The house was spotless. Large enough for a big family or group. All the appliances worked perfect. The location was great!
The only complaint is the carpet. It looks like someone deliberately stained the carpet. It is a real shame because it is the first thing you see.
The lock boxes need to be replaced.
We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family!

I give this house a second chance but it was a bit disappointed first house was not clean properly then no internet for more then a week , I call there customer service # and they said that someone will be there the next day to fix it, 4 days later Noone come so I call back and then they proceed to tell me the it was not posible for them to fix it , hose need some renovation new range the one in the house only 2 burners work properly other then that the house is on a good location close to the stores and beach.

This place was plenty big and spacious, but was very outdated. The dishwasher's front panel was coming off, you can't regulate the temperature. It's either too hot or too cold, there is no happy medium. I rented this place for twelve days, but it was only stocked for a week. We ran out of toilet paper, trash bags, etc. The cookware is very limited, but there were plenty of dinnerware, glasses and silverware. The stove and oven takes forever to heat up. I probably won't rent this place again. It is way too overpriced for what we got.

Our family loved the space in this house for our holiday week. Nice layout. Plenty of comfortable beds and couches in both living rooms. The game tables were a total hit….our family played ping pong and foosball everyday!! Plenty of towels, blankets, and all the basic necessities in the kitchen and both bathrooms. The oven worked fine but only 2 of the 4 burners worked and it had to be on high. A new range and maybe blinds/curtains on the front living room windows would give this house a 5/5 stars.

We loved the location and the extra fun things for the kids to do in the house! We had one minor issue and it was resolved so fast! Thanks again!

We loved the layout, the split entry made it easy to get ready for work and exit without disturbing others,as well as sleeping upstairs while others enjoyed ping pong , foosball and air hockey.

Kitchen stove could be a real hazard.
This house could be a gem just stuck in the 70’s but if you want to cook in this kitchen you will be disappointed. The stove is dangerous and the pans needed to be replaced a long time ago.

We rented this lovely place over the thanksgiving weekend and are so happy we did! The kitchen was well stocked, including items I didn’t expect a vacation rental to have!
We enjoyed playing ping-pong and foosball. We played some of the board games and little Blackjack as well. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms had plenty of towels and even a few toiletries. I would happily rent this place again.

OK
I like the location, is small house for 7 people, but we can make it work, the kitchen need to be updated they need to replace some pots and the stove, is a struggle to cook only with 2 small burners, housekeeping need to do a better job cleaning, is frustrating when you're going to relax and the first thing you need to do is cleaning and vacuum the entrance because is not clean properly floor where so dirty, the bedroom need some arrangement you can't sleep 4 adults in one bedroom it will be nice if the room downstairs can be a bedroom . Will be nice to replace the lock in the bathroom is so difficult to close it properly. But I will stay there again

Toddlers first Beach house
This is a perfect beach house for a big group. There are 2 bedrooms however there are 3 beds and a sleeping area in the living room. The game room in the basement and garage gives you plenty of things to do in the house and there is a huge backyard for the kids to run around and play My daughter greatly enjoyed it. The house is old school but is very comfortable. It is close to the beach, but I suggest you drive to it if you have small children, it's a hilly walk. The house is walking distance from a few stores. The house was clean however the rugs could use a deep cleaning, my daughters feet were filthy after running around in the house with socks. The washing machine could use a cleaning in the fabric softener dispenser as well, it looked a little moldy. The stovetop on the oven has a few issues that should be fixed and the dishwasher does not work, the soap dispenser never opened for the pod to come out the 2 times I tried washing dishes. That made me skeptical that the dishes were clean that we used when we got there. Honestly I think the owner probably doesn't know these things, his cleaners could do a better job for the price of the $125 cleaning fee. In final, this is a great house to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. We will go back again.

Lots of room!
It was great for the price. Lots of space and clean. 8 minute walk to the beach. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is due to the fact the stove top was dirty and 1 of the burners did not work at all and 1 worked intermittently.

Pros : The walking distance to the beach, the backyard, and the games in the garage were the best parts. My daughter loved the air hockey and we had fun with ping pong. The house is decently sized and cozy, beds were comfortable. Distance to everything in town was perfect, outlet mall was very close by. Heat lamps in bathrooms were nice for the cold mornings.
Cons : Furniture, appliances, etc. could use updating, makes house look dingy and run down. Outlets need replaced, plug-ins fall out and some of them have to be only halfway in to work which is dangerous. House was really warm in some areas with no AC and it would've been nice to have screens on windows for airflow.
Overall, our stay was pleasant and comfortable. Much better than a hotel with no privacy.

Great coastal getaway from home
House was decently sized, super comfortable beds, games were the best part by far. If we weren't at the beach, we were playing ping pong or air hockey. Howeverrr... appliances, furniture, counters, etc. could DEFINITELY use updating. It kinda made everything look gross and dirty even if it wasn't. Also screens on the windows so you can open them would be nice for airflow since there's no AC.

Pleasant & comfortable
The home was clean, well stocked with plenty of towels & bedding, had all kitchen dishes & accessories & soap & detergent for us to use. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our visit. The water was hot and all 4 of us were able to take nice long , hot showers and never ran out of hot water. The furniture was dated and had stains on the couches. There was torn wallpaper in the master bedroom but other than that, it was a nice place to stay with view of the ocean off in the distance. The kids & I enjoyed foosball nightly as well as tried to play ping pong. We had better luck playing Beer pong w/out the beer. I would consider staying there again but hope for a rental w/hot tub next time.

The home was clean but quite dated in looks. The couches had old stains on them , dining room chairs were wobbly, and wall paper in master had areas where it had been torn off but the home was clean and the gaming tables kept the kids busy. You could see the ocean from the home. It was decent place to stay but for the same price I paid to rent this place, I could have been in a 5 ***** hotel with robes and restaurants. (let me clarify... the fee for the actual house was not bad, its the administration, cleaning and tax fee's that blow up the rental price well above a decent hotel cost. Although I probably will go back to stays at hotels for now on, the kids had fun and it was relaxing just being somewhere other than home)

It was ok.
When we got to the house was not clean. The sink still had grease. The doors to the bathroom got stuck and had a hard time locking and unlocking the doors. The master bedroom door was bent and it got stuck. The ping pong balls we mostly unusable. Part of the Foos ball table was damaged. The dishwasher bent and started to rust. We did have a great time. Great location would rent from you guys again, but not that house. That house does need a work and has a lot of potential.

A honest review
I wish that I would have read an accurate review of this home, before I decided to rent it. The reviews boasted a clean, well furnished home. The reality is, this home is in need of a serious deep cleaning. The white carpet was so filthy that it was black in most areas, with visible areas of soiling. The kitchen floor was so dirty that you stuck to it, if you stood still for too long. The furniture is not very clean, and the downstairs couch smelled so horribly that you could not even sit on it. The bathrooms were clean for the most part, minus the dirty washcloth left by the sink downstairs. There were a lot of dead bugs on the windowsills, and not just a few - dozens. Overall the home was just not clean, and had an odor to it, likely from the build up of dirt and grime. The pot holders in the kitchen were covered in dried food, and obviously haven't been washed in a long time. The dishwasher looks as though something or someone has run into it repeatedly. There are no blinds on the large window in the front room, which is right above the futon, which made this sleeping area not very desirable. I got out the extra bedding from the closet, and shook out a blanket to lay over my child, and sprayed my child with a large amount of sand that came out of the blanket. Upon looking at the other extra bedding that was provided, it was also dirty and had not been washed in who knows how long. The windows are old, and one window came off the track and got stuck open about an inch, again above the futon. The owner of this home really needs to invest some time and money in improving this home, if they are going to continue to rent it. The game area downstairs was fun for the kids, and they enjoyed the ping pong table. Overall, this home was definitely not worth the money that we paid to stay here for 2 nights. I would not stay here again, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

It's a nice house. A little out dated but cozy. There was a strong musty smell but I was told its typical of older homes on the coast. We enjoyed our stay.

Great for families with kids
Our stay was very pleasant. The house is more spacious than the pictures make it out to be. Also, the pictures and virtual tour are pretty out dated with what is in the home. The following is a list of what is currently in t he home as of 9/2/19: The TV upstairs and down have been upgraded to NEW 60’’ ish Samsung Smart TV’s. The seating in the upstairs living room has been changed with newer couches but there is still a futon. The dining table has been upgraded to a large new 6-person table. The internet is strong and includes WiFi. We would get speeds around 50mbps. It does go down time to time but that’s not the fault of Vacasa. The living room downstairs has newer glass end tables but the same couch and chairs. There is a foosball table behind the pictured black couch. The washer has been upgraded in the downstairs bathroom. In the garage you’ll find a full-size ping pong table in decent condition. The pictured air hockey table has been replaced with a much smaller version that is more toy like. Unfortunately, a lot of the old furniture that was replaced in the home now resides in the garage. This would make it very difficult to park a 3rd car in the garage. Hopefully this is just temporary, and they can remove the old furniture. Other useful information about the home: All the windows are original to the house and can be difficult to open and close. Always lift and push from the middle of the windows to keep them from sticking. The backyard is much more spacious than the pictures make it out to be. A lot of the doors are pocket doors. The fans in each bathroom are equivalent to the noise a jet engine makes. The king bed in the master bedroom is on the softer side. There is no AC so make sure you open as many windows as possible in all rooms to keep it cool. The driveway is super uneven so be cautious when you pull in. There is a pretty steep 2-3 block hill followed by a lengthy staircase that offers beach access on 26th street. There are bathrooms and a few parking areas at the top of the stairs. Areas of improvement for the home: The front storm door needs to be replaced. The pneumatic piston is not functional, and the door will slam if you’re not careful. The glass in the door is loose and not very secure. There is no screen door on the back-patio door. The bbq is showing its age and will need to be replaced soon. I also hope they add a fire pit in the back yard. The vegetation needs to be trimmed back along the staircase to the front door.

Great Location for the Money!
This home is only a few minutes walk from the beach and you can see (and hear) the ocean in the distance.
It's dated and needs a deep clean, but as far as value for your money, this is a great deal.
The games in the basement & garage are awesome for a family! And you can't beat having a house to yourself with a full kitchen & two bathrooms with showers, near the ocean, in a really quiet neighborhood. (And we loved the new washing machine.)
Note: One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a king and queen. Would be better set up with king bed in one bedroom and 2 queens in the other. Just be aware of the set-up.

My stay
We stayed at this home for my son's baseball tournament. It was only 3 minutes away from the fields! The kids loved the ping pong table and it was much nicer than staying in a hotel! The back yard was peaceful and we loved seeing the deer back there every morning!
