We had a wonderful stay beach was a short walk about 8-10 mins quiet area. My dogs felt relaxed and back yard was plenty big. Close to all family activities. We recommend this place and will stay again if come back.

This was great for me and my dog to get away while visiting family in PCB. Quiet neighborhood, convenient to Thomas Drive & the beach, and easy to get to the park and restaurants in PCB. Easy check in and check out, good place to work with wifi, and back yard for pupper to play. Thank you! Would stay here again.

Perfect for pups with high fees
The place was great. Clean, good location, and femce yard for pups was awesome. I do have a couple of complaints. The pet fee is per pet which is not disclosed on the listing. It wasn't untill after I had paid the rental fee and sent agreement that I was billed for a second pet fee. At this point I had to either pay the additional fee or lose the $900 I already paid.
Also, I sent a message requesting a late checkout. The request was never acknowledged.
It's very much appreciated that they do offer the place as pet friendly and we did feel fotunate to be able to bring our dogs with us.

Great little house
Very nice quite neighborhood. Fenced yard was a plus. The only thing that was disappointing was the cooking utensils and skillets they need replaced and needs some bowls for cooking. But very clean and comfortable bed.

You will not be disappointed with your stay here. The property is very clean, tidy, and very convenient to Thomas Drive and the nearby beaches. We spend all our time on the beach when we visit and this property was perfect for the type of beach experience we enjoy. Dawn was incredible to rent from and made everything so easy.

My 2021 Vacay
The drive from Dallas was long. When me and my family arrived to the property everything was nicely arranged. Lights were on for a nice welcome. Fans were turning for fresh cool air. TV's were playing for a not so quiet and lonely arrival. The place had substsnce and very welcoming aura. I will most definitely be coming back. I most definitely recommend this property to anyone who would be coming to Panama City. Dawn was awesome and accommodating. Thank you ,Dawn!

Sufficient Beach House
This home was the perfect place to stay at with a dog, but could have definitely used some updates. The house was clean for the most part and everything was sufficient for a week away on the beach. The walk to the beach was a little far but totally doable. The kitchen lacked a few essentials such as a hot pad, but everything available was enough to cook meals in all week. The price was a little high for the shape the home was in, but it was still a get away none the less, and we felt safe and comfortable all week.

Finally a Place that allows big dogs!
The Owner was great about making sure we were welcome, answering very quickly which I have never had and it was great to bring our dogs. I can't understand why most places wont allow big dogs when most big dogs are well behaved and fully potty trained while small dogs are normally barky and not fully potty trained. It was great to be able to bring the whole family. I would not have minded the walk to the beach but my husband did not want to have to walk. Luckily there is parking at a place a few minutes down the road with showers. I believe the place name is described in the picture descriptions. It the early morning and late evening there is plenty of parking. During busy hours you can wait a bit and will notice people coming and going.

Winter Retreat
Enjoyed our stay! Enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The beach is wonderful, not crowded at all and our dog loved to be out running in the sand. It was very nice having the fenced yard for our dog. Only complaint was the neighbors bright light at night made it hard to darken our bedroom....we like it pitch black and it felt like the sun wss rising in the middle of the night.

Great little house
Great little house super close to beach but the couple blocks off the beach gives it nice quiet neighborhood feel. We travel everywhere we can with our dogs so the small backyard was perfect. They spent most of the time sunbathing. Check in and out process was very easy. The only con was no supplies (paper towels, dish soap, etc) but this was not unexpected based on the listing. Would recommend!

My husband and I loved our stay in this cozy, clean beach house. Our two senior dogs had a blast in the fenced-in back yard. We couldn't have been more pleased with the house, and plan to come back next year. Dawn was fabulous to work with.

Check in was simple and the home was very clean on the inside. The only issue we had was when we took our dog in the backyard it was full of dog poop. It says when you book that it has to be picked up prior to checking out. I carried my scooper with me and we picked it all up so that the kids could also go out. When I contacted the property manager to let them know I was told there was just absolutely no way that there could have been dog poop in the backyard. They even told me the last time an animal stayed there was two months ago and the lawn care company would charge them extra if there was poop. I guess I just imagined picking up 20 piles of poop. 🙄 I wasn’t wanting anything for cleaning I was just irritated that someone else didn’t follow procedure. I don’t think it was professional in the slightest to tell me I was lying.

Fall bike week, Panama City Beach
Great location, felt bad didn't want to disturb the neighbors. Stranger come in to their quiet place of residence with loud motorcycle. I kept it as quiet as possible and they were very nice. Will definitely recommend this property. Would be family friendly I hope to book again in the spring. Dawn was great.

We had a very good stay at this property.
The property manager, Dawn, was very helpful and responsive. She made the whole process simple.
The property was as advertised. Very nicely furnished and equipped. It was clean and uncluttered. It had many of the amenities of home. There were TV’s in all of the rooms and plenty of movies and reading material to enjoy during the down times.
It had great access to all of the right restaurants Like Capt. Anderson’s, Hammerhead Fred’s, Schooner’s and others. It had access to three boat ramps on Grand Lagoon which is primarily why we stayed there (Seadoo)
I would stay here again. The only items I wish were better were the following:
a. The property is at sea level, thus the plumbing at times was slow to drain.
b. The internet was slow between mid-morning and afternoon. I worked for most of the week while my family vacationed. SO, if you telecommute and use the internet, video teleconferencing only works with audio. Thus, I would like to see the internet quality improved.
In Closing: we liked the property and manager.

very disappointed in the condo
The location was a bit scary for me!! The condo was not clean. We were told to run the dishwasher when we left but the dishes in the dishwasher were dirty when we arrived. The bed in the master bedroom was not clean.!! There was sand in the bed. There were bugs in the bedroom , kitchen, and bathroom!! The tv in all of the rooms were on their last leg and you need a magnifying glass to watch them!! I will never stay there again!!

We had a wonderful relaxing week. We brought our two Am Staffs with us. They enjoyed the backyard and it was a short walk to Public Beach Access 12 where we would walk and swim with them.
