No Parties/No Events/No Large Gatherings: Absolutely no house parties, no events and no large gatherings. If a house party attempts to occupy the property, the group and Tenant will be evicted, and all monies will be forfeited. No loud music will be tolerated, and all music should be turned off at 10 pm.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. An adult must be always present in the house when the property is occupied. Tenant acknowledges that hazards exist for children.
Slippery and Icy Conditions Exist: The driveway will be plowed, and the entry will be shoveled after it snows, but there still exists slippery and icy conditions, including but not limited to roof snow and icicles.
No Open Flames: Tenant agrees to always have a responsible adult present while a fire is burning in the fireplace. No lit candles are allowed.
No Equipment in the House: Please keep all skis, snowboard, poles, bikes and equipment in the garage.
Governing Laws: Guest agrees to abide by the laws, rules and regulations of the governing jurisdictions.

Travel Insurance: We strongly encourage all guests to research and purchase third-party travel insurance, especially to include cancel for any reason travel insurance, that covers whatever concerns you may have or that you would like to be covered in case you have to change or cancel your trip, at a time when the cancellation policy you have accepted would only provide partial or no refunds.

We really enjoyed our stay - the property was beautiful and well maintained. Bo was fantastic to work with and he answered all of our questions and addressed any concerns we had. Really a great property with lots of room to enjoy. Neighborhood is very nice as well. Only thing you should note is this isn’t the best property for small children. Lots of stairs you’ll need to manage. We simply put chairs in front of them which worked fine. Great property and property manager!

We had a wonderful week-long visit. The house had plenty of space for 8, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Quiet, clean, in a great location, and the views from the hot tub were incredible. Easy walk or bus to the park city base.

What a wonderful condo! We stayed with our son and his family (wife, kids 10,12). The place is just beautiful - beautifully appointed, rooms, extremely clean and well maintained. The kitchen is the best appointed of anyplace we're ever been. Instructions are very clearly laid out in writing with lots of suggestions on services and things to do. It's walking distance to the slopes and base, bus stop (free buses!). And the hot tub? OMG! It's so nice my DIL and I decided to spend one day just enjoying it instead of going out. We cannot recommend this place enough.

Comfortable and easy weekend escape for my family. The kids loved the hot tub and riding their bikes from the home. My husband and I took turns trail running, starting at the trailhead across the street. Plenty of space, very comfortable beds and family friendly.

Our family stayed for our kids' spring break this year. It was our first time to Park City and we fell in love! The instructions for check in and finding the property were very easy to follow. Very close to PCMR and kids' ski school. We rented a car and drove back and forth to the base of the mountain but you could easily use the bus system. Bo was extremely helpful and responsive! I left my ski jacket at the house and he found it and had it shipped back for me. 10/10 for sure! We will be back!

What a beautiful ski home in the perfect location. The property and amenities were perfect for our group and the home was actually larger than it appears in photos. It is walking distance from the lift which accesses the mountain. The host was great and very available. We would Definately stay here again!!

Check in was very easy, the location was within a 2 min walk of the lift and if you ski black diamond you can ski almost to the front door! The house was lovely with everything you needed. The jacuzzi was fantastic and seemed brand new. Everything was great we would absolutely stay there again!

In terms of skiing ski out, this is the best I've personally had. A side trail at the bottom of the mountain literally goes to the front of the house. It is about a 5-minute walk in boots to get to Silver Star lift. The home is very nice and the living room and dining room areas are spacious. The home was well equipped with everything we needed and Bo was very helpful and communicative.

This condo exceeded our expectations. The location was fantastic for ski in / ski out and close to main street, too. Bo was on top of communications and kept us well informed as we approached the trip. I would definitely recommend this VRBO and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

A perfect house for our adult family of 6. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. But the icing on the cake was Bo. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive - so easy to work with. A few things we learned- the free bus was great when we got on it but it was not the most reliable and timely. There is a trail that you can take to ski home at end of day but it is a black diamond trail so not for beginner skiers. In order to store skis at silver star lift you need to rent them there. Great stay in park city! Looking forward to coming back.

Very nice accommodations. Short walk to the ski lift is a little tough with ski boots, but easier for the boarders in the group. Ski in is off of a black slope. Some of our crew went that route, but with my skill level and age I decided better not try. Overall a great experience, and we were fortunate to have great ski conditions.

We visit during ski season. The house is well located a short 5 min walk to silver lift and ski to the back door. If you can ski blacks you can ski literally across from the garage, else you can walk back the same 5 min. The house is cozy and very well equipped . Usually houses have only the basic Bo's kitchen really can be used to cook. We really enjoyed our time there . We took the two grand mas and I was worried about the snow. Bo went above and beyond and installed a hand rail that was key for them to go up and down the external stairs. Bo was super responsive all the time . We will definitively go back. We also loved park city and the mountain.

Even better than described, this rental did not disappoint. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner here, and found every kitchen item needed for prep. Comfortable spaces, great views- all pleasing. We stayed for a week, but could happily stay longer. We would definitely return!

We had a fabulous time at this property. Proximity and access to the ski lifts could not have been any easier. Bo was excellent to work with and the condo had everything we could have needed. Beautiful location and so much to explore and do!

We had an amazing experience
The property was clean and had lots of space for gathering of everyone for games and dinner (party of 7). Close to the bus stop or just 10 minute walk up the slope from the resort area. Takes a bit to get in sync with the bus schedule but around the corner from the Green and Blue lines really helps.
The kitchen was well stocked with tools, plateware, glassware and tupperware. My friends found the humidifiers super helpful. One of the downstairs bedrooms is small, but certainly usable. I definitely recommend.

Graduation and Engagement ski trip
An amazing vacation to celebrate our kids. Our stay here only made it that much better. Bo helped us with everything along the way, including finding a photographer for the new couple. This home was so well equipped for our family of 6. The kitchen had everything. We couldn’t have asked for anything else. A beautiful home. Immaculately clean. An easy walk to Silver Star lift for everyone to start each day and perfect ski-in off of Ligety Split that dropped them in front of the driveway when they were finished. We will definitely be back!

Perfect family vacation
This house was absolutely perfect! The house was extremely clean and very comfortable. The kids loved the hot tub. Located just a stone's throw from the Silver Star and at the bottom of Ligety Split makes it a true ski in/out property. The neighborhood was very quiet and just a few minutes from downtown. The property manager was terrific and proactively reached out several times before and during the trip. Our family truly loved it and we'll definitely be back again.

Great place to stay for a ski trip
We stayed here for a four day ski trip in Park City. The house was great—it was immaculately clean when we arrived and very well stocked with all the necessities. It had plenty of room for two families, including four kids. We all enjoyed having our own hot tub to relax in after skiing. The location was very convenient to the slopes—a quick four minute drive or ten minute walk to the base of the resort. At the end of the day, you can ski right back to the house on a trail that lets you out right across from the driveway. The house is also only a five minute drive from downtown Park City. The owner is very friendly and offered great tips on local restaurants and the ski slopes. We all really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely choose this house again on our next trip to Park City.

Great trip!
I want to thank Bo for a great stay at Park city! This was our first time visiting as a family and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Bo was awesome and worked with us for early check in and late check out. House was so clean and well appointed! Had groceries delivered by grocery girls and the whole process was seamless. I would say the only disappoint was that the lift and slope near the house was closed due to staffing issues at the ski resort( not Bo's fault). Thanks again and hopefully we will be able to return next year!

Overall, Excellent Stay
We had a great stay in this property! The only thing to note is that the Silver Star Lift was not yet open while we were there and thus, the property was not "ski in ski out". It is however, only about a 15 minute walk to the base of Park City Mountain if parking is full and a quick drive for drop off. The location was very convenient but would have been excellent if the lift was open.

The house exceeded expectations, it was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed, check in/out was easy, and the location was a quick walk to the Silver Chair ski lift. Bo was very helpful right from booking the place through checkout. Will definitely stay here next time we are in Park City!

We stayed for two weeks. Great location to resorts, downtown PC, and hiking. Incredibly clean and well stocked. Highly recommend staying here.
