Lazy Days will sleep up to 14 guests and is only a short walk or bike to the deeded beach access just a few steps away. Lazy Days is located less than 1 mile from the surrounding communities of Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Watersound, where you are only a short walk, bike or drive to fun family activities like The Hub, delicious restaurants, desirable boutiques, and more.

We had a wonderful week at lazy days. The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and one toddler. This was a great location with a grocery store and many restaurants close by. It was just a short walk to the beach and they had 2 large wagons to help transport beach supplies. The pool was awesome after a day at the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

The Lazy Dayz was a very cozy 3 story home, perfect set up for three families coming together for a relaxing fall break vacation. The home was well-decorated (enough of a beach theme without it being overwhelming or tacky) and was very well stocked with essentials (cooking utensils, extra towels and bedding). The pool was larger than expected and the option for heating it was great and allowed for a great extended play activity for the kiddos. The only challenge with this property was the Internet - it kept going out making it difficult to watch television or streaming services. The property management company came out multiple times to rectify the issue, but it kept disconnecting. A few of the sinks had plumbing issues and there were a few problems in the kitchen (non functioning ice machine and loose oven), but overall it was a great vacation home for a quick getaway.

This is a lovely house with excellent beach access and a nice pool. Unfortunately, we had a few issues while we were there; lack of internet service on arrival, ran out of propane cooking on the grill and the backup propane tank was empty, the security system unplugged creating concern about CO2 and smoke detectors not working, the dryer would not heat (and was not fixed by the time we left) and a general lack or shortage of some supplies that should be essential to a rental at this price point, such as no salt in the house, 4 rolls of toilet paper for a 4 bathroom house, one roll of paper towel and 3 trash bags, for a house for 14, generally poor supply of cooking spices and no foil. We have stayed at a number of VRBOs and generally, the kitchen and other supplies are appropriate. Again, nice pool, nice beach access and with some thoughtful amenities this could be a 5-star place.

This was our fourth time staying at Lazy days. On arrival we he no toilet paper in downstairs bathroom, no towels upstairs, the toilet on the top floor had not been cleaned and no soap in downstairs bathroom. The grill and oven were very dirty and no grill brush that was usable. We contacted Benchmark management and it took 3 calls, two texts and an email before we got a response. It also took until day 3 to bring us these items. We love the house and the location but this was definitely not a good start to our trip. No apologies or compensated.

Loved the labeling of all the light switches, genius layout of beds and baths downstairs, and amazing well stocked kitchen. Very short walk to the quiet, uncrowned beach. We will be back!!

We just stayed with 2 familes in the home during spring break. The house was well appointed inside and everything was very clean inside the home. The house is well stocked with dishes, glassware, and any cooking items you would need. The location to the beach was ideal, a short 5 min walk. We paid to heat the pool and that was a smart play as the temps outside were a bit chilly but it didn't stop us from swimming in the heated pool. There was really only 2 drawbacks and that was the back yard looks like it could use some tlc but it didn't slow us down. The other was that there were no beach towels provided so bring your own. Otherwise the place was ideal for us and easy to get down to Rosemary Beach or Aly's for nightly dinners.

The private pool was an added bonus and the beach access was practically at the end of the street. A couple doorknobs need replacing in the home but besides that, our stay was fantastic!

Great house! Lots of stairs to beach though
This house was beautiful!! Couldn’t ask for a better house. Everything was comfortable, new, and clean. The pool was amazing and definitely no need for heat in June! Without it being heated, it was like bath water (it was also like 95 degrees outside every day we were there). We had three 4 year olds, one 6yo, one 10yo, 4 adults in 30-40s, and 2 adults in late 60s. We had plenty of space and all enjoyed our time. My only complaint with Seacrest is the number of stairs to the beach (you’ll find this issue with almost every Seacrest property though). There were 6 flights of stairs down to the beach. It was a little hard on my 68 year old parents and our 4 year olds. The walk from the house to the beach was 5 minutes though! So if you don’t mind the stairs, this place is perfect!!

Our stay was timed perfectly, the beach water was calm & clear all week. Usually you have seaweed, jellyfish, rip currents or something happening, but not the week we were there! Short walk to the beach from the house. Donut hole is 5 mins away along with gas station etc. House was great! Only negative is they need to wash slipcovers on living room furniture, looks like it had been awhile. Truly everything else was perfect, can’t wait to rent it again! I called for extra bath towels and they were there in like 8 minutes! Highly recommend renting paddle boards through Live Well, they drop them off and pick them up, very convenient. House comes with beach cart, very nice to have. Loved Lazy Days!

This was a great house with plenty of room. We didn't get to use the pool as the water was too cold. Home was clean and well supplied. The beds were very comfortable! The location is great and sits at the end of a dead end street. We didn't find out until we got there that new construction is taking place next door so that was a bit noisy at times (a question you never think to ask the management company!). It's a short and easy walk to the beach. Overall it's a nice house but I would prefer a pool that was heated.

The rental experience was great. The house was just as lovely as in the pictures. The only downside was the plumbing. The toilet in the kid's bunk room would often make bubbling sounds and occasionally would overflow. A minor issue was with the dust in the house. It was apparent the house had not been dusted in quite some time as all the fan blades were full of dust. Overall, I would recommend staying at this house! The management team was easy to work with.

Our family of 5 and my brother in law’s family of 4 had a great week at Lazy Days. The house has very convenient beach access only a short walk down the street and the house is the perfect set up with lots of space to spread out. The pool and back yard were amazing for 5 young kids! And, the owners have thought of all the extra touches...hangers, clothes hampers, all the kitchen gadgets and tools, Bluetooth speakers throughout the home, etc.

The house is beautiful and was clean but I did not feel comfortable with white furniture in the living room. The doors to the balconies were very difficult to open and close due to the rusted hinges and other metal parts. It is in a great location with walking distance to the beach but in a neighborhood with a very strict HOA. I would only recommend renting this house if you have a family with no teens. The rental company personnel were rude and "short" with any contact made during our stay.

House is perfect for 2 families, potentially 3 families. House was really nice and had everything need for 4 adults and 4 kids under 9. Beach access at the end of the road. Short walk. Renting beach chairs was tough. Everything left of access will not allow rentals. Everything right allows chair/umbrella rentals. This was unclear from the beginning, and I wished we had some better advice. Packed muled stuff to beach for 2 days before we realized we could rent them Jake’s rental.

Great Experience!
This was my second time at this property and it did not disappoint! The kids love the bunk room and there is plenty of space to spread out and relax. The pool is private and the outdoor shower provides a great place to rinse off after a day at the beach. I love how many extras the property has...high chair seat, beach chairs, wagon, pool toys, etc. The walk to the beach is a bit long for multiple trips per day but it isn’t too bad. The neighborhood is quiet and overall I highly recommend this spot!

Perfection
We absolutely LOVED our stay! We didn't want to leave. When booking I was a little disappointed I couldn't find something on the ocean, but the house was so amazing that we didn't mind walking the short distance to the private beach access. We had 13 of us and we never felt crammed at all. We could have honestly fit another few ppl in with us. The neighborhood was quiet and we saw very few people out. The beach was never packed and we never had to share a space on the beach. The pool was large and we paid to have it heated. This was an after thought so I called on our 2nd day and they showed up in 5 minutes to turn it on. It was definitely worth it as the kids swam from sun up to sun down. They had a lot of pool toys for the kids. The house was immaculate and decorated so beautifully! If I was to build a home I'd want it to be just like that house. Everything was clean, smelled amazing and the house was stocked with plenty of blankets and towels. Make sure to bring dish soap, laundry soap, coffee, and trash bags as trash bags are not provided other than the original one. I would recommend grocery shopping at the Winn Dixie vs the Publix if you want to save money.

We had a great stay at Lazy Days. The home was clean and in good condition. It was conveniently just a short walk to the beach and came with 4 beach chairs which was nice. We rented bikes and it was an easy ride to Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and the HUB. This rental had a very large pool compared to other rentals in the area and it was worth the extra money to have it heated. We loved the house and loved the location. The bunk room is the best use of space I’ve ever seen. There are 6 built in bunk beds with its own bathroom and 2 separate showers. This house would be great fir multiple families.
The only thing to take note of is that the house has a lot of stairs which may not be good for older people. It was fine for us and we would definitely rent this house again and recommend it to our friends.

Beautiful property
We had a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful and just A couple of minutes from the beach. The pool was clean and large size. There are a lot of steps In and around the house. This property wouldn’t be ideal for someone that has issues with stairs. There is current construction next door. They do start working at 6:30 am. We weren’t able to sleep in because of all the noise and often our drive way was blocked with trucks.
Overall the property is beautiful and we made lots of great memories at the Lazy Days.

Great for all ages
Thoroughly enjoyed this beach house! Plenty of space for party of six (including two small children). We ranged in age from 1.5yrs to 65 years and everyone loved it! Loved the amount of indoor and outdoor space and proximity to the beach. Was nervous about traveling during this time but everything was cleaned really well which was a relief.
There were a few problems but the Benchmark staff dealt with them immediately. When we arrived the pool had lots of leaves (expected after all the storms that had been happening) and a dead frog (also not unexpected given location). The management immediately sent someone to clean the pool and our family was able to enjoy it for the rest of the trip. Second problem was we noticed some large ants (not sure what variety because they were huge but didn’t bite fortunately). Again Benchmark responded right away and offered to send someone to spray inside. I refused because I didn’t want anyone in the house while we were there due to Covid.
In short: Great house, good management, would stay again for sure!
