About this house rental
A comfortable room with private bathroom in a 100 yr. old farmhouse that we have turned into a traditional Bed & Breakfast. You’ll love the views, the location, the ambiance, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
Our place is easy to find from Highway 2 or State Route 9. We are not far from Boeing and the Everett Marina. It's a quiet rural setting; you can wander through the orchard or enjoy the relaxing view from the patio. Our guestroom comfortably fits 2 adults.

Awesome breakfast, comfy bed and Kathryn is a wonderful host!

Kathryn and Kaleo (her little dog) were wonderful hosts! We arrived on what had to be the hottest day of the summer to an air conditioned home, decorated with antiques. Our cozy room was up the stairs. It had a very comfortable Queen bed and a very large bathroom with a clean shower and antique sink. Her breakfasts were delicious (puff pastry with egg and an omelet); she definitely made us feel special. Hope to stay again!

Had a friendly welcome and a kind host. Unfortunately room was not as advertised. Cluttered with boxes, sewing table and random “stuff” of owners. It was difficult to maneuver through the room, no where to relax inside. It felt like we were in someone else’s bedroom not a guest bedroom. I will not stay again. We left a day early - we were so uncomfortable. I do not recommend.

As first time B&B'ers, I surprised my wife, who didn't know we were staying at an B&B until we pulled up, she was a bit apprehensive. However, after a great quiet night sleep, very comfortable bed and no hotel AC noise, she felt better about it. Then, after our homemade breakfast, she was very happy. We spent 2 nights here, and enjoyed our time. Kathryn made us feel like longtime friends. We would definitely recommend Aunt Kathryn's B&B!

We stayed for 2 nights and this place was perfect for us. Close location to Snohomish where we ventured for dinner. Bed was comfortable and it was nice having our own bathroom. Breakfast both days was great - omelettes one morning and pancakes with fresh blueberries from the neighbor next door the next. Thanks Kathryn for making our stay wonderful!

Aunt Kathryn’s B & B was exactly what we were looking for. A quiet country location. Cozy and charming century + old home actually very much like our 1914 one in the city! Tasteful, practical updates. Comfy bed - always nice! Our host was welcoming and friendly. Delightful to find we had much in common. We enjoyed her company and her hospitality.

While attending a family wedding and various gatherings, the two of us spent six restful nights at Kathryn’s, where breakfasts were excellent, accommodations pleasant, and our host quite gracious. The surrounding area was fun to explore, with good restaurants, fun shops, and wonderful walks/hikes.

We had a wonderful visit. Since we were the only two staying we were asked what time we wanted breakfast. That was so nice. The room was beautiful and the bathroom huge!!
Again, had a nice visit.

Kathryn's home is charming and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful and we loved the food & table setting as well as the company. It was so nice to get away from the city and relax while visiting the lovely town of Snohomish. Kathryn was so nice and hospitable and Kakoa (her sweet dog) was so friendly! We will most definitely stay again!

A homey B&B
Kathryn was warm, welcoming and interesting. The breakfasts were good, and the bed VERY comfortable. I would have liked an upholstered chair in my room, but that's a small thing. The house is pretty without being over the top. I'd certainly stay again!

Country refuge
Her place is still a work in progress, but our rooms were lovely and it was wonderful after a long day of Seattle traffic to have a quiet country place to stay. Snohomish is a town worth visiting. We felt very well cared for.

Homey
Aunt Katheryn makes you feel right at home. Her dog asks for back rubs as soon as you arrive.
There is air conditioning but it does work better downstairs than upstairs where the bedroom (unusual that you’d need air conditioning in this area). Wonderful cook!

Country Charm
Kathryn was a warm, informative host(ess), good cook, and very welcoming. We very much enjoyed the house, because of its age and history, which Kathryn was able to relay to us, and our bedroom and bath were nicely decorated and very comfortable.

Kathryn is the perfect host.
This is the most peaceful setting and comfortable home. The bedroom and bath are charming and the bed is so comfortable! Kathryn is an amazing cook and a gracious host. Her front porch is the best place to read a book or just enjoy the rural surroundings. I only wish we lived closer so we could come stay more often.

Relaxing stay in a quaint setting
The house was a beautiful old farmhouse full of charm. It was close to the Evergreen Speedway, which was why we were in the area. Our bed was comfortable and all the amenities were there. Our host was very welcoming and even let us watch the world cup soccer game in her livingroom so we wouldn't miss it, thank you!!! We would definitely come again!
