Our home is VERY CLEAN, and well maintained. This is a Custom Built Home and sits behind a private electric gate in a Family Friendly neighborhood. Decorated for comfort and style, with an open floor plan and large beautiful spacious interior.
It is a 2 minute easy walk to all the action on the Famous Ventura Blvd, in the middle of the village which includes lots of great restaurants, stores, shopping, Starbucks, grocery stores, movie theater & In & Out Burger & more! Centrally located and minutes away to everything! ... Universal Studios, Hollywood, Santa Monica Beach, Malibu Beach, Movie Industry, Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive, The Getty Museum, Griffith Park Observatory, L.A. Zoo, Disneyland, UCLA Campus & Hospital, Celebrity Tour Bus trips, Hiking and so much more. Fast freeway access for travel. This is a very desirable neighborhood in the center of Sherman Oaks Village, close to ALL the LA attractions. Wonderful for family's!

I go to Sherman Oaks often to visit my son/family and have stayed at many rental units. This is by far the best. Paulina and Chris are warm and welcoming. A welcome basket of goodies awaited us at the house on arrival and 2 days later, Paulina left a basket of OJ and pastries for breakfast at the door. The house is spotless. Kitchen is very well stocked. There are a lot of thoughtful touches around the house to make it feel like home away from home. The patio at the back of house is super nice. Owners are extremely responsive and eager to help. Location is convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, and highways, yet the street is very quiet. We woke up to bird song every morning. Thank you Paulina and Chris!

This was a wonderful, clean, spacious, and comfortable space to use as a home base to return to during a bigger family gathering. Paulina was a thoughtful, gracious host and went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. During the week, a helicopter flew low and loudly in the early mornings,which woke all of us up, but that helped give us a jump start to enjoy our time in LA. The house is a close walk to restaurants and was a good central location for the purposes of our trip. Before we even got on the freeway to head back home, our kids were already asking when we could come back.

Paulina & Chris are wonderful hosts. The house is beautiful. The bedrooms are spread out for privacy yet close enough if you have kids to monitor. Everything was spotless and there were even some snacks and drinks for us!
Universal is about a 15 minute drive; stores and restaurants are a few minute walk from the house.
Highly recommend and we would definitely stay again.

I stayed at this property with my wife, 3 year old, 1 year old and nanny. It was very clean and had plenty of space for all of us. The second floor master is very spacious and has a nice big bathroom. Hosts were great, gave us a welcome gift and advice about the area. Very conveniently located being within 1 mile of two major highways. I highly recommend for a family vacation in LA.

Good for a family
The house was spacious, very clean, and had a well equipped kitchen and working grill. The outside enclosed patio was wonderful for adults and young children. The neighborhood was safe, and easily walkable to restaurants and grocery stores.

Paulina's house is just amazing. Perfect location, close to everything, amazing interior design, you'll find everything you need in the house and if you don't, Paulina is there to help you out. She was the best host ever! We truly wanted her to be part of our group and take her with us on this California adventure. Paulina is kind, very responsive, always just a text message or phone call away if we needed anything. We felt home the minute we stepped out of the car and into this beautiful California villa. You will be wow'ed for sure. We can't thank Paulina enough for having us and making our friends-trip so special. We highly recommend this home and would love to come back one day.

Amazing House, Amazing Location, Amazing Hosts
It's hard to do justice to just how comfortable this home is. We spent a wonderful month in it, and were joined by various friends and family throughout our stay -- all of whom loved it. It is comfortable, clean, incredibly well laid out. We put all four bedrooms and three baths to good use. The kitchen was very large and well equipped -- and everything worked. Gated parking for two cars added to the convenience and sense of security although it is a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood populated by dog walkers and families. The upstairs private master suite with balcony and jacuzzi and two huge walk-in closets as well as beautiful built-in dressers was a haven. And the patio!! Beautifully landscaped and colorfully lit at night, it was designed for relaxing and even sports an outdoor TV as well as gas grill. The patio is quite large and includes a dining table for 6 as well as super comfortable seating for 6-8. And the LOCATION. Much has been said about it but we want to underscore how fantastic it is. Super easy access to the 110 and 405, which meant short trips to the Getty, The Norton Simon, the Huntington, Mulholland Drive, and Santa Monica. It is a 2 block walk to Ventura Ave with literally anything and everything you could ever need: gas, restaurants, groceries (including huge new Whole Foods and an upscale Gelson's), a CVS and Best Buy. Not to overlook the inescapable In 'n Out Burger. But I save the best for last. The hosts. If VRBO every decides to institute a 6 star ranking for Premier Hosts, then we nominate Paulina and Chris. They magically struck exactly the right note of available but unintrusive. Gift baskets arrived at the front door, as did Chris with flashlights during a very brief and very rare power outage one evening. We've been renting VRBOs for many years, and we give Paulina and Chris A++. What else can we say? It's impossible to stay here and be unhappy.

Trip to LA to watch the Patriots
This was the perfect LA home base for our trip. Was a clean and beautiful home. The home exceeded our expectations. We had a group of 7 guys and we had more than enough space and slept everyone comfortably. Was a perfect and quite place to come back to after a busy day exploring the city. Kitchen was great for making breakfast or dinners included everything you could possible need to cook a great meal. The location was fantastic waking distance to about anything you may need. Paulina and Chris were fantastic host. They are easy to get in contact with and there if you have any questions or concerns. We would definitely look to book this house again if/when we are back in LA

California Trip
We traveled to Cali for my eye surgery. The host were very kind and welcoming. We didn't need to purchase anything from the store (only laundry detergent if you need it) for our stay, as the home was stocked with essentials. The owners went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. I recommend this property to anyone coming to the area, If we ever come back, we will definitely stay here again. Perfect stay!
We had the best stay here. There is so much room, the location is great and the hosts have equipped the house with everything you could need. The primary suite is ENORMOUS and the beds and linens are so comfortable (honestly - I am a bed and pillow snob). It’s also the little things that make this house so nice - good toilet paper, lots of plush towels and easy check out instructions. We had to delay our trip a day and Paulina was easy to work with and super responsive. We’ve stayed in a lot of rental houses and we would come back here again in a heartbeat.

One of the best!
My family of 6 (kids ages 2-12) recently stayed at this beautiful home. The house was clean, spacious, had a beautiful patio and upstairs balcony, plus all you need for cooking and hosting guests. They even had a pack n play and several toddler plates and silverware which was so helpful. All the beds were extremely comfortable. The location was great and close to so many things.
Paulina was wonderful to work with, always quick to respond to our messages before and during our arrival, and just overall a wonderful person and home owner. We loved this home and would definitely love to stay here again the next time we visit LA.

This is the place to stay in Sherman Oaks.
Beautiful home, lots of space for a family, wonderful backyard to just chill out. The pictures are exactly what you expect. The master suite on the 2nd floor is worth renting the whole house. Big on-suite bathroom with a soaking (jacuzzi) you can soak yourself to relaxation. The beds were very comfortable. The hosts Paulina and Chris are wonderful. Everything from welcoming us to the property, giving us directions and the basket of fruits was fabulous. Really made us feel welcomed. I couldn't ask for a better experience for a 1st time Vrbo user. Bonus within walking distance of In & Out Burgers !

Graduation Celebration
Our family stayed here for 4 nights for our daughter’s college graduation. There was no ceremony, so we rented this place for our own celebration. This home has everything you need to make your stay convenient and easy, so all you need to do is focus on the fun. First, the kitchen is well stocked with nice cookware, plates and glasses and the wine fridge was a big plus. Great sleeping space, comfortable beds, family room, kitchen, dining room and patio spacious enough for everyone to gather comfortably together. We loved that the neighborhood was very quiet, yet we could take a leisurely stroll to Ventura Blvd for Starbucks and local eateries. The owner, Paulina, was super responsive to questions and very hospitable, even bringing us some fresh juice and pastries during our stay. Parking was a breeze with 2 tandem spots for our party and plenty of street parking available. I would definitely recommend this home for a family gathering.

Spring Break
This property is wonderful and perfect for families, or those traveling in large groups. The house has super comfy beds, the kitchen is well stocked w/ any kitchen item you might need, the furniture in the common areas is comfortable as well. The location is perfect. The neighborhood is great for walking, lots of shops and restaurants to check out just down the street and close to pretty much anything you'd want to do in the LA area. From check-in to check-out, the hosts were amazing. Accessible and responsive, but not intrusive at all. We loved staying here and hope to stay here again!

Christmas in LA
We really enjoyed staying at Paulina & Chris’ place in Sherman Oaks. It was centrally located to many attractions. There were ample markets/restaurants in close proximity to the house. We had plenty of space for our family of 7 staying at house. I would definitely stay there again if in LA! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking a Christmas dinner.

Great Location! great home! Great owners!
This historic home was perfect for our stay we lacked nothing that we needed for a family of 5. We felt more like invited guests then renters. The home was located close to all we wanted to do in LA area (Venice beach, Hollywood, rodeo drive, Angels forest etc..). Staying during holidays we were surprised with champagne and fresh OJ (from tree on property) and cookies for the kids. Would stay here again 💯.

The Shermanator
This was the perfect spot to land every night and gather in the morning for our extended family of cousins and aunts. We loved it so much we gave the house a name - The Shermanator!
Perfect location - we could easily walk to get our nails done for wedding festivities, to an amazing breakfast at Blu Jam Cafe, Starbucks, liquor store, thrift store and Urban Outfitters for the teens. The house was equally as comforting and perfect. Tastefully furnished with plenty of privacy for all, very clean, comfy beds and seating, stocked kitchen, lovely outdoor space... but what really stood out were the owners, who welcomed us on arrival and were just amazing humans all around. We hope to be back!

This was the perfect place for our family of 7 - it afforded us privacy from each other as well as gathering space! It was spotlessly clean and the location couldn’t be better! Wonderful hosts and home in an excellent location!
We met one of our hosts, Paulina, who was very welcoming! We found the home to be super clean and comfortable. It really suited our family in many ways, including being in walking distance to many shops and food. Our hosts also recommended several local restaurants and provided pamphlets of local activities, which was very helpful!

This is a beautiful place to stay in a nice area and great places close by
Plenty of space, nice rooms and bathrooms. Nice big tv and couch. The patio was a great spot as well. The master bedroom and bath were amazing. Really close to some hip restraunts and close to the interstate. Communication was great with owners would stay again.
