Siisti huone lähellä juna-asemaa. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Yksinkertaisen italialaisen briossiaamiaisen sai jo valmiiksi edeltävänä iltana.

Sehr sauberes Zimmer und Bad. Netter Vermieter der Hilfsbereit war und sich um alles gekümmert hat.

Ein schöner und sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft ist an einer sehr guten Lage, nahe beim Stadtzentrum und wenige Schritte vom Bahnhof Padua entfernt. Der Raum mit Dusche/WC war neu, das Zimmer neu renoviert. Alles sehr sauber und genügend ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Ein weiterer Pluspunkt wäre, wenn zu den Snacks nebst Tee noch Kaffee zubereitet werden könnte.

とても便利でした

駅から近くて便利です。中心部にも徒歩で問題なく行けます。すぐ近くにBarがあって朝食はそこで食べられます。私は使いませんでしたが共用のキッチンがあって冷蔵庫や電気ケトルが使えます。

部屋の扉の構造のせいか、音が聞こえやすいです。支払いは現金のみということで領収証をお願いしたら印紙税２ユーロが追加になると言われました。イタリアの税金のことはよくわかりませんが、これは宿泊者が負担するものだとは思えないです。

Posizione, pulizia, host! Tutto molto carino e pulito. Il proprietario preciso e gentile. Ottima posizione dietro alla stazione!

Se devo trovare il difetto… il parcheggio. Se non è domenica il parcheggio piu vicino è a pagamento.

Do céu ao inferno

Tudo limpo e bem organizado. Boa localização.

O proprietário não tem trato para administrar um bom produto. Estávamos cansados e ele esmurrou a porta as 10.00h porque tinha que limpar o cômodo e já não era hora de tomar café e sim de almoçar. Creio que a ótima impressão da chegada se desfez completamente. Abandonamos o quarto as 11.00 e fomos para a estação de trem. Uma pena. Creio que a idéia de tocar o negócio está muito equivocada. Estavamos em 3 pessoas, eu minha esposa e minha filha que ficou um pouco assustada com tudo.

Consigliato vivamente

Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile già dal giorno precedente il nostro arrivo. Ottima posizione, con diversi parcheggi (a pagamento) nelle vicinanze. Camera pulita, con tutti i comfort, incluse coperte e cuscini aggiuntivi in caso di necessità. Molto carino ed abbondante il vassoio della colazione e molto utile il cucinino a disposizione con frigorifero e bollitore.

I would recommend the place to others

I stayed here for one night before checking into a permanent place (apartment newly rented for 2 years). The owner is very responsive to requests. I flew into the Venice Marco Polo airport and took the bus to arrive in Padova. Even though it was late (9 or 10 pm ish), the owner waited for me and helped me settle in. Very close to the train station and the bus terminal (5 min on foot). Clean facility

I would have liked an espresso machine in the common area :)

Perfect stay!

Everything was perfect, the location, the room. The facilities have everything you need, the room is big and clean. The hosts are very kind and friendly. They helped us with our troubles, brought us snacks and let us keep our baggage throughout the next day. Amazing place with amazing people!

Friendly owner, close to the train station and the city center.

The matress was a little too soft, but that depends on everyone's preference You could hear all the guests, when they were leaving or entering the apartment, some of them were very noisy Mosquitoes. We received a solution to remove them but it didn't really work.

Exceptional

The property was clean, we were given a nice welcome basket with some drinks and food. The host was anyways connected to us on the phone, super helpful and kind. Told us everything about the city, and even stored our luggage till late evening. I highly recommend this place in Padova.

all was great our host Francis gave us all the info we needed, had small problem when I came to use the microwave with Francis father but was soon sorted maybe I should learn a bit of Italian instead of expecting people to speak English Grazie to Franc & his Dad.

Lovely and cozy apartment near the heart of the city

The location is amazing, 10 minutes from the city center and 5 minutes from the train / bus station. The owner kept in touch with us the entire time and provided valuable information on what to visit. We also received a bunch of snacks for the morning, which was great as we didn't plan for breakfast.

A home away from home :)

The guest gave us a plate of snacks as a gift which we both loved. We were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and the comfort of the beds. There is also a kitchen open to use, with appliances for tea and coffee, and a refrigerator if you need it.

The Wi-Fi signal wasn't the best, and the heating wasn't working - but we weren't cold, we had extra blankets in the closet.

Perfect for a short stay

- very close to the train station, - 10 min walk to the city center, - friendly owner, responses right away on WhatsApp, - fully equipment, shared kitchen, - air condition, - there is possibility to leave luggage after check out.
