About this villa rental

This Beach Villa #10 is one of only 30 Villas in the Hilton Head Beach Villa oceanfront complex, with an expansive and attractive courtyard with a new larger pool in May 2024 and outside shower for guests only. This very large Split-Level Villa includes 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining area with cathedral ceiling. Villa completely renovated in 2020. Both living areas, as well as kitchen, dining area, patio and balcony have excellent views.
Two primary bedrooms are located on the upper level and each features a king-size bed and private bath with shower – one bath also has a tub. The third bedroom with two twin beds is located on the lower level off the den area. A bath on the entry level serves this bedroom. Linens and towels are provided; except for beach towels. No smoking and no pets are strictly enforced.

Laundry room with washer/dryer is located on entry level.The den area is a second gathering spot for TV-watching or game playing. Sliding glass doors lead to your own private patio with chairs, table and charcoal grill as well as park-like grounds featuring a new communal pool with a large sun deck and chaise lounges. Just beyond the garden area is private access to the famous Hilton Head Island sandy beaches. Free Wi-Fi included.
Bike paths abound the area and easily connect to Coligny Plaza, Harbor Town, Shelter Cove and South Beach etc. Numerous bike rentals available within walking distance and beach rentals are also available. Our complex of villas are now a gated community and give you and/or family the security of a great vacation villa.

We had a great week staying here. This was wonderful location with a very family friendly pool and beach access. The 3 bedroom layout was ideal for sharing the space with grandparents.

We loved this place. Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay here; the location is perfcet for pool time, beach time and just a quick trip on bikes to Coligny. It's a quiet area too with a nice area to play football or throw a frisbee around. Easy check-in and check-out.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was exactly as described, and was truthfully even better in person. Everything was spotlessly clean and there was plenty of space for the 5 of us. We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach, too! Looking forward to a return visit!

We started a multi-family vacation tradition a few years ago and this one by far has met our needs best. With multi levels and living areas it gave us all the privacy/own spaces as well as areas big enough for the 7 of us to also gather together comfortably. Literally steps from the pool or the beach and a short walk or bike ride to Coligny plaza with shops/restaurants and ice cream!!The owner was polite and quick to answer questions, he also made the check in process easy. Will definitely stay here again!!

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. The location was very convenient to shopping and the access to the ocean was great. The pool area was close and the atmosphere was relaxing. The 2 king beds were as comfortable as home. Kitchen was large and open, and stocked pretty good for cooking. Would stay again.

Absolutely wonderful condo on HHI. Right on the beach in a quiet complex. Very clean and updated. Plenty of space for our family to spread out. Keys get physically mailed to you and some beach supplies are provided (chairs, small umbrellas, beach cart, etc). Close 15 min beach walk to Coligny shopping center. Kids loved the pool and kiddie pool. Only wished their were TVs in the bedrooms and beds weren’t as soft. But we would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay in Hilton Head at the villa. The location is incredible, close to everything you would want or need especially the beach which is a short walk away! The villa is better than advertised with plenty of space and amenities - my family of 4 had more than enough room. I look forward to staying there again.

We had a great time at this condo right off the beach. The pool was also conveniently located. There was plenty of space for three adults and two kids. The furniture was also nice. My only complaint would be that the sheets and towels were a little uncomfortable

Such a great spot on the beach. The floor plan is perfect for a family with a large age range. Having two living areas kept everyone happy. We loved everything about the rental except the mattresses. If you like a SUPER soft/squishy mattress, you’ll love the beds. Otherwise, you will be glad to return to a mattress that you don’t have to climb out of.

We had an overall great stay! The location was perfect, fabulous beach access, and the pool was a great feature. I wasn't a fan of the twin beds being on the lower floor for our family, but we made it work. My only complaint was that the cookware was cheap which made cooking a little annoying, but not impossible. Would definitely stay here again.

This location is a perfect distance from the beach (400-500ft) and the Coligny Beach shopping area (.5 mile). It was very clean and modern. The pool in the middle of the villa complex was an added bonus. We spent most mornings at the beach and afternoons in the pool which had plenty of shaded seating areas to relax and watch the kids in the pool. Overall we had a great experience.

Easy access to the beach! Layout of the condo worked great for our family needs. There were times that the pool was a bit crowded due to being smaller. It would have been nice to have TV’s in the bedrooms. The bath towels are small and cheap. It would have been nice to have some basics provided; tissues, liquid soap, blow dryers, and in the kitchen some plastic bowls and chip clips. Overall, a very nice vacation but a few changes could take it from good to great.

Property owner very responsive and quick to communicate. Physical keys are sent in the mail with a stamped and addressed envelope to send them back after the stay. Electricity in kitchen had some issues but one of the keys is for the circuit breaker so it was easy to reset. WiFi was weak and not available throughout the whole unit. The bathtub was clogged and drained slowly. Unbeatable location and the unit is really nice and was very clean. Beds are very soft and cozy, kitchen cabinets are very nice.

First time visiting Hilton Head. Was their for my sons wedding and had family coming to stay with us. The condo was amazing with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Very clean and spacious. Our family of 6, which includes 4 kids in high school or middle school, had a terrific time visiting the area. The villa was absolutely perfect - clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and offered everything we needed. There was plenty of space for each person to find quiet time. The proximity to the beach and other HHI attractions was outstanding. Michael was a wonderful host. If our family travels bring us back to the area someday, we'd love to stay here again.

We have never used VRBO before but I came across this listing and decided we would give it a try. The property was perfect for my family. We had two teenagers that loved having their own space on the lower level. The pool was right outside our patio where we could watch our youngest play while my husband worked from the kitchen. There was a bike rental company across the street and Coligny Plaza was only half a mile away.

The Murray villa was exactly as advertised. Clean, spacious stocked with everything we needed for our family of four to stay on HHI. The location was perfect for all the amenities the island has to offer. We loved the beach, especially at Sunrise. A very short walk on property to the beach was convenient for catching the sunrise, sunbathing or riding bicycles out by the ocean. There was a bike rental right across the street from the complex. HHI is very bike friendly and we enjoyed riding the miles of paved pathways along with riding on the beach. I would recommend this property for a visit on HHI
