If you’re looking for an unforgettable New Braunfels summer vacation for your family, at reasonable rates, look no further. This location is the BEST on the river with constant water.
House is a well kept & maintained 3 bedroom, 3 full bath house & is fully furnished with flat screen HDTV, & ROKU in living room, & master bedroom has HDTV & DVD Player. House has cable and WIFI. Each bathroom has towels, washcloths, hand towels and a hair dryer. All beds come w all bed linens as well! SLEEPS 10 comfortably! The kitchen is well stocked w everything you need to prepare meals as well. Has both coffee pot & keurig.
If you enjoy the many water activities offered on the Guadalupe River, you will love that you will have DIRECT PRIVATE RIVER ACCESS so you can float the river with a tube or raft it. If you prefer you can find a nice place to sit on the private pebble beach to watch others play, or take full advantage of the river breezes and magnificent views while enjoying the the privacy of your own spacious deck as you relax. The pebble beach is nothing short of FANTASTIC! You can enter the river right off the pebble beach and exit at a variety of places up & down the river, there are shuttle services available from several of the tubing outfitters in the area to return you to the property. The pebble beach is also perfect for playing or just relaxing as you watch others float in the river below. Also if you enjoy live music, the property is short drive to River Road IceHouse, Gruene Hall, & Whitewater Amphitheater!
Again this house is well kept & was built in 2011. It is professionally cleaned after each use to be sure you feel comfortable and enjoy your stay. Renters under the age of 25 may require additional deposit.
***This house is NOT in the city limits of New Braunfels and therefore does not apply to the overbearing rules and rescrictions that have placed on the recreational activites on the river within the city limits of New Braunfels.***

House includes:
Service for 12 dishes, (large plates & deep cereal bowls) coffee cups, pots/pans, coffee pot & keurig, cookie sheets, ninja blender, 4 slice toaster, grater, measuring cup, mixing bowls, cutting board, knife block, hand mixer, small food processor, baking dish, Tupperware food storage containers, pitcher, silverware, cooking utensils, large crockpot & small crockpot, oven mitts, dish towels, drinking glasses large & small, wine glasses, can opener, peeler, bottle opener, ice cream scoop, pizza cutter, wine opener, measuring cups, & strainer. There is hand soap at every sink, dish soap, dish washer soap, laundry detergent, an iron and ironing board in laundry room, laundry detergent, and each bathroom has shampoo, body wash and a hair dryer. Each bed has sheets, blankets & pillows and each bathroom has towels, washcloths & hand towels. One roll of toilet paper is provided in each bathroom and one paper towel roll provided in kitchen. The bbq pit has grilling utensils provided as well.

Great location!Loved the river access and the ability to drive vehicles to the river bank. The house was very clean, cool and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the deck made a great sitting area.

This condo was very comfortable and in a great location. Easy river access and a gated community. Beds were very comfortable. Nothing bad to report. Only minor issue was the low water pressure in the master bath shower. Even so, shower was huge and still operational. We will definitely stay here again.

This place was great positioning with easy access to the river and to a great float transport company. We had a great time at the house that had a spacious kitchen/living room/porch and had easy beds to access. Easy communication with the owner made everything perfect. Would recommend!

Jeff was super nice and responded quickly to any questions we had. Great Location on River Road, private river access. It was nice that the house provided sheets, towels, soap, EVerything! We had a blast eating outside and playing games. We would stay here again for sure! Thanks Jeff ;))

This was our first year staying at this house and it was even better than previous year houses we’ve stayed. The water in the river was low this year but we had close access to the river to where we could bring all of our items and set up along the river instead of floating. The location was definitely a plus and would highly recommend.

The Cliffview River House was the perfect place for us to celebrate Thanksgiving this year! !!

The house could not have been more comfortable and the kitchen was large and had everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving feast. We loved sitting around the large island eating, laughing, and being together. It even served as a great place to play Mexican Train. We loved being able to walk to the river and teach my granddaughter to skip stones on the water. We also enjoyed sitting on the comfortable front porch and watching the nimble goats scampering along the face of the cliff. Everyone is planning on a return trip.

The house is PERFECT! We celebrated Thanksgiving on Friday evening & the children woke up to Christmas stockings on Saturday morning. While I know it was early celebrations it's what we have to do. Our son is a missionary minister and will be leaving us the first week of November and not returning tilll March 2017, it is important we celebrate the holidays together especially with our grand babies. The kitchen was large enough for us to put a Turkey, dressing and all the fixings together. The beds were all comfortable and three full bathrooms made it awesome. access to the river was perfect especially with 2 babies and all that comes with them. We were able to drive down to the river and park. The fact that it is a gated residence was a huge plus, we didn't have to worry about our grandchildren playing outside. This was such a great week end we will be booking the same house in June. That's how comfortable we felt that everyone voted same place. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Perfect River Access

This house was perfect for easy beach style access to the guadalupe river. We were able to drive our car down to the riverside and enjoy our stay with family. I have stayed in 3 different houses in the Cliff View Condo neighborhood and this one was the 3rd best but we did have everything we needed. The washer and dryer was a nice touch and there was a plethora of kitchen gadgets and utensils! Only complaint was that there were no kitchen garbage bags, there was a hole in the wall in the downstairs bathroom, and the hall bathroom knob to turn the bath and shower on were broken. Host was close by to fix it quickly but for the price to rent these homes, you expect everything to work, for it to be stocked, and not have holes in the wall. Overall I would highly recommend this home or others in the neighborhood.

We had our kids and grandkids 3 kids and 2 grandkids and had a blast the complete property was wonderful. The rock beach to the floating and swimming was wonderful and the views were just right .

this house was beautiful, w lots of room, and CLEAN. Loved the fact the kitchen had MORE than the essentials that other properties we have stayed at have and the house had both a propane grill AND a BBQ smoker pit. We enjoyed the view of the river from the deck & watching the goats in the mornings on the cliff. I especially enjoyed the huge pebble beach located at the river. It was a short 40 feet or so walk to access the pebble beach at the river, and such a convenance that we walked next door to rent tubes at Gilligan's Island and floated right back to the house. I will definitely stay here every time we visit the Guadalupe River. Owners were extremely helpful & great also w any questions we had.

The house was beyond my expectations and we had a wonderful time. The only thing that was frustrating was that the air conditioning went out on our first evening at the house. It was not fixed while we were there and by the second evening the air was stale and uncomfortable. It was cool in the evenings, but we still could have used the a/c for circulation and a more comfortable stay. We were there for my Bachelorette Party, so we had a great time, no matter what! ;)

This was our first stay at the wonderful Cabin. Location is better than shown in Pictures. Cabin has everything that you could ask for. The owner is Awesome and this will not be our last. Thank you Jeff for keeping a great place and for letting us make so many great memories.
