About this apartment rental
**Although this property did not incur much damage from Hurricane Helene or Hurricane Milton, many properties on Manasota Key did. Low-lying homes and restaurants were flooded and destroyed by storm surge. There is ongoing cleanup on the key, and many restaurants and beaches are still closed. This condo does have walkable access to the beach as well as heated pool looking over Lemon Bay. The dock is somewhat compromised, therfore, no boats permitted at this time.**
It's easy to relax and enjoy your vacation on beautiful Manasota Key. Gulf beaches are across the street, about a 5 minute walk to access the sand, seashells, and beautiful sunsets!
This quiet 9 unit condominium is on Lemon Bay, and has a heated pool and BBQ area. Bring (or rent) a boat, jet skis, or other watercraft. Our dock slips accommodate up to 17' vessels.
Fish from the dock, or observe manatees and dolphins while enjoying your morning coffee or evening beverage. You'll be in walking distance to the restaurants and bars which feature fresh seafood and live music. Or use Stumpy's Free Ride Shuttle to get around Manasota Key.
There are plenty of other nearby places to visit during your stay. You're just a short drive to Old Englewood Village/ Dearborn Street which has unique shops, restaurants, farmers markets, car shows, and festivals. Venice, Sarasota, Boca Grande and Punta Gorda are all fairly close as well.

Everything we needed during our stay was available. Towels, beach towels, shell hunting equipment, umbrella etc. the bathroom was very nice, recently remodeled.

This property is the best VRBO we have ever enjoyed. The host, Dana, was extremely responsive to a need regarding the use of the TV. (Router was off line). She came on site within 15 minutes and solved the problem. This property has EVERYTHING! From dental floss and Q-tips to beach equipment, enough glassware to open a neighborhood bar, and a well equipped kitchen with every gadget you could imagine. Best of all…it is clean, comfortable and relaxing. This is a fantastic find!

Well thought out rental with everything one needs, especially in the kitchen. The king bed was super comfortable and the shower had perfect water pressure.
Love being able to walk to the beach and several restaurants ( Magnolias food was top notch). Owner Dana was very communicative and easy to talk to. Also happy to have a pool close by. Only drawback was the bird poop we had to clean off daily around the pool. Maybe condo maintenance could improve that.

My Husband and I stayed at this beautiful condo for 4 days. Loved the cleanliness and the decor was updated and had a relaxing feel, very private and just the right size for the two of us. We love to cook and the kitchen was perfect size for 2 and very well stocked. We got groceries on our way in and fresh sea food on the key it was the best, we only ate out once. Everything was within walking distance, we barely used our car, we spent our morning on Englewood Beach for yoga, back to the condo for a swim, lunch, then back to the beautiful, quiet Gulf beach across the road until sunset and then a dip in the pool. Just amazingly peaceful! And all the neighbors in the other condos were so friendly and helpful. Thank you for your hospitality and sharing your little piece of paradise!

We have visits Englewood before and this was, by far, the nicest and cleanest place we have stayed. Dana was extremely communicative and answered any questions we had. The condo was very clean and up to date decor. We will definitely be back!

Very easy access to beaches, boating, restaurants and Beautiful Beaches! 4 Restaurants in walking distance or call Syumpys for a free ride there and back! Friendly neighbors and Dana and Jim are very accommodating. Condo is updated beautifully and we did not need anything. We will return!

This is our second visit and there will be many more! Hosts anticipate, not react-so there are no surprises here! Even amid rhe struggles of this hurricane season, we found that “peaceful easy feeling” - kick back and wander paradise!

This property is well taken care of. Everything you need is there for you. the pool and the dock on the bay were so nice, even though we couldn't use the pool because of damage from hurricane Ian . We definitely would stay again!

I was in the area working for a couple of weeks, and the unit could not have been better. Clean, spacious, quiet, convenient, great internet, and the shower has great water pressure!

My wife and I booked this condo to work remotely during the day and to enjoy Manasota Key in the late afternoon and evening. The condo is close to the beaches and several restaurants. Additionally, it had a nice dock to enjoy an early cup of coffee while watching the manatees pass through. Our condo was decorated very nicely and was stocked very well! Communication was excellent! Property was exactly as advertised! Had everything we needed, kitchen was well equipped, coolers, beach chairs & umbrella, fishing poles, kayaks etc. Pool was clean & quiet. Location was perfect, close to restaurants & beach. The condo is updated & very clean! Owners were wonderful, we arrived very late & they left the porch light on as well as inflated an air mattress for my son so it would be ready when we arrived. They were quick to respond to any messages. I really appreciated their hospitality! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect getaway
Location was awesome as it was near great restaurants and short walking distance to the beach!! The condo was well stocked and then some!! Even though condo, they are situated where you don’t walk right next to neighbor’s condo and able to see in! Def was more private!! Really enjoyed our stay here, didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back!!

Excellent stay!
What a great stay we had in this beautiful condo. Everything was sparkling clean when we arrived, the owners went over and above supplying everything you could possibly need for your trip! We enjoyed using the pool and the kayak's everyday. The beach was just a short walk across the street, the owners supplied equipment for hunting for shark teeth, beach chairs, umbrella, even a beach wagon and towels. Huge plus was the washer and dryer. I would not hesitateto book this condo again. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Great rental = great vacation on Manasota Key!
Dana as a great host with an amazing and comfy rental. I book d this for a week beach vacation for me and my daughter. We lived hanging out on the property and the beach equipment that was available was great and appreciated. We went to the beach every day but one and that is only because it was too cold. I very highly recommend this rental for many reasons, you just can’t go wrong.

Quiet and Relaxing Vacation
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Oats. Dana was easy to work with and the condo exceeded our expectations. This condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed, including toiletries, linens, cooking spices, and beach supplies. The beach wagon was very helpful and made the short walk to the beach so easy! The pool was very relaxing and most of the time we were the only ones there. We will certainly consider staying here again in the future.

Everything & Nothing
The title of this review sums up our experience with this rental. We had absolutely everything we needed, and there was nothing that we needed to bring other than clothes and personal items. The condo was immaculate, very fully stocked with any kitchen and bathroom amenity we needed, plenty of towels, beach chairs, and in such a lovely location. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. We brought our 19’ Key West which fit nicely at the dock, and plenty of room for the trailer in the parking lot. It was wonderful to have the boat right there, ready to go. We enjoyed boating and fishing, then relaxed in the heated pool before dinner. The bed was very comfy, water pressure in the shower was great, AC worked like a charm. Dana was great to work with and very accommodating. We hope to be able to vacation here again soon!! Highly recommended!
My husband and I loved our stay in Dana's condo! From the time we booked her communication was excellent. We were new to Manasota Key, and I had several questions regarding the condo and area. Dana quickly responded in detail with as much info as she could provide. The condo and grounds were clean. Bathroom is fully updated. Living room area is HUGE and we never felt like we were cramped for space. The kitchen is also spacious and fully stocked. The dedicated washer & dryer is located at the front of the unit, which is extremely convenient. The complex is very quiet, which we appreciated very much. It is also very close (within walking distance or short bike ride) to several area amenities, including the beach, but if you have any questions regarding the location, Dana is very helpful! We have rented vacation rentals many times, and my husband commented that this was the nicest condo we've rented to date, which says a lot. You will not regret renting this unit!

Little paradise by the water
Staring with our approval dates Dana was quick to respond and was such a pleasure to work with. Their home was cozy and exactly like their photos and description. We brought all our own supplies and everything we would need for the week only because we booked last minute but their home was full stocked. The kitchen has all cooking items you would need, bath and beach towels and beach supplies which is nice if you were flying to Florida. Great little dock to go fishing on(we did that a lot). Would recommend going if you want something close by the water and can ride your bikes around or walk to local restaurants and bars. We would love to visit and stay again with Dana and Jim. Thank you for everything.

Beyond Expectations
This rental comes with everything you might need including a charming and caring owner. The location is perfect for leaving your car and walking everywhere - to the beach, to the restaurants, to the convenience store and two very nice "T-shirt" shops. And if you like uncluttered and immaculately clean spaces, this is the condo for you.

Dana & Jim are excellent hosts who have thought of and provided everything above and beyond what we could have asked for or expected. We love the setting, peacefulness and location and will definitely be renting this one again.

The Rest is up to you
Dana and Jim thought of everything a vacation(er) would ever need including a toothbrush in case you forgot yours. The condo is clean, up to date and very comfortable especially the bed. My wife and I highly recommend you trying out Dana and Jim’s condo you won’t regret your choice! It included everything you need for the beach, bikes and kayaks.
