This Condo is located in the A building of Marina Sol Residences & Resort and has a nice view of the pool and courtyard The large terrace features comfortable patio furniture set and a Propane BBQ.

The spacious living room has lots of seating and a Flat Screen TV with a private Satelite feed for 150 channels, the dining room is set up for six people to dine and the modern Kitchen is all in Granite finishes and has all the appliances found in most homes.

The master bedroom is very large and features a King Size bed,
and private bathroom plus a hotel safe.

The second bedroom has direct access to the front terrace with a King Size bed and there is a second bathroom adjacent to the second bedroom.

This condo is located just steps away from El Medano Beach which is by far the most popular beach in all of Cabo.

Really great stay at the condo. The staff were super friendly and you cannot beat the location The beach is a block down the road and the downtown is about a 10 minute walk. You are walking distance to everything. There is a new grocery store and Walmart about 5 minutes away. I would definitely stay again.

The condo was spacious, clean and well stocked. The pool was beautiful and the oasis bar and grill was delicious. We loved the location to all the restaurants, shopping and beaches.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. When we arrived the unit was sparkling clean and better than the pictures. It offers a huge patio with a great place to sit and enjoy a cocktail or morning coffee with a view. The unit had every amenity and was a great home to come back to at the end of each day. The complex is wonderful with a great pool and fantastic restaurant and bar. Amazing mango margaritas!! My wife even enjoyed a massage at the spa. The location is very close to beach, stores and restaurants. Couldn't ask for a better location. Overall a great stay and I would absolutely return!

The condo was spotless upon arrival and check in was speedy. Ivan was a wonderful help with our luggage and groceries. The filtered water and ice made buying water unnecessary. All the employees at Marina Sol are friendly and very professional. We were familiar with the condo and loved the elevator building. The Spa and Nail Parlor was a hit with every family member.

I stayed here for a week with my wife and two friends. The palace was perfect for our all our needs. We all had enough space and really enjoyed the property. We all spent every afternoon at the amazing pool, and enjoyed the added benefit of the poolside bar/restaurant. It was a short walk to both the beach and marina. I considered renting a car, but I’m glad I didn’t as we walked everywhere. I would not hesitate to stay here again, and look forward to our next trip to Cabo!!

This location is perfect. The view from the balcony, the swimming pool and the hot tub were fantastic! It is a short walk to the to the beach, the marina, shops, and restaurants. I’ve stayed at Marina Sol before, but this was the first time in this condo. It did not disappoint. Everything was as described. The unit was clean and will equipped. The check in process was smooth and quick. All the staff were helpful and extremely friendly. Very safe resort and the grounds were kept up beautifully. It was so relaxing and we hated to leave. Look forward to coming back again.

Our stay here was an anniversary of sorts. It was our (group of Sammy Hagar fans) 20th year of coming to Cabo. It didn't matter that the Birthday Bash was held elsewhere. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. They knew our names as we walked in the lobby and the great service continued for the rest of the trip. The condo was just as described if not better. Without hesitation, I fully recommend this condo/facility.

Enjoyed our stay at Clint’s condo and the closeness to beach, marina and restaurants. Staff is so friendly at Marina Sol which is where condo is located. Condo was well equipped and comfortable. Beds a little firmer than I’m used to but still slept well. Had filter drinking water at kitchen sink which was nice too! Overall great vacation!

Amazing, perfect property for our family of 5 on our first trip to Cabo. The condo was gorgeous with a fully stocked kitchen. Pool was never crowded, restaurant has the most delicious steak nachos, friendly staff everywhere, and a super helpful concierge. Best vacation - we all cannot wait to return to Cabo and hopefully stay here again! Highly recommended!!

This is a great development right in the center of Cabo. The grounds are excellently maintained and the staff very friendly. A-509 is a great condo with modern split system air conditioners. A 1 1/2 block walk to the beach or marina. Restaurant has good food served right next to the pool.

Marina Sol is an older complex but very well cared for. The grounds are immaculate. The unit we stayed had been recently updated, WiFi, and all appliances worked. The bed comfortable with plenty of towels for the shower. No need for a car if you stay at Marina Sol. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and only a few blocks from restaurants and stores. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable I booked a fishing charter and got a very good price. Would I stay there again? Answer, my next trip is already booked.

I stayed here with a group of girlfriends for a fun weekend getaway to Cabo. The condo was exactly as shown in the pictures. I was pleasantly surprised that it had everything we needed and more. A fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, filtered water, etc. The balcony was large with a grill. The beach is a quick one block walk and nightlife is a two block walk the opposite direction. The beds were comfortable with most having an extra foam layer. Upon arrival, there was bottled water in the fridge and several bottles of tequila for use. The crowd at the condo was an older, quieter crowd, not young and rowdy. There is a restaurant bar by the pool that was great for a quick bite to eat. I have never stayed at a condo before, only hotels and it turned out to be perfect. Highly recommend.

Loved this beach themed condo steps away from the Marina Sol pool, the Oasis restaurant and 1 block to Medano Beach. We cooked breakfast and lunch each day and the condo had everything we needed. Just around the corner are fabulous restaurants and bars. We felt safe walking to the Marina and the Mall which were so close. Friendly staff was always there to help. Elly, Concierge, helped with reservations at nice restaurants over the busy Christmas/New Years week. We highly recommend "Casa De La Playa" as a great family vacation destination.
