This beautiful METICULOUSLY CLEAN and FULLY EQUIPPED condo is owner managed and maintained for vacationers looking for a carefree getaway. (Note: Many of our vacationers are repeat customers and book directly with me and VRBO does not post private-party reviews. Relax by the pool or explore nearby Mercato, a vibrant shopping and dining destination. Perfect for a romantic getaway, this condo comfortably accommodates two adults.

Enjoy your meals, spirits or just a cup of coffee looking out 4 doors that all slide open.
The full size open kitchen has spacious granite countertops, top of the line stainless steel appliances including microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and stove, disposal, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker, and silverware. Plenty of cabinets for storage. Washer and dryer are in unit. Beach umbrella, chairs and beach towels included.
After a day at the beach or pool enjoy the living room with plenty of seating and a 55 inch TV to watch your favorite programs. Free Wi-fi and cable are included.
Master bedroom includes queen size platform bed over 4 large drawers, separate chest of drawers, closet and a 27 inch TV. Impact window ensures quiet and peaceful evenings.

The property was excellent and exactly suited our needs. Bernice was an excellent host with timely and thoughtful communication. Location was great (short walk to a wonderful beach) Weather was great and we would highly recommend.

My wife and I travelled to Naples between April 11th through Sunday April 21st. The location of the condo is fantastic. You can catch every beach sunset and be home in a 5 minute walk. Publix just a short 5 minute drive off Vanderbilt Beach Road. Vanderbilt Beach is white sand and blue waters in both directions. Anywhere you eat around the food is so flavorful. The condo has a really spacious layout and a good view of the inner channel and water. This was a VERY easy drive from Fort Myers airport and the parking was simple with a numbered spot. The kitchen is a very good size and the tv area is the highlight, very spacious with a super comfy couch that reclines for extra comfort. There is a well known comedy club 10 minutes away that has big acts come through working out their new material. We saw Kevin Nealon from SNL the second night. Off the Hook Comedy Club. The owners of the condo are close by and (Bernice and Stephen) were always available for a text or call if needed and were truly welcoming. Lastly, the pricing of the condo in this location can't be beat. All amenities are close by and a beautiful beach is just a 5-minute walk away. 10/10

Beautiful condo with a very nice layout, and a well stocked big kitchen. Washer and dryer in condo. A beautiful swimming pool with incredible views. One block to the beach. Parking and elevator. Owners were amazing! A new park is going in and has a nice water view.

Clean, well equipped one bedroom condo in a great location. Easy access to the beach (laughing at the poor folks looking for parking) in north Naples. Property manager was informative and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time at Bernice & Stephens condo. It was exactly as pictured, clean, well equipped, and comfortable. We enjoyed the roof top pool, close proximity to the beach, and the sweet little touches the owners left for us. I would highly recommend this lovely condo.

My husband and I had a relaxing and fun time in this immaculate apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and great view. The roof top pool is clean and warm and a great place to read or take a nap. Walk to the beach for amazing sunsets and you are only a short drive away from excellent grocery stores and restaurants! We will be back!!

Property was 100% as advertised. Our hosts were great at communicating everything that was going on in the area ahead of time so there were no surprises. Very short walk to the beach! easy parking in a reserved spot. Our hosts even left wine and chocalates for us. A+

This was a very nice unit and location. Very close to the beach (which was a great beach) with easy access to restaurants in the area. Easy parking on the ground floor under cover and the elevator made access to out second floor condo easy and fast. Check in/check out was a easy with Steve and Bernice living in the buiding across from our condo.

This is a great place to stay and it is only 3 minutes walking to the beach. The kitchen has all the dishes and cookware you need to make your own meals. The condo is very clean and well maintained. The beach chairs and umbrella were complimentary, which was a plus. Easy communication with the Host Bernice. She was always available to help if needed. Great stay! Thanks Bernice & Steven !

Bernice and Steve are wonderful. The place is so clean and close to the beach. Loved the roof top pool and hot tub. Condo has all the necessary things and Berniece and Steve were very helpful and responsive. We will be back for sure.

Vanderbilt Beach is 5 min walk. Ritz Carlton is 3 min. Shopping and dining 3 min drive. Great location for walking, jogging or biking. Owners are very nice and very responsive. Condo layout, age and amenities are good, not great.

Another Great Stay In Unit 211 at Vanderbilt Palms

A return visit for the month of February in unit 211 at Vanderbilt Palms was as enjoyable as last year. Again, the unit was meticulously clean upon our arrival and a bottle of wine was awaiting us at our favourite table overlooking the bay. Soon after our arrival, owners Bernice and Steven Valdivia were there to greet us to make sure everything was to our liking. Bernice and Steven reminded us that they are always available should we need anything attended to in the unit to make our stay the best it can be. The location of this unit is excellent - a short walk to Vanderbilt Beach, close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants and other conveniences. The unit is comfortably furnished and equipped with everything you will need to make your own meals. The roof top pool is a favourite spot for us to meet other renters, several of whom are return renters at Vanderbilt Palms, enjoy swims, the hot tub and take in the surrounding views. Our thanks to Bernice and Steven for another enjoyable stay. We will be back next year!

My wife and I had a awesome time at this comfortable condo that was only a couple minute walk from the gorgeous sandy beach! We would grab a cup of coffee and walk the beach every morning. Bernice and Steve were the best! We enjoyed meeting them and are looking forward to seeing them both again next year. If your looking to be close to the beach-and you are- don’t miss the opportunity. Restaurants and all your needs are a close walk from the unit. Location, location! Thanks for the great experience!

What can I say other then it felt like home. Bernice and Steve did everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Clean as a whistle, well appointed, comfortable, and with a fabulous view. There is a reason for the expression, “location, location, location.” Everything was right there surrounding us and some of it even in walking distance.We’ll be back only this time it will feel like we’re visiting family rather than just renting a condo from strangers and we can’t wait until next time.

The condo is perfectly located a few steps away from the beach, across the Ritz-Carlton on Vanderbilt at the top floor of a 2-story building. The view of the bay from the family room & kitchen is stunning and even better from the private pool and spa area on the rooftop. Bernice & Steven were literally a text message away and very responsive (when the coffee machine died suddenly). They offered to check-in earlier than expected as the condo was ready. Private parking spaces for tenants and guests with car tags and main door with digital lock are extremely convenient. Deserved 5 stars.

The owners could not have done more to make our stay any more enjoyable. The apartment is in a great spot, five minutes from the beach and within walking distance of restaurants. Shops and more restaurants are only a short drive away. It has excellent facilities. Everything is top of the range, from the cooking facilities to the chairs and umbrella for the beach. There is a pool on the floor above and parking two floors below. Would gladly come back.

These accommodations were very nice. We enjoyed our stay and would consider returning on our next trip to Naples. The Palms were convenient to all the p;laces we wanted to see and visit. We especially enjoyed the pool on the top floor. The weather was beautiful during our visit and having access to the private pool was a plus. It was a short walk to the beautiful beach. We would recommend this property!
