This newly remodeled 4,600 sqft home is walled and gated for secluded privacy and located in the Las Palmas neighborhood, often referred to as “the Beverly Hills of Palm Springs”. We are dog friendly and within walking distance to downtown coffee shops, restaurants and much more. The house can sleep up to 12 and is the perfect retreat to reconnect with friends and family, with the best of Palm Springs nearby.

You enter the property thru a walled and gated entry for complete privacy. Passing by lush plantings and a water feature you enter thru turquoise double doors into the main living area with 20’ vaulted and beamed ceilings. Marble terrazzo floors lead to a huge sunken living room, dining/lounge area and a newly remodeled open kitchen. Glass sliding doors run the length of the rooms leading onto the large, covered patio, outdoor kitchen and pool/spa area all with mountain views.
The living room features two 9’ extra deep sofas perfect for curling up and relaxing with cocktails or enjoying a movie with the family on the 70” 1080p LED HDTV. Open the glass sliding doors to the covered patio to enjoy the mountain views and true indoor/outdoor living.
A few steps up from the living room you enter the dining/lounge area featuring an 18-foot banquette with dining for up to 16 people. Overhead are 3 sputnik chandeliers to set the perfect mid-century tone while hanging out in the lounge area enjoying conversation.
An 11’ marble peninsula with seating for 4 or more opens into the newly remodeled kitchen from the lounge. High gloss cabinets, marble counters, sinks, faucets, appliances…you name it, we've probably got it! A true gourmet kitchen that makes preparing meals a joy. Pass thru windows to the full outdoor kitchen and grill complete the experience.
The living room, dining/lounge area and kitchen are open and flow onto to each other allowing complete interaction with friends and family no matter where you are. The 5th and 6th bedrooms are in the West wing of the house and can be closed off for additional privacy. Bedroom 5 has two twin beds with private bath and no direct pool access, perfect for small children. Bedroom 6 is like a second primary featuring spectacular mountain views from the king size bed and private patio. • All stays require a separate and signed rental agreement. (Online signatures via DocuSign)
• Primary renter must be at least 30 years old.
• Government issued photo ID must be provided by primary renter.
• All adult guests must sign the city of Palm Springs “Rules and Regulations” sheet agreeing to abide by all local Vacation Rental laws.
The city of Palm Springs now has “Vacation Rental Compliance Officers” to patrol and monitor all vacation rental homes. Any violation of the above laws the city will issue you a $500 ticket. Any guest receiving a citation from the city for illegal outdoor music or noise past 10pm will be asked to leave with no refund. When in doubt please ask us for clarification on any issue.

Spent a wonderful, busy 9 days at Keith's property in the Vista Las Palmas neighborhood. The outdoor space was perfect for our family and friends and the house was super comfortable. We had a small dinner party catered by DesertDine, who commented that it was perhaps the best equipped kitchen they have worked in. Keith was a perfect host and we would not hesitate to stay at any of his properties again. Thank you, Keith.

House exceeded expectations. The pictures are great but wait until you see it in person! So much to do in Palm Springs but hard to leave this beautiful home. Keith was awesome, check in was a breeze! House is well stocked with anything you need. Everything super organized, if I ran a VRBO business I would replicate what these guys do. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

I celebrated our 50th birthday here in Palm Springs for three nights and loved staying at this home! We walked to town two of the days and really enjoyed all the beautiful homes in this quiet and classic 1960s neighborhood! All bedrooms and living spaces are decorated adorably and it very spacious backyard for a group of 10 or 12! Kitchen was top notch! Love :-)

Cooking Thanksgiving dinner was a blast in this fabulous kitchen. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, fire pit, putting green, hiking nearby, walks around the neighborhood and into town, local restaurants and shops, and just hanging around the beautiful house. The outside is like a fabulous resort and the estate is truly magnificent with all the amenities and decor you could dream of for a fantastic vacation. We enjoyed this property so much. The home literally had everything we needed and more. Fully stocked pantry, extra ice maker, 2 sinks, toiletries etc. Keith was so nice and attentive. We will definitely be back!!

We have been coming for years now because of the wonderful location of this property. It’s layout which is perfect for family groups and the peaceful view of the mountains which we love. From booking time to check out time, the hosts were amazing!! They answered every question and everything was just like they described. We were pretty concerned about the quiet ordinance because there were 9 of us. It really was not a problem at all. You will definitely have a great time at Keith and Bruce’s places!

This home is gorgeous, meticulously maintained, and in a perfect location for enjoying downtown as well as the mountain trails. Keith is the best vacation rental owner I have ever experienced. He’s responsive, easy to work with, thoughtful about the renter experience, and has equipped his houses so they have everything you need. This is also a rare house that is even better in person than in the photos. There is a ton of room for a group, a nice kitchen for cooking or catering, and a great lounge space around the pool. And - no challenges with the pool heat or spa heat. It was wonderful. We will be back again!!

First class home in great neighborhood with every amenity that you could want. The kitchen is fully kitted out with multiple sets of dishes pots pans glassware appliances and virtually anything that you need to cook for and entertain a large crowd. Pool area was beautiful and restful. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and extra towels for all. Very stylish decor. Located in an older classic Palm Springs neighborhood that is convenient to everything. So much to do in that area. My whole family including dogs had a wonderful stay. We did have a toddler with us and the house is not truly suitable for small children but we did what we needed to do to keep him safe. Highly recommend this home for rental! Would love to return again.

We had a wonderful stay and could have used one more day. Keith was great and kept the entire process smooth and stress free. The outdoor space of this home was designed beautifully and was a great place for us to relax and enjoy the outdoors, including the great view of the mountains. The interior was spacious and allowed our family to spend time together, but also at times apart with privacy. We found a lot of great hikes in the Palm Springs area to do in the morning (our favorite was the Whitewater Preserve), and then we would have a late lunch at the house and enjoy the pool. Internet and WiFi were a touch slow but sufficient for Dad to work in early AM, including Zoom calls. The strict Palm Springs noise rules, in our view, are a bit “over the top”, but they did help create a very quiet and peaceful environment (I should note through that there is a new house being constructed across the street, but we only heard construction noise during one day of our stay). All in all, we strongly recommend this house and were very happy with Keith and the home. We look forward to returning to Palm Springs again some day when everything is open.

Rented the location with a few family friends and all through our planning and stay Keith was very responsive and provided us with all the information needed to have a great time in Palm Springs. The property itself was very neat, with a generous supply of cleaning supplies (considering the current pandemic). We loved the modern feel of the home, generous space for a large group, and the mini golf was so much fun for the group. Some standout attributes of this rental gem:1, All kitchen cabinets and drawers labeled with endless supply of cooking utensils and appliances. Absolutely nothing was missing. 2. Amazing outdoor, outfitted with comfortable seating, pool towels, heat lamps, and shades3. Enough parking for up to 6 cars4. Beautiful architecture walking up to the house. Then you get in and your immediately blown away by the gorgeousness of the home.We will definitely like to rebook this property when we come back to Palm Springs. Memories to last a lifetime were had here.

This place was a dream. The mid century modern decor was elegant. It felt like Tony Stark lived there. The outside living was wonderful and spacious. All of my guests were impressed by this lovely home. "Definitely Instagram worthy" I was told. Keith the host was very nice and understanding. Keith had received a noise complaint by the neighbor on Friday night and could not get a hold of me because I was away from my phone in the pool. Keith had to personally come to the house and he asked very nicely if we could keep the noise down. I appreciated his patience and professionalism. Best 40th birthday ever.

My family and I had a great trip to Palm Springs, we absolutely love this house. My son kept telling me that he wanted to move in and live here full-time. Spectacular pool! Great kitchen! And best yet, totally private! We will be back.

This is the 4th time my girlfriend's and I have stayed at this particular house. It is absolutely beautiful! The pool is fabulous, the kitchen is beyond fully stocked, the décor is fun, 2 car garage and ample street parking. If you are an early riser I would suggest you go out in the morning and enjoy natures beauty. I will absolutely go again and I highly recommend any home by this owner. Our vacation was fantastic - thanks to this beautiful house and Scott. We had 12 women on this trip and we were all super comfortable in the space (minus the pillows - we ended up buying a few at Target). You won't want to leave the pool and patio. The tanning shelf in the pool is delightful.
The ONLY downside to this house is the noise ordinances and that's not the fault of the owner or the manager. They aren't joking around when they say no outside music at all. We didn't feel like we were missing too much but it was a bit of a bummer.
Scott was friendly, communicative, and responsive. He resolved the one minor issue we had over the phone, which was really convenient. This house truly has everything - every kitchen gadget you could want, multiple dishwashers, flatware, dishes, towels, and an extra fridge. The location is stunning, the pictures don't do the view of the mountains justice.
My girlfriends and I really didn't want to leave this magical house and are already making plans to come back.

Property accommodated our group of 12 very well. We loved the contemporary vibe and the outdoor spaces. Scott was very easy to deal with and answered all questions promptly. We were concerned about the noise ordinance but we had no problems complying. We would do this again.

All loved the kitchen, plush bedrooms, bathrooms and perfect location. Marvelous in every way, would happily stay here again! we had an amazing long weekend, couldn't be more perfect!

The house had everything we needed! We had 12 adults and 3 kids and never felt crowded! The pool and outdoor space is top notch. Scott was very helpful prior to arrival. Overall it was a great experience!

Nice house. Perfect for accommodating a large group. Hosted a bachelorette weekend there. Nice pool area, good large kitchen. The decor is a little cheesy. Learned about a "no swimming after 9 pm" and "no music outside" rule when we got there. Would've been helpful to know that info upfront.

For my 50th birthday, I wanted to celebrate with my girlfriends -- away from all our everyday responsibilities. This house provided the PERFECT escape. From the moment we walked in the front door, we all started laughing at how spectacularly awesome it was. In fact, everyone would gather just to see the reaction when someone new arrived. The huge kitchen, the dining table that fit ALL of us, the number of bedrooms & bathrooms, the decor, and that ridiculously luxurious backyard. We instantly felt like Hollywood royalty. The house set the tone for the entire weekend, and we could not have been happier.
From a planning standpoint, Scott the property manager was incredibly helpful and responsive. The entire experience was easy and enjoyable from start to finish. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much for sharing this incredible home with us.

This was our second annual girl’s getaway at this beautiful house. The property manager, is so helpful and easy to get a hold of for any questions that come up during your visit.
12 of us Ladies spent most of the time lounging in and out of the pool and spa. All meals were made at home and we ate outside at the large dining table every night. We even canceled our dinner reservations and opted to stay at the house instead. Clean up in the
large gourmet kitchen was a breeze with the 2 dishwashers and 2 sinks.
This house is located in an upscale neighborhood and no music is allowed outside. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat with lots of elbow room and the finest accommodations, this is the home to rent!

Overall this house exceeded our expectations but it wasn't just because of the actual structure (which was awesome) it was the ease of the whole experience. Scott was wonderful to work with and he made the whole thing seamless. From start to finish he was always accessible for questions and made me have to use zero brain power to get it all to go off without a hitch. I hope to use the house again in the coming years.

My family and I stayed here recently for a family reunion of sorts and were all totally blown away with not only the beautiful views and expanse of the home, but also how well stocked this house was! There are so many thoughtful details that go into making this home truly comfortable. Not once did we lack a dish, need extra ice, extra room in a refrigerator, extra towels, extra bedding, etc. They think of everything and it made for one relaxing vacation!
The vistas from the main house onto the San Jacinto mountains are breathtaking. The multi-level yard (with the pool being lower) makes for several grouped seatings making all the possibilities of where to eat, relax and visit endless.
We can't recommend this home enough.

The location is great, 200 metres from Kaufman House built by Neutra : a national Landmark.
When you get there you can't believe the outdoor entrance of the house is yours !

It is hard to believe that a property that looks this amazing in photos could actually exceed our expectations…but it did! This home is the absolutely perfect getaway for a big group.
The house is large and comfortable and has all of the amenities you could ask for in a vacation home. The house is beautifully furnished, CLEAN, has lots of TVs, great bathrooms, ample bathroom and pool towels and a wonderful kitchen. We cooked almost every night and found all of the kitchen cooking tools we needed, as well as ample dinnerware, glassware, dishwashers (2 in the kitchen), etc. The outdoor areas are fabulous! The grounds on which the house sits are beautiful landscaped and there are lots of hidden areas for sitting, reading and relaxing. The backyard boasts the true "centerpiece" of the home… the pool area. In addition to a nice large pool for floating around and relaxing, there is also a lap lane. Inside of the pool there is a wonderful area for sitting and lounging on a lounge chair that includes umbrellas… you can stay cool in the pool, but be shielded from the sun if desired. We also loved all of the sitting areas surrounding the pool like the outdoor beds, beds and of course the outdoor fire place. There are so many places to sit and relax that you can always find a spot of your own even if you are with a large group. The location is also perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for taking morning walks. And, if you desire to venture into town (which we only did twice… why leave paradise, after all???!?!?!?), it's less than 5 minutes away. Grocery stores are also right nearby. The property manager was super helpful. Not only did he provide lots of useful information at check-in, but he was easily accessible throughout the week for questions. I have only good things to say about this property and would go back again in a heartbeat!

I stayed here last week with my friends from college for our annual reunion. Wow - what a perfect location! There were 9 adults and 8 small children amongst us, and the house fit us perfectly. It is in the best neighborhood of Palm Springs, we took numerous evening walks and early morning jogs to check out all of the other cool, retro houses in the area. The kitchen was absolutely amazing - we cooked all but one of our meals there and the multiple dishwasher, multiple oven thing worked out perfectly. The house was decorated so nicely, it really didn't even feel like a rental - you can tell that a lot of thought and care has gone into all of the details here. It was impeccably clean and well stocked with everything that we needed besides the food and drinks! The rooms were spaced far enough apart that the little ones could nap, and the teenager had his own room too. So much square footage! The property manager was beyond helpful - he would text us if he thought the pool might need to be adjusted temperature wise - just to make sure we were always comfortable! In addition, the pool really was perfect - with the tanning ledge in the corner, it made a perfect spot for the little ones to splash around and still feel safe. This isn't a party house - there is no outside music allowed - but with that said, we still managed to have a great party and will definitely be staying here again. Book early!

Very gorgeous home. It's large for entertaining and has every amenity one could want. Everything was perfect except the "absolutely no music outside" sign and rule. Other than that, it was ridiculously luxurious in every way and big enough for 16 people!

We recently rented this FABULOUS home for a 4 day weekend spent with several friends. Palm Springs was a great location, since so many of us were coming from both San Diego and Los Angeles. The booking/check-in/check-out were all so simple when working with the manager, Scott. He was readily available if we had any questions. The home has EVERYTHING you could possibly need, and more! All you need is your suitcase, groceries/personal chef and you're set. We hired a personal chef, so we could create our own mini-resort vibe, which was also amazing! The location/architecture/design elements of this home are superb... A home that I am still missing, after my stay. Kudos to the owners for having this gem on VRBO. We look forward to booking this home (or their others) in the future.

The indoor and outdoor communal spaces are wonderful for a group to gather. Kitchen facilities (indoor and outdoor) are top notch. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms allow everyone some privacy too. The pool and spa are great. Hard to imagine anyone not having a good time at this house. Looking forward to a return trip.

I brought a group of 15 to the house and every single one of them was very impressed. To start with, the location is phenomenal, close to shopping, ATV rentals, golf, and 12 minutes from the airport. The kitchen more than accommodated our large number, and the decor is top notch. The layout of the house encourages the group to hang out together, whether outside or inside. My group said repeatedly, "lets just book this house for next year!". They loved it.
*definitely pay for the accidental damage coverage with a house this nice!
