Our home is 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached house, with front deck and screened-in porch located in Ocean Pines. It’s updated & modern, clean, and ready for your next beach vacation! The house is on a wooded lot in a very quiet neighborhood and will make a great family vacation home. We cater to families, couples and small groups. If you are looking to party we suggest you look for listings in Ocean City. Ocean Pines is a quiet family oriented neighborhood, it's a perfect place to getaway and relax but not a great place to get rowdy.

Our house sleeps 5 people and is only a 10-15 minute drive from Ocean City and 13 miles from the Assateague Island National Seashore and state park. Also included is parking at the Ocean Pines Beach Club (Memorial Day-Labor Day) on 49th Street in OC (right across from Seacrets). We typically have at least two beach chairs and boogie boards at the house during the summer. We also stock it every year with a beach umbrella, cooler and sand toys.

Ocean Pines also has 4 pools (daily fee), a fantastic racquet center (daily fee), parks, restaurants, fishing ponds, kayak launches, a yacht club, a golf course, bicycle rentals and a craft store. The home is also located within 5-10 miles of outlet shopping, the Ocean Downs casino and many restaurants, bars, golf courses, and amusement areas.

Don’t feel like leaving the house? That’s ok too! Amenities to stay inside & relax include Wi-Fi, games, and HDTV's with Roku. There are also some toys for young ones to enjoy.

Master bedroom: 1 queen bed and attached full bath/HDTV with Roku
2nd bedroom: 1 queen bed/HDTV with Roku
3rd bedroom: 1 set of twin bunk beds and one roll away single bed/HDTV with DVD player

Please note that we do NOT include bed linens. There are some lightweight fleece blankets at the house but you will need to bring sheets for beds, pillowcases and blankets (if lightweight blankets don't work for you). There are some linen rental services in the area but you need to reserved those well in advance of your stay.

Check Out Time: 11 am

Restrictions: No bookings with more than 4 adults or 5 people total will be approved. The 5 person capacity limit is in accordance with county regulations. The minimum age for renting this property is 25. There is a 3 vehicle maximum and street parking is prohibited. We will not rent to guests for "Senior Week". No parties, no loud noise and no illegal activity will be tolerated and will result the immediate cancellation of your stay and removal from the property. No smoking. No pets.

We were recently visiting OC, MD for a National dance competition. We really enjoyed staying here because it was a nice quiet neighborhood...even over the busy July 4th holiday. The drive into OC was quick and easy. The parking pass for the beach club was also a nice bonus. The house was well equipped and very comfortable for our family. We would definitely stay here again if we need to rent a place near OC. The owner is very responsive and we enjoyed our stay here.

This location was perfect for my family to relax stress-free away from the crowds... yet still be right near everything we wanted to do. It is well stocked with everything we needed for our stay including items for the beach that came in very handy. The access to the Beach Club was extremely helpful with giving us a place to park close the beach with access to clean bathrooms and changing stalls as well as a reasonably priced pool for when the waves were a bit to high. The owner's communication and provided information were fantastic. We hope to stay there again next year on our annual trip to OC if available. Top Notch.

We LOVE staying at this property in Ocean Pines! The house is perfect and the Ocean Pines community is perfect for families who enjoy the beach but don't want all the chaos of 'downtown' OC. We are already planning our trip for next summer!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is very well kept and clean. Communication with the owners was very good. The advance information we received was very informative, complete and helpful. The kitchen had all of the necessary utensils, pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, etc. Each room has a good TV with a variety of viewing options. The wifi was dependable and fast/strong enough for multiple devices. We've stayed in several locations in Ocean Pines and this is our new favorite.

Thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas vacation in Ocean Pines. The house is in a quiet location and was very clean and the furniture comfortable and in good condition.. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking utensils which we appreciated since we like to cook. We also appreciated that the house was warm and cozy even with the temperatures only a few degrees above zero. The owners answered our questions promptly which made our stay that much nicer.

Our family loved our stay here. Ocean Pines is quiet at night but has everything you need in the neighborhood. The beach club parking pass is perfection, making your trip to the beach easy on and easy off, without any stress of finding parking at the beach. Having bathrooms, showers, food and drinks accessible all day makes a beach day with kids cranky free. The property was clean and has everything you need plus more. We can’t wait to return!

We would absolutely recommend this house to others, especially families. The neighborhood was quiet, and the pools and beach were easily accessible. The house was perfect for our family- clean, nice bedrooms, comfortable beds, well-stocked. It was great to have the beach gear available to us too, and everything was in great condition. For any questions, we easily contacted the owners who responded right away.

This is a great cottage in Ocean Pines. Checkin was seamless. Roger was super responsive. The cottage was very clean when we arrived. The only recommendation we have is to make a clothes line available for beach towels and bathing suits. Thanks for the great accomodations! The Lee Family

Came to Ocean City to celebrate my in-laws 50th anniversary. This house was a good home base to relax between family events. Being in Ocean Pines provides good proximity to all attractions with easy access to 90 and 50 plus there are lots of food options within a short drive.

We had a great time while staying here. We were looking for a place to spend the Memorial Day Weekend and work remotely. The WIFI was at the house was very good. Also, this was a good location - 10 minutes from OC beach, a little further to Assateague, Berlin, and Delaware. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a nice spot to sit for awhile. We will probably return later in in the Fall.

There are a few things which need to be done to make the stay more comfortable for your next guests. They are a working light inside the side porch because it was difficult to see when we arrived back to the home at night, which made it difficult to find the door lock.A light in the laundry closet is needed because it was difficult to see the controls.Adjust the dryer for the loud noise it makes.There is a hole in the front slider screen door which allows bugs to enter and the handle on the screen door is loose.It was difficult to open the screen door so I needed to lubricate the screen door track above and below with WD-40.Could not get the living room fan to work.
