Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, Great Escape 5 overlooks the Mantanzas Pass Preserve. This 5 bed, 5 bath home features a 3-bedroom upstairs two-story unit and a 2-bedroom pool level unit. There is not an interior connection for these two units, making it perfect for multiple families that are vacationing together.
On the main level, two story vaulted ceilings are accented by wooden beams that soar above the open concept great room and a dining table that seats 8. A beautiful kitchen overlooks the dining and living area and provides a breakfast bar and stainless-steel appliances. The balcony off the main level offers a huge table that seats 12 plus an additional lounge space. There is a guest bedroom with a full bed off the living room and there is a guest bath just off the kitchen. Upstairs the grand staircase is the primary bedroom with a king bed with vaulted ceilings and wooden beams. The primary en suite offers a walk-in shower and large closet. There is an additional guest bedroom on this level that offers a full and twin bed and en suite with a tub/shower combo.
The first floor of the house offers ground level entry to a 2-bedroom suite with a full kitchen, living area, and private patio. There is a full bedroom with pool access and en suite with walk-in shower. The other guest bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed with additional sleeping available in the living area on a sleeper sofa. There is also a full bathroom accessible from the living area with a tub/shower combo. This home sleeps up to 14 guests comfortably.
Outside features a screened-in pool and hot tub overlooking the Mantanzas Pass Preserve offering great privacy. Lots of lounge furniture and spaces to relax in the sun or shade, outdoor TV, corn hole, and outdoor shower complete the outdoor area.

Great house, pool, management however all the guests and I got devoured by bugs even in the pool area. The property definitely needs bug traps or more bug repellent in the pool area and bedrooms of the house. Specifically for no-see-email and mosquitos!

Good house, horrible sleeping conditions
Great house and pool, horrible beds. While the house is great, the beds are the worse I have ever experienced. All guests (there was 8) all complained about how extremely bad the beds were, as well as how rough the sheets were. You would expect with this price point better sleeping amenities.

The Perfect Vacation Home
Our family of 10 stayed in this beautiful 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home. There was plenty of room for everyone. We could all gather together or go to our rooms for privacy. The open concept made this home very appealing! The pool was AMAZING! And the house is literally a four minute walk, less then two blocks from the beach which made this the perfect location. The house is on a cul-de-sac so there was no traffic and it was very peaceful. The house is located Mid-Island in a central location to everything the island has to offer, and the beach access led to a very private beach experience. It was never too crowded and it was always clean and beautiful. We had an issue with the WiFi the first couple of days but the owners/managers worked hard to resolve the issue as quick as possible! Their service and communication was excellent. We loved this house and will definitely return in the future!

Family Trip
Very easy to book, communications with property management were excellent. The house was large enough for 11, and all of us were all able to sit together at the large outdoor dining area! The kids enjoyed playing games and of course the pool! The house suited our needs perfectly. I would not recommend for small children or the elderly due to the open staircases.
