Seaspray Oceanfront Getaway with the highest quality and all the amenities is now available as a vacation rental. A picture is worth a thousand words.... See for yourself!

The great room has walls of glass, wood floors, vaulted open beam ceilings, electric fireplace, Flat Screen Wall HDTV with Satellite TV (everything package), all leather furniture, and is set up for comfort and relaxation. From the great room, you can enjoy the wonderful 270 degree ocean views, porpoise and whale watching.

The granite kitchen is fully equipped for the gourmet chef with deluxe cookware, utensils and high-end appliances. Seaspray also has an outdoor kitchen/BBQ area with dining table and chairs.

Both bedrooms feature Ocean Views and King size beds, electric faux wood burning fireplaces (non-wood burning), Satellite TV with 100+ channels including movies and sports, not to mention the crashing waves, ocean birds, wildlife and whale watching, etc. Each bedroom also has it's own marble bathroom. This house is immaculate.

There are two large grocery stores in town, one organic gourmet style with a deli/bakery, fresh fish, and lots of 'to go' hot food options. There are many food choices in town including pizza, bakery, and many other restaurants, including St. Orres, a 5 star restaurant which is only a 5 minute walk from the house. Just relax. There is nothing like watching the sunset over the ocean from the deck or hot tub soaking in the Seaspray ambiance. One of our favorite things to do is sit in the oceanfront hot tub overlooking crashing waves toasting the sunset with a glass of wine.

Bring your camera! Seaspray is a photographer's paradise.

This house is ideal for a romantic getaway for an anniversary or just to spice things up! Many of my relatives that have stayed there refer to it as 'The Honeymoon Cottage'.

Cook's Beach is a county maintained beach and is a five minute walk from the house. You are allowed to barbecue there or build a fire.

Upon arrival you realize just how special Sea Spray truly is! The views are captivating, the furnishings & decor is welcoming and the amenities are exceptional. So much thought is put into making your stay a wonderful one…extra towels, pillows, bathrobes, a well stocked kitchen and so much more. We found ourselves enjoying the beautiful calm mornings, the windy afternoons and the spectacular sunsets. Each evening we relaxed in the hot tub and slept to the soft sounds of the ocean. Our morning walks to Cook’s beach were a must; such a lovely beach. Thank you to the owners for sharing their magnificent home allowing us to make special memories in this little piece of paradise. Also, a big thank you to Mindy, the owners assistant, for the excellent communication and making our stay everything it could be and more.

This is a very cozy, warm and beautiful house with amazing views of the ocean. The kitchen is really lovely as are the bathrooms. Unfortunately, I suffered a bad fall about a week before our visit and have a damaged leg and arm. If you have any mobility issues, the place is not ideal. To be fair, I didn't have mobility issues when I booked the place! There is a step stool to help get into the very high bed and grab bars in the shower. There are no hand holds of any kind on the hot tub which was still a wonderful experience, just not while getting in and out. It's a well equipped and beautiful place to stay and we recommend it! Thank you for the prosecco!

The view was spectacular. The home was well-kept and all of the amenities, especially in the kitchen, were great. We appreciate the process/communication. It was a tremendous week and we greatly appreciate being able to stay in the home. Just a couple negatives: there was a broken wine glass on the deck when we arrived (under one of the chairs) that we did not touch; the lack of airflow in the house - it was difficult to get the house cool in the afternoons (unfortunate that none of the main windows or the kitchen window don't open) . . . of course we understand that is only an issue when it's really hot. Thanks very much and best wishes.

We truly appreciate and enjoyed one of the most amazingly equipped kitchen’s ever. It was a pleasure to work in it with everything needed and some. The view was that of an outside cruise ships suite. The king bedrooms provided an even better experience view wise. We definitely recommend Seascape for those special occasions that call for a up close coastal view.

What a treasure of a find! Communication and check in were easy, the house was clean and exceptionally well-stocked, and the views were stunning. This is probably one of the best-stocked homes we’ve ever rented- it seems the owners really did try to think of anything a guest could need or want and then provide it. Nice cookware, lots of spices, and every way you can think of to make coffee, tea, or adult beverages. We loved looking at the ocean in the morning and watching the birds fly by. Sunset was incredible and once it was dark we were able to stare at the stars from the hot tub while listening to the waves crash below. Simply heavenly! The beds were comfortable, there were blankets and pillows galore, and there were even robes in the closet to wear. This is not just a place to sleep between excursions- we loved lounging in the home’s luxury. We will definitely book it again and again.

We have stayed multiple times at Seaspray and will continue to return. The moment we arrive to this beautiful property we feel a sense of peace. The beauty of the home, the 180 degree ocean view, the birds riding the wind currents in the cove below you, it is easy for us to leave all our worries behind. Nearly every detail is thought of in this home, with the well equipped kitchen with everything you could ever need, like spices and foil, etc. The only thing missing from this property is throw blankets for the living room and the full couch in the photos is no longer there, it's replaced by a loveseat which is not the best for someone with a bad back. Yes, there are lots of recliners but there's nothing like a couch to lay on. Other than that, we survived a storm and it was lovely to see the raging waves and wind from the expansive windows. It's a beautiful property with nearly every attention to detail and the welcoming prosecco can't be matched. There's also robes and every attention to the bathrooms as well.

Everything was perfect.including the weather,all the instructions about property made everything user friendly. Well equipped kitchen, very comfortable place. We have stayed there before couple years ago, many upgrades since. The view can’t be beat. We are very pleased.

This is a beautiful home on the bluffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean. We loved the crashing waves, day and night and both bedrooms had large windows overlooking the ocean. Gualala is an interesting rural community with many hikes and fun restaurants. This was a perfect spot to celebrate my husband’s 75 th birthday!

from the moment we walked in this place, exceeded our expectations! The view is unbeatable. We were hoping for a storm and we got one. It was amazing to sit in the living room and just watch the ocean and the waves crash up on the rocks. The hot tub was a perfect temperature. the kitchen has everything you’ll need and the entire place was absolutely spotless we definitely would like to return for another day in the near future thank you for providing such a lovely property

Our party consisted of two couples and the home was absolutely perfect for our stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and the views were stunning from every room. The outdoor spaces were perfect with great deck chairs, outdoor dining space, nice grilling area, and amazing star gazing from the hot tub. The home was warm and comfortable, not sterile as some corporate rentals can be. Communication with the host/caretaker was prompt and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Our favorite vacation home for 33 years. Heaven on the edge of the continent. My brother’s first time staying by the ocean. He was hypnotized by the view. Stopped counting pelicans at 88, but there were hundreds. And the ravens danced in front of our window everyday. Just unbelievable. Thank you so much.

We absolutely loved staying at Sea Spray. It was the perfect place for my wife to do a zoom meditation retreat – and for me to hang out and endlessly absorb the crashing ocean. We can’t wait to return in the future. Sheer heaven!

The home was clean and nice decor for this ocean home. Comfortable home and the view was spectacular at sunset. The downside was that the home phone did not work as we were told that it did work. I gave my family the number and they all got the same message, “this number is not in service” and when I tried to use the phone I couldn’t get a dial tone and the message on the phone said “check line”. Nothing helped so we were without phone service. Our cell phone was spotty as we knew it would be. Three different tvs all had different remotes. We couldn’t get the tv in the bedroom to work. Instructions on use didn’t match the remotes and should be updated.

This was my third stay at Sea Spray and it was perfect in every way. The house was sparkling clean and well appointed. The ocean views are unbelievable from the living space and both bedrooms. The photos say it all. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed to cook and is very well organized. The extra touches like the Prosecco and welcome note waiting on the refrigerator upon our arrival made our stay even more wonderful. The beds are so comfortable and both bathrooms are very nice. You will not be disappointed. This place is fabulous!

We stayed at Seaspray for four nights and loved every minute. The location is perfect with privacy and gorgeous views. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and has everything you need. The hot tub and views from the hot tub are not to be missed. We hope to return soon for another relaxing long weekend.

This is our 2nd stay at this property. The view from the home is amazing. My husband loves sitting in the hot tub and looking out at the ocean. We both enjoy being able to walk to the beach and over to St. Orres for meals. We enjoy Gualala but it is not a party town. We are grateful for that. We saw a Blue Whale!

We have waited quite a while to stay at Sea Spray and it didn't disappoint!!!!! The view is absolutely spectacular and the home is equipped with everything and anything you might possibly need or want. Being able to hear the sound of the ocean and the waves crashing on the rocks 24 hours a day was the ultimate in relaxation. We had the best time doing nothing but enjoying the view, hot tubbing and spending lots of time on the deck. We are already thinking about our return trip next year!!! The home is extremely clean and well-maintained. The views from the living room do not even seem real because they are so incredible. The home was well stocked with everything we needed. We liked that the location was a little off of the highway. It was quiet and private. Finding the welcome bottle of Prosecco was also a very nice surprise.

My wife and I spent our 10 year wedding anniversary here. House is just as advertised in pictures, only the view is even better! Great location minutes from Gualala and Point Arena. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house is fantastic. Any closer to the water and you'd be swimming. So much glass. So many nice little touches that make this place so much nicer than it needs to be. Lots of cool stuff everywhere. Great well-stocked kitchen. As the instructions say, whatever you need is there, just keep looking. Well, except for sharp knives, next time I'm bringing my own. But the pans are first rate and there are plenty of glasses, flatware, condiments, etc. Outside there are flowers blooming everywhere, a constant parade of birds including a hunting pair of ospreys. Breakfast at the outdoor table was great. I only left once to go across the street for dinner and I never got bored. My wife had a nice round of golf at Sea Ranch.

This is one not to miss! Very cozy and quiet, great location, everything about it was wonderful. Clean, Warm, Unbelievable Views, Beds are very comfortable! Just bring a good book and enjoy nature! The hot tub over the ocean was the best part!! If you truly want to unwind this is the place.
