, which were very friendly and accommodating. The home is within walking distance of main street, lots of shops, restaurants, and walking distance from a park with hiking/biking trails! It was perfect- i will definitely book this place again when traveling to Breckenridge!

We could not have asked for a better stay in Breckenridge. The location was absolutely perfect: about 5 minutes straight down Lincoln to Main Street. The place itself is adorable and had everything we could need. We particularly enjoyed the working gas fireplace when the temps dipped below freezing a few nights. The street it faces is somewhat busy right now because of construction so there is a steady stream of car traffic right outside during the day-time hours. It calms down significantly at night. I loved our stay and would absolutely stay again.
