• Housekeeping has always used and will continue to use anti-viral disinfectants on applicable surfaces. including, but not limited to, counter tops, appliances, light switches and doorknobs.

• Use of a professional laundry service for the linens. They use special cleaning products that are effective towards eradicating viruses/bacteria, in addition to washing in high temperatures.

• Use professional tools, including microfiber rags, large and small brushes, melamine foam sponges, and floor mops with replaceable cleaning pads.

• High-touch areas are cleaned and scrubbed with every cleaning, including light switches, fan pull chains, remote controls, cabinet knobs, appliance handles, kitchen counters, etc.

This unit is at the end of its life cycle. Beds and bedding need to be replaced. Tattered carpeting. Leaking shower pans, dryer exhaust that dumped out in room. Hot during the day. NO AC. 2 small fans in the unit. Location is great.

It was a good unit and the management company was responsive and provided all the information. I would stay again.

The condo is just as stated. The biggest plus is its location. The condo is maybe 100 yards from the gondola and next door to shops, restaurants, bus stop, grocery store, etc. The condo is small but more than adequate for two to maybe four people.

Wonderful location with everything around us. Communication with the property management company was great from pre arrival, while we were there, and afterwards. I highly recommend the place. I’m already planning another trip next year!!!

Great location and great property...clean, updated, modern, all amenities. Some hiccups around outlets, hairdryer, humidifier broken, but on site support helped out immediately. Wash/dryer in unit clutch. No hot tub and no elevator to 3rd floor unit, but price and location could not be better. Would def stay again in a heart beat.
