Top Appartements, umfangreiche moderne Ausstattung, sehr gutes Wellness-Angebot

Sehr gepflegtes und top unterhaltenes Hotel. Die Zimmer sahen aus, als ob dort noch nie jemand übernachtet hatte ;-) Besser geht es nicht! Sehr gute und umfangreiche Ausstattung der Zimmer. Das Wellness-Angebot im Haus ist zwar immer gut besucht gewesen, hat uns aber trotzdem überzeugt.

This apartment in Austria is a peaceful, beautiful, and safe place. It is close to parks, making it ideal for families. Moreover, very kind staff.

Carpe Solem Lungau is by far the best option, if you decide against a normal Hotel.

The whole building was very new and clean, with a modern but still traditional flair. The room was in perfect condition with an exceptionally well equipped kitchen. (Oven, stove, microwave, toaster, 2 coffee machines, kitchen tools etc…) Staff at the reception was helpful and friendly. The location is perfect for all kinds of activities in the Lungau-area, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes are within walking distance. The included wellness-area with different saunas and outside pool was also very clean and modern, perfect to relax after a long day of hiking. Also parking was no issue, you can park your car either outside or in the parking garage.

The kitchen lacked some basic supplies like salt, pepper, coffee and sugar. I mentioned that at the reception and without even asking for it, we got 10 portions of Nespresso for free! 10/10

- the full equipped kitchen - everything you need was in there - very nice location, Mariapfarr is a very small and quiet village, with beautiful views - near to both ski domains: Obertauern- 20 min, Kreischberg- 30 min, by car.

Nice environment, great position in the centre of town. Near skibus stop. Wellness, skiroom. Extraordinary looking apartment, very architectonically stylish and new, good acoustic insulation. Nice view at the basilics.

Very close distance to church bells in nearby basilics, very noisy, noticeable in the night, but after 3 days we have used to it. It is a serious religious tradition, it is OK, but somehow suprising.. but nice.

Stylish and comfy apartment, perfect for relaxing

We had a perfect stay in this small picturesque village. The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable. Plenty of space for your stuff and everything you need to cook with is available. The furniture is comfy and we liked the design very much also. We loved the terrace and was awesome to use our own infra-sauna after skiing. Appreciate the professional services regarding check-in and check-out, the comfortable parking place and the ski storage. Loved the old photos on the walls of the corridor.

A great stay on a skiing holiday.

Cozy, stylish, roomy and comfortable apartment with well equipped kitchen. Nice view to the old beautiful church and picturesque old street underneath. Supermarket and some coffee shops just a few minutes by walk. Several great ski areas nearby. Really nice place.

The number of parking spaces is limited and a reservation is required when booking accommodation, we just missed it somehow. Some public parking lots available about 3-5 minutes by walk.

Excellent apartement, very well equipped, clean and perfect.

You need to reserve parking place in advance, or you should walk about 900m every day to your car - very frustrating with small kids. Reservation on-site was not available for a daily price during our stay.

Family ski holiday in beautiful Lungau region

New, modern, well maintained and equipped, clean, access to wellness center with various saunas. Nice restaurant next door and shop nearby.

Hard to find something, maybe except the fact the resort is next to a church and the bells ring every 15 minutes also at night, what can be annoying for sensitive people, especially in case of the apartments facing the church. It is a fun fact that in this very church text of the “silent night” Christmas carol, was written. Apparently church bells were not a problem in the past and also now you can get used to it pretty quickly.

Great stay!

One of those times when reality prevails the pictures! We were amazed by what the apartment offered, good taste in design, the comfort of the structure, the equipped kitchen and the size. Came for skiing - We were 2 families in two apartments - the large one had an infrared sauna. The place exceeded expectations and offered excellent value for the price

Every thing was great though since we were cooking -more soap could be delivered. It could have been nice to recieve some capsules for the coffee machine. The towel heater didn't work but again-really, its peanuts...

Exceptional

Everything was so so clean & fresh, perfect for a family. In apartment they have everything you need to cook and serve the food. Eather washing up/cleaning set box provided. Excellent staff friendly and with a good suggestions about the surroundings. Nice quiet city. A lot of ski slopes 5-10min by car. Definitely the best place to stay.

The church bell rang early at the mornings, but if you keep the windows shut, it's fine they're soundproof.

Exceptional

This whole complex is basically new. The apartment was well above average, with quality appliances and other amenities. We had a few steps from the garage to the apartment. You can see in the layout of the apartment that the architects have thought about and designed a functional layout. The complex includes a wellness center with several saunas, where residents of the complex have free access. Children up to 14 years of age cannot go there, but that is probably better. The gentleman at the front desk was always helpful and accommodating.

Our apartment had an unexpected infrared sauna, which was great to use after skiing. I have a feeling it won't last long though, it's the cheapest model and it's falling apart a bit. I have no other complaints, they just aren't there.

Great option to stay in Lungau

Very good value for money. We had a two-bedroom apartment which worked fine for a family of four. We visited in summer and received complimentary Lungau cards which are absolutely great - we could visit a few cable cars and castles around absolutely for free. There was a dedicated parking spot (2 or 3 euro per day). A supermarket is 1 km away, there are a few restaurants nearby. Dishwasher is a live saver. We loved the saunas - both in our room and in the public sauna complex in the same building.

The only windows in the apartment were in bedrooms - which is a bit of a weird setup - you have to have the lights on in the living/dining/kitchen room. We'd prefer twin beds in one of the bedrooms. There is no room service during your stay. Coffee capsules aren't nespresso-compatible, but you can buy them at reception for 50c per item. A smaller swimming pool (supposedly designed for children) was closed, and kids didn't enjoy the big one much. Note that you may get naked visitors there (coming from saunas).

The apartment was clear and new, the beds were comfortable. The positions was near to the centre of Mariapfarr and to some mountains walks. There were also 3 pools and a sauna.
