Modern and newly decorated 3/2/2 split floor plan home on canal with boat lift and two car garage in highly sought after neighborhood of Punta Gorda Isles.
Home is decorated with brand new furniture and unique details that reflect true Florida living. Hardwood floors throughout the main living area and Berber carpet in the bedrooms.
Open floor plan includes living room with leather couches and a 65 inch flat screen television. (ALL TV's ARE SMART TV's) There is a separate sitting room just off the main living room with a couch that pulls out into a full size sleeper, ottoman and accent chair.
Open kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and bar sitting for two.
Separate laundry room off of kitchen.
The pocket sliding doors in the dining and living room open fully to allow easy access to the covered patio/lanai area that has a conversational seating area, outside bar, 60 inch flat screen television , gas grille and a ring toss game!!!
The screened in pool solar heated and has a customized light that changes with a variety of colors. Also included is an 11 foot lighted resort like umbrella.
Spacious Master bedroom has his and her closets, sitting area with large window,sliding door access to pool and 60 inch flat screen television. The en suite master bath has
double sinks, large soaking tub and a separate, large walk in shower area.
Two guest bedrooms have queen beds, flat screen televisions and walk in closets. One guest bedroom has a sliding door that leads to the pool area.
Down the hall is the spacious cabana bath with shower and tub and access to pool area.

Boat lift available. Will accommodate up to 24 feet and 5000lbs

Beautiful, clean, comfortable home in Punta Gorda. Owner is very accessible and helpful. We will be back! Biking distance to Fisherman’s Village. Having boat lift available a huge plus!

The property exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed for a 2 week stay. The property manager was responsive and we couldn’t have chosen a more beautiful spot to spend our Christmas with family! We look forward to coming back again.

We spent two weeks at this property. The location is very good and not very touristy compared to many areas we have stayed in previously which made it very laid back. We brought our boat and used the boat lift to make trips to the beach and fishing almost daily if the weather allowed. The house is well equipped and clean. About the only negative comment that we could make would be that we all agreed was that the outside patio furniture was new but was not very comfortable to sit in for very long periods. The property owner was very responsive with any needs. We would certainly recommend and may stay there again when going back to that area.

This home was beautiful in a great neighborhood. The pool was green with algae and unusable for 11 of the 14 days since his pool company didn't service it well. The kayaks were not safely usable from bay behind this home. Needs a ladder to climb down into. The owner, Mr Johns was very responsive to calls but not really able to help. He has agreed to a small refund and hopeful it will arrive. We did enjoy our stay in this beautiful home, just disappointed some of the amenities listed weren't easily available.

This house surpassed our expectations. Beautiful house in a great neighborhood! Spacious, open concept from kitchen to living room. 5 TVs, 3 large screen, including one on the lanai. Pool was heated and was very nice and clean. Also comfortable seating in the pool area. David was very good to work with. All the questions I had, he answered quickly. The kitchen is very well equipped. I cannot imagine needing anything else. It is located 2 miles off Tamiami and very accessible, also easy access to airport. If I could, I would give it more than 5 stars! We have been to Florida a number of times and this is by far the best house we have stayed at.

This home was a great place to stay. It had everything we needed and we liked being able to grill out whenever we wanted to. The weather was very warm and we were able to float in the pool and enjoy the nice lanai every day and evening. There are many great restaurants in the area also. The neighborhood is nice to enjoy a leisurely walk. We look forward to returning!

The property was beautiful, well maintained and comfortable. It was great to have the dock and boat lift, this made easy access to the canals allowing us to go fishing. The property owner was very helpful and often checked with us to see if we needed anything. Looking forward to a future stay here again!

This home was beautifully decorated and very welcoming. Every room reflected a vision of the Florida beach we expect to see when we visit the state. The owner had everything we needed to relax and make ourselves at home, including a welcome basket with goodies. Each day we explored the Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda area. Then we could return to the pool and lanai to unwind and snooze in the sun! Can't wait to return to this little slice of heaven next year.

Our trip came up at the last minute and everything worked out great. The house was great and we enjoyed the pool. Gregg the property manager was there to greet us and walked through the house. Highly recommend.

Our daughter and her family came with us. The split floor plan and pocket doors allowed us to close off portions of the home, so could relax and see the kids from everywhere. The pool had a guard/fence that we put up. This also allowed us to keep the doors to the bar, grill and pool open adding security that the kids wouldn't end up in the pool unattended. We used the boat lift as a way to lower ourselves into the water. It worked great!

Upon arriving we were very impressed with the house. After staying the night and the next morning we realized the home was not very clean. We had to wash the Windows because they were all very smeared. The bathrooms and a lot of the corners were very dusty. All the pans in the oven drawer were all greasy and dirty. Had to scrub. There were no clocks in the bedrooms. I bought three clocks,a bath mat and many hangers. The kitchen cupboard door never closed. Fixed it with Velcro. After we cleaned all, we enjoyed the home.

The master suite is totally separate from the other 2 bedrooms and bath, so the layout was perfect for our stay since we were vacationing with our son's young family. We loved our time spent here.

Yes, what you see on the VRBO website for this property is exactly what you get--an attractive, roomy, comfortable house with a beautiful lanai-pool combination off the living room. Nearly brand new everything (furniture, carpet, wood flooring), all systems in excellent condition. Most appealing to us and our family: the property is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The owner was easy to work with, attentive to our questions, helpful and cordial in every communication.
