We loved staying in the pink house. We could feel the history, still with the convenience of the modern amenities and walk downtown to explore and experience what the city has to offer. Trader’s Joe and Whole Foods are few minutes away. It took us 15 min to go to the beach.
Luca and Amy were great hosts!

Nice place. Old home with a few quirks but very convenient to Downtown. Homeless problem is pretty bad in Wilmington but the food and riverwalk are still beautiful.
Host is very accommodating.

Wonderful visit. Great location in quiet historic neighborhood was perfect spot to rest while working each day on my son’s house. The home is packed full of classic historic charm and hosts were great. Walked to downtown eateries.

This was just what we needed, looking for a convenient place in Wilmington to stay with our dogs. Important to read the listing-the house has a metal spiral staircase inside (but exterior normal stairs outside-which works for the dogs). My one dog went up the metal staircase once, but it took him 10 minutes with lots of encouragement so I figured the outside stairs were fine the rest of the stay. The house is older with a mix of decor-but very clean and everything worked great (electric/plumbing/tv/wifi). I was a little worried about parking but we had 2 cars and were able to park reasonably close. The property managers live next door and were very friendly. We wished we could have stayed longer!

This is a lovely, historic home with everything you need for a great visit to Wilmington. Luca and Amy are incredibly thoughtful and accommodating hosts.
The location couldn’t be better. It’s walkable to downtown for coffee, shopping, drinks, ice cream, dinner, and the waterfront with amazing views and people watching. The neighborhood is so charming and far enough away from the noise of nightlife and bars. UNCW is an easy 10 minute drive. Wrightsville Beach is about 15 minutes away.

The locations is great, just a short walk to the main strip of downtown with other options even closer to the house.
The house was bigger than expected which was great for multiple people to work from the space. There were plenty of places to set up the home office. Wi-Fi signal was good if you are looking to log some work hours while you’re there.
Luca was overall very accommodating and I would recommended this spot for anyone looking to work and play in downtown Wilmy.

Planned a weekend getaway to see our son in Wilmington. Wanted a place to stay that was convenient and with some character. The CF house was charming, the hosts were friendly and inviting, the location was ideal. Only negative is that parking is on street only and not reserved, meaning you might have to walk up the street a bit to your car. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Three friends from work stayed to visit one’s daughter who’s in school in Wilmington! Great historic house. We’ll maintained! Super convenient backyard for kids or just adults hanging out around the fire pit! Only negative is 3rd bed is a futon & not very comfortable. Other 2 rooms are fantastic! Owner is very kind & offered to assist if we had any needs! Would definitely stay again! ❤️

1866 house -restored- in wilmington NC' s historic district. Lovingly maintained and improved by the wonderful owners, and convenient to the entire historic district. Our group was two couples (long time Navy friends) who vacation together every year. This charming home gave us a slew of new memories and stories to recount in years to vome. Fabulous all around experience!

Very nice neighborhood

This is a charming, historic home near downtown Wilmington. It is walkable to all the restaurants, breweries and shops in downtown Wilmington, and also to Live Oak Bank Pavilion (15-20 minute walk). It’s also an easy drive to see the USS North Carolina or to hit the beach. Amy and Luca are gracious hosts who are easy to communicate with. They have provided some nice touches to make traveling easier – sheets, towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee pods, etc. The WiFi worked great. As the listing says, the 3rd bedroom in the back is only accessible through another bedroom; this wasn’t an issue for us on a short stay.

We were traveling to Wilmington for a wedding and were fortunate to stay at this house. It was exactly what we needed. The house is split into a duplex with the owner and his wife living in the south side of the house completely separated from the north side. We had a small puppy and felt very comfortable in the neighborhood taking her out for walks. Not sure which bedroom would be considered the main bedroom. We stayed in the bedroom closest to the street. Very comfortable bed. Upstairs bathroom with shower and downstairs bathroom with a tub with shower. Tv has local hd tv channels. We went and toured the USS North Carolina battleship which is docked on the Cape Fear river close to the house. Well worth seeing if you haven’t been on a battleship.

Great location, close to plenty of food, views and entertainment.

Location Location Location Thats about all this smelly old house with the vintage thrift store decor had going for it. Spiral staircases was awkward, only had one shower and the crusty old towels smelled like mildew. The beds were very uncomfortable to say the least but loved the location
