About this house rental
Located in the best and safest side of Alajuela city this newly restored 100 year old house is perfect to begin or end your adventure in Costa Rica. Less than 2 minute walk to the Central Park, Juan Santamaria Museum, Municipal theater, supermarket and many more things. The house has great and awesome spaces to enjoy, like the patio, the terrace or the Main Livingroom, plus the kitchen always has food goodies for our Clients.
This is a more than a 100 year old House, classical costarrican architecture and style, mixed with some modern goodies for safety and comfort. It s been in our family for generations and we ll be more than happy to host you. If you want more story about the house just ask us, we always love to share.
The House has a big main hall / living room for guests to hang out and relax watching the TV or a Netflix movie, a nice kitchen with lockers for each room so you can store food if you need to, a dining room, a terrace with a lot of rocking chairs (including a crazy lion one that simply appeared in the property one day).
The garden and patio area is really perfect.
Entrance to the property can be done using keys, an smart app or a keycode. you will have access to pretty much the whole house including the awesome patio with a fountain.
The location is great really close to the public transport, uber rides or even walking distance restaurants and local attraction. it s the main and central avenue, 2 blocks away from the central cathedral and central park, we would have to be in the park to be more in the middle of everything.
