This condo is priced for 4 persons - we'll add $42/pp/night for each additional guest over 4, up to 6 guests total. A child under the age of two at the time of arrival will count towards the total number of guests allowed, however the extra fee will not be charged for the child.
The comfortable sectional SLEEPER SOFA has a queen mattress, allowing for up to 2 extra guests or a place for those whose sleep separately. Side note: it will be tight with 5 or 6 guests since our condo is only 786 sf. Some people may not be comfortable with such tight quarters - storage & space will be at a minimum.
You'll stay comfortable with the high-end, whisper quiet 3-ZONE SPLIT A/C system located in the living area & bedrooms. For those who prefer fresh air & the sound of waves, ceiling fans throughout will keep the air moving & cool.
The living area has a 32" flat screen TV for streaming your favorite shows.
The kitchen is FULLY STOCKED with essentials & is equipped with everything you’ll need to prepare fabulous meals. Stainless steel appliances, icemaker & all the appliances you could possibly need for making ono grinds (delicious meals) on the occasions you aren't feasting at one of Maui's exceptional restaurants.
The dining table seats six & the pub-style table on the private balcony seats two. The lush greenery & impressive OCEAN VIEWS from the dining areas will take your breath away!
The upstairs MASTER BEDROOM bedroom/open-air loft has a luxurious king bed, SmartTV & ensuite full bathroom with walk-in shower.
The main-level bedroom has 2 TWIN BEDS which can be converted to a king for a small fee. A full bathroom (tub/shower combo) affords comfort & privacy for occupants of the main level. Both baths have grab bars in the shower.
During high season (Dec-April) our OCEANFRONT patio is perfect for watching humpback whales (mamas with calves & their guardian males) as they breach & play. The patio has dining tables with umbrellas & two gas BBQs.
Our perfectly manicured grounds will tempt you to stay & relax at the pool, sunbathe on the beach or occupy a lounge chair under a palm tree with a good beach read. You'll find a LIBRARY in the coin-op laundromats, located on the makai end (ocean) of each floor.
Your beach vacation wouldn't be complete without beach chairs, umbrellas, water toys, coolers and beach towels - ALL PROVIDED FOR YOU. Swimsuits, sunscreen & slippahs (sandals) are all you'll need to bring!
A 5-minute trek around the corner you’ll find a collection of local treasures: a Farmer’s Market featuring local fruits & veggies; Ululani's Shave Ice; Sugar Beach Bake Shop & an ABC convenience store. You'll undoubtedly find yourself headed there for treats & forgotten items.

This was our first time staying in Kihei and we loved everything about it! Our condo (B6) was very well stocked for our adventures on Maui. We were greeted by a most amazing welcome basket of goodies! Plenty of items to take to the beach including a cooler and a much needed umbrella, grass mats & beach towels. The kitchen was very well stocked for our stay. We loved the shared patio and access to BBQ's. There was also a little basket of sunscreen and after sun care.Location! Location! Location! A lovely walk on the beach and you reach the amazing Sugar Beach Bakery, Shave Ice Stand and ABC store. Easy access to lots of restaurants in Kihei (The food truck park was our favorite) and surf shops with beginner surf at the Cove.We loved our stay and will definitely be back because of all of the attention to detail and easy location for our daily adventures!

The location, location, location was fabulous. The cute condo is a little small for 4 people, BUT we were hardly in there all at the same time so it worked and it was stocked so well. The pool is smaller than it looks in the pictures AND it looks like it belongs to the condo that is fenced in with it, so if you chose this location for the pool, just know that. The patio overlooking the beach is beautiful and our group of 12 used it A LOT during the four days that we were there. We saw a sea turtle the day that we swam at the beach, so that really enhanced our stay. Again, the location is wonderful. The parking spots are super tight, so make sure you have a skinny driver to pull your vehicle in and out. LOL I would definitely come back to this condo or to the complex again and I would recommend it to my friends. So glad that we were able to come to Maui after the house that we originally rented in Lahaina burned down last year. OH, the flowers and plants on the property are simply gorgeous.

We stayed at Kihei Sands B6 in July 2023. The location was centrally located to reach all our Maui adventures from sport fishing out of Maalaea with Rascal, snorkeling out of Makena Landing, Trilogy catamaran sailing from Kaanapali Beach, and sunrise at Haleakala National Park. The condo was fully stocked, making it easy to prepare the fish that was caught during the fishing trip. Everything was exactly as described. It was very comfortable for our teenagers to sleep with the separate twin beds. We thoroughly enjoyed waking up every morning and walking along Sugar Beach and stopping by the Sugar Beach Bakery for some masaladas and banana bread. Would definitely recommend B-6 for a comfortable stay at Sugar Beach, Maui.

2 bath 1bedroom and 1 bedroom loft. Wonderful lani with great view, would have liked to have 4 chairs that fit on the lani. Kitchen was nice, needed less pans and more serving pieces, some editing would be useful to free up space. Good selection of knives. Loft bedroom has a hard to use vessel sink and less privacy then most people are accustomed to although we liked it and have come back more than once to this condo. The outside gardens and pool with access to the beautiful beach can’t be beat!

A relaxing 10 day stay in North Kihei, Maui in January 2023. Convenient and central island location. Car rental (Costco) is suggested to explore island and shopping. Unit was clean and comfortable with a nice view toward beach. Condo patio area superb with comfortable chairs, umbrellas and morning coffee. Pool is perfect to cool off in. BEACH is STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL and walking in either direction is easy, being only steps away. No seaweed like further south in Kihei. We plan on returning next January.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4–From the manager’s pre-check-in communication and concierge services to all the details to make sure we had everything we needed and felt welcome and “at home.” Not to mention some of the most beautiful views in Maui and a location only steps from the beach. We were set to share this 2-bdr with the couple from Davis, but they canceled for health concerns. We flew from SeaTac on Alaskan airlines and found this rental completely satisfactory. The location was excellent and would work without a car for many of us. The parking was adequate, but tight. (Be able to handle your vehicle competently). The complex is directly on the beach with great views. We enjoyed the local art displayed in our unit. We liked the s'mores welcome party our first night.

This was a wonderful place to stay: clean, great location, great management, located next to great beach to relax by or play in. Condo was equipped with all that we needed for our stay from towels to kitchen. The condo association had beach chairs, beach toys and body boards to barrow for the day. Great place if you are looking to be away from bigger resorts but centrally located to the north,west and mountain areas of Maui.

We needed a place for 4 adults to stay fairly last minute ( booked 1 month in advance) & over a holiday. A friend suggested Kihei Sands condos. What luck to find this sweet little complex ( only 20 units) on a gorgeous sandy & swimmable beach. It had everything we needed - pool, beachfront, bbqs, quiet & the unit (B6) had 3- air con/split units, 2-bd, 2-baths, very comfy beds, nice view deck. On top of that, the managers in site could not have been more welcoming or accommodating. Also, walkable to a small farmers market, an ABC store & awesome Sugar Beach Bakery & espresso shop. Highly recommend this gem!

B6 was very clean which is so important to me. It was a beautiful room with great art and a magnificent view. There was plenty of amenities which made us feel right at home. The general property and pool area were beautiful and well kept and everything was very clean. Beautiful plants everywhere and plenty of chairs to relax on. And two bbq’s so every time we went to cook outside there was lots of room for all the guests that were there.
So the bed. It was extremely sunk in. Both sides of the mattress and the pillows were lumpy and not supportive at all. Were active and after a 5 mile short hike and having a bed that is uncomfortable made us so unrested. I was very disappointed in this, it made everything we did on vacation feel extra exhausting. We have friends staying in 2 other rooms and they had they same experience. So I would stay here again possibly but bring my own pillow for sure.

We have stayed at this condo on Sugar Beach many, many times over the last 30 years, and each time we have had a great experience. The units are always neat, clean and well equipped. The pool is small but very nice with lots of patio chairs. The beach in front of the condo is a great place for a walk or soaking in the ocean and the sunsets are beautiful. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to our next visit to Kihei Sands.

Expectations met!
Kihei Sands and B6 met all of our expectations. B6 was detailed all the way down to the tupperware for day trips. Plenty of towels and clean. A/C and all appliances worked perfectly. Just a friendly environment overall amongst guests. Our kids loved the boogie boards on site and Sugar Beach is the real deal. We went many places exploring, but our kids just wanted to go back to Sugar Beach. Many restaurants and stores near and the Sugar Beach Bake Shop is dangerously addicting with the Malasadas. Make a stop at the fresh fruit market as well next to the Bake Shop. We recommend the Kihei area and Kihei Sands.

We had a wonderful time in Maui and would recommend this condo to small families that want a great beach away from crowds. The condo was very clean and the property was well maintained. You truly are only steps from the nice sand beaches that have great swimming and boogie boarding waves. There are plenty of lounge chairs also available if you don't want to get sandy. The unit is a little older, but well maintained and very clean. Has all amenities that you would need. The pictures online make it look a little bigger than it is, but it was big enough.
