The stay had its highs and lows. On the positive side, the views and location were breathtaking, offering a memorable experience. The accommodation was tidy and provided easy movement. However, there were significant drawbacks. The absence of hot water became a major inconvenience, particularly given the freezing temperatures and snowy conditions. This made kitchen tasks and personal hygiene challenging and frustrating. Additionally, the malfunctioning oven, constantly beeping with an error code, disrupted the peace throughout the night, making it difficult to relax. The inability to use the oven compounded the issue, leaving us without essential amenities. While the hot tub provided some relief, the lack of a pipe to connect the propane cylinder to the fire pit added another layer of inconvenience, making it cumbersome to start a fire, especially in such harsh weather. Despite the villa's appealing aspects, these problems overshadowed the experience. In hindsight, opting for a hotel room with proper facilities would have been a more comfortable choice.

This was a quick family get away. The home provided all the space we needed. The beds were comfortable. The home has some sort of issue with the hot water heater, but other than that the home was ok.

We enjoyed the house. Nice location with easy access to many resorts. House is well laid out and definitely dog friendly. There were a couple of dirty items left behind by others but not a big deal. The kitchen could have been better equipped - glassware, tin foil, dish towels. There was also no hair dryers. The property manager was responsive. Overall a good experience.

Cabin was beautiful and clean. There was a lot of space. One of the showers was broken on our stay and the hot tub was not working. Also there is only one tv in the entire house
3.0 / 5.0
We had 7 people and the space was well laid out. There was a need for some additional detail to cleaning and simple supplies such as dishwasher/washing machine pods, paper towels, and even dish towels. A few carpet stains that should be able to be taken care of and a few hot tub jets that do not work.

This home sits in a beautiful neighborhood and has beautiful views of the mountains. There is a wonderful hiking trail just a block from the home with breathtaking views.
The home is in need of serious repairs. We arrived on Friday to temperatures in the upper 80s in the house. We were aware that the home did not have air-conditioning but we were not aware that at least half of the homes windows did not work. Some of the windows would crank out but would not crank back in. Some of the windows did not have proper fitting screens and some windows just didn't work at all. The hot water tank for the house is not able to handle more than one shower. The home has 5 bathrooms and should have a better hot water tank. The carpeting is worn and stained. The kitchen flooring needs to be replaced or sanded and refinished. The exhaust unit above the cook top has an unusual dripping of oil on to the stove surface. The outdoor deck which has an amazing view of the mountains was showing rotting and in need of painting. The deck railing system was very loose and a safety factor. The umbrella on the deck did not work. The hot was a very nice amenity but the path to the hot tub was dirty and it was hard to keep the water clean. The hot tub outter access panels were falling off the hot tub which exposed all the mechanical motors. It made it look unsightly. When were first arrived to our surprise the garbage can was full to the brim with smelly garbage. Very disappointing.

First impression was that they really made this house seem bigger in the pictures than it is. The main living area and kitchen especially. Also, at first glance the house seemed clean, but upon further inspection was not. First thing we noticed was that my son was wearing black pants and when he sat on the floor, his pants got covered with what looked like dog hair. And people hair also. His pants were completly covered with hair. Second thing I noticed, was the the vent hood over the stove was covered in grease. Third thing, when my kids wanted to get in the hot tub, my husband went to check it and said that it smelled weird. So we let the people know, and they sent someone to check it. The guythat came to check on it said yeah something is definitely wrong. He had to drain it and refill it. So it obviously wasnt cleaned before we came. Also, no kleenex or tissues anywhere. Other than that I guess the house was clean. The most concerning thing to me (and maybe I am being paranoid), but in the bathroom there is a giant mirror covering a wall facing the shower. There are already 2 mirrors over the sinks, so I did not see the point. It just seemed very weird to me. Also, my husband saw that there was a motion detector above the door in the kitchen, but it had what looked like a lense and it had a usb port. Maybe I am too paranoid, but it seemed weird to me. We would never stay in this property again.

The neighborhood and location of this house is great. However, much of the house is dated and several things were not in working order. It was fine for two nights but we probably won’t stay here again, due to the inconveniences.

The property is in a great location near the golf course and close enough to Dillon for amenities.
The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes the living areas were comfortable. Fortunately for us, our activities took us out into the mountains most days and we basically just slept at the property. For the price it could’ve been a little bit cleaner ie. stained and unvaccuumed carpeting. Dirty windows and outside common areas we unattended. So basically the place could use some sprucing up.

I was a disappointed regarding the cleanliness of the house. The floors were sticky, crumbs everywhere, and the carpets were stained. It could have been better, specially for how much you pay for the cleaning fees. I guess overall, it was okay.

Lovely home and well located.
Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The fact it was dog friendly was a definite plus which we greatly appreciated. Unfortunately we lost a day of being able to use the hot tub as when we arrived it was out of order but was repaired. The barbecue also failed to work after being used only once. There were seven people in our family and not nearly enough glasses or coffee mugs in the kitchen to accommodate us. The upper outside deck was large and very lovely but the railing was not secure and the outdoor furniture was very disappointing and did not match the caliber of the rest of the home. The deck chairs were uncomfortable and the table was in terrible shape and needed to be either be replaced or refinished. We also questioned the wisdom of locating the fire pit on the ground floor bottom level of the home directly below the wooden upper deck as it seem to be a gigantic fire hazard. As a result we did not use the fire pit. In addition the master bedroom on the main floor was sadly lacking proper bedside lamps. There was no lamp on one side and the lamp on the other was inadequate We found two lamps in a closet and some lightbulbs in the garage so we were able to improvise. Despite this critique we would definitely recommend a stay at this home. With a few small changes it could easily become a five star property.

Almost a 5 star
This house and its location are beautiful. Tucked up on a serene mountainside apart from the busier parts of Keystone. The view from the porch is incredible. And, walking the neighborhood is lovely with easy access to the pool, golf course, and The Ranch. The house is very comfortable. The light and airy main living room which shares an open floor plan to the kitchen is especially nice. The bedrooms and bathrooms are also nice and the 3 floors offer ample space. We loved it. We do feel it worth mentioning that a couple of items need updating. As mentioned in previous reviews, the kitchen is nice but it is missing some essential items like good knives for food prep and could use a good update on glassware. The other negative is the condition of the porch. It is pretty beat up and the railing around it seems loose. It is still beautiful to sit out there but not as inviting as it might be. But, all in all, we would definitely recommend this home and hope to return.

Our stay at the Vineyard House was less than ideal, but I did appreciate the space we had in the home (pool table, two living rooms, several bedrooms and bathrooms, plenty of parking). Unfortunately, we had several issues relating to Vacasa's customer service, maintenance, and cleaning procedures:
-Vacasa assured us the home had your basic cooking/eating utensils. Upon arrival, we discovered they didn't.
-The day before our stay, Vacasa called letting me know the oven was broken & offered $25/day compensation for our troubles, to which I responded that that wasn't enough to feed 8 people for five days. They upped the refund to $50/day
-At one point I was told one burner was broken, and when we got there, we discovered 2 burners were induction burners, but none of the pans were induction pans so there were effectively only 2 working burners and no oven.
-The home has no air conditioning. I always search for homes with A/C and I had the A/C filter selected while booking, so I'm surprised this home met that criteria. In any case, there is no A/C and we requested several box fans for the duration of our stay.
-Every person in my group was overwhelmed with allergies at the home. It was clear the home hadn't been vacuumed in weeks or months, and that the cleaning crew only wiped the surfaces of the home (there was still poop in the toilets). Every window was smudged with dog noses and handprints, and the carpets were covered in pet stains. I contacted the local management requesting a vacuum and letting them know the state of the house. The cleaning crew were fired and I was given a vacuum to use. I vacuumed each room once and the living rooms twice, and had to empty the vacuum 9+ times during the process.
-Local Keystone manager Traci Greenwood stopped by to apologize for our inconveniences, and offer several hundred dollars refund. That was fair, but it didn't make our stay any more comfortable.
-Pool was closed, some windows don't open (broken), mismatched carpeting full of pet stains, half-finished wood staining, dirty walls, missing utensils/cooking supplies, bowls, pans, etc. Very few glasses available, limited cleaning supplies available, dirty hot tub, etc.

Very nice place very quiet with lovely views.
The place was nice. As always when staying at different homes and condos you’re likely to find things you need missing This place was no different while we had plenty of spices things like a spatula a cookie sheet and a knife other than steak knives were missing. Being Co local I brought my own steak knives and cast iron pans and cooking sheet. Ran to Target for cutting knives. Place is lovely and needs a bit of TLC

So excited to see Christmas decorations! Made our stay so much more festive! House is in a great location with great views. Hot tub was very clean and just amazing- lots of things to do - games and big comfy chairs for reading! Steam shower in master bath was great as well. Pool table was fun too and big tv in basement made it a fun place to hang out. House was close to keystone ranch restaurant and about a 10 minute drive to Keystone mountain House parking and skiing. We found it convenient to park on the side and use lifts to get to other side of the mountain. Couple little problems with dishwasher error code (we just did dishes by hand because we didn’t want to bother anyone on the holiday) and the handle of the refrigerator was off - but these were just minor issues. The house overall was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to get away to the Colorado mountains!! Can’t wait to come back!

What a great find! We came in for our sons wedding and our family stayed here with plenty of stretch out space and views to enjoy visiting! Highly recommend!

Great Stay
Amazing house and location. The only hiccup we had was the garage and key pad code being incorrect when we arrived. After a few minutes of waiting for an agent on the phone, we got through to someone to give us the updated code. All in all, great experience.

Keystone Week
Staying in Keystone Ranch in the summer is an excellent vacation. This house met our family's needs to vacation before our daughters wedding. The house was clean and comfortable although the pictures of the living area make it look a bit larger than it is. The beds were comfortable and house had great amenities. There was a problem with the water heater but the management company took care of it. Great house!

We loved this place!
We are a family of 6 with kids ages 12-15. This was the perfect size place for us and is located in a really nice development in Keystone. We were in an ideal location to visit- Vail, Frisco, Breckenridge and Winter Park. Plus go horseback riding, ATV riding, and rafting.
The house itself is fantastic and the owners provide all the luxuries. The only issue we had was with the hot water. For some reason, we just did not have enough for showers.
But the owners were responsive and empathetic, which is all you can ask for.
Overall, we loved this place and would stay here again.

Enjoyed the stay
Spent three nights with our three children. The kids liked having a separate area on the lower level to watch TV and relax. That area could also be a nice separate area if traveling with another couple/family as there was a private bedroom and bath. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub--prepared to shovel a bit of a path to get to it. The kitchen layout was nice but if you really enjoy cooking, the supplies/tools are limited. Easy drive from the ski resort, shopping, restaurants. It was nice to have access to the garage to park our car out of the snow. Rental was easy to book, check in/out, house has a cute wine theme. If you are traveling with children, many rentals have a few board games/cards/puzzles but this one did not (that I easily found), may want to pack a few activities to unwind after a busy day.

Nice Place
Great and quiet location. Nice sized rooms and well kept home! Very cozy layout and wonderful view! Was nice to have a real wood burning fireplace with wood supplied. Mattresses and sheets need to be replaced, lukewarm water in the master bath so had to shower in another bath. No cushions on the couch in the main family room - that was disappointing! Overall nice place.

Great house, gorgeous location!
We had a wonderful stay with 7 adults and 3 kids over the winter holidays. The house was beautiful with nicely sized bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, and nice outdoor space. Living room was cozy and a great place to hang out as a group. Half of us went skiing and it was easy to get to Keystone (10-15 min drive), especially because the roads didn’t have much snow on them. Only complaint was that we had issues getting hot water but it sounds like that may have been a one off issue as the hot water heater switch had been turned off before we got there. Would stay here again, especially in the summer!

Our family vacation stay while in Keystone
This house was perfect for our family of 9 adults and my 3 year old grandson. The pictures are accurate! The house is furnished nicely with comfortable couches and chairs. We had plenty of room to spread out when needed to. The living space is great. The hot tub was clean and we took advantage of it and the fire pit. Bedrooms were comfortably furnished and plenty of bathrooms. Nothing better than spending time with family from California, Tennessee, and Virginia on the deck while watching our grandson play! This home is situated nicely and in a great community. We enjoyed boating and kayaking on Lake Dillion as well as enjoying the local shops.

It was nice a sort of secluded. Easy access to both Keystone Ranch and Keystone River courses. The house was well furnished with cooking supplies.
