I took myself and my 3 kids. It was for my daughter’s birthday. The house was beautiful. Kitchen was all updated. My chief complaint was that there wasn’t any air conditioning and when trying to just put the fan to blow to circulate air it blew warm only. Other than that I will say that for the price it was well worth every penny. The “check out” instructions listed that the owner wanted all linens stripped and taken down stairs and a few other tasks which I absolutely think is a great idea but I would suggest adding an extra 30 minutes to a hour for such requests allowing the guests to complete. On the plus side the owners did provide guests with many extras that most wouldn’t. For example I packed everything but forgot body wash! There were the little packets of bar soap which saved me BIG TIME so thank you!! I wish the house was closer to the beach but would definitely recommend to others!! Thank you for letting us use your beautiful home!!

Albeit very frustrating, I did not blame the owner for having a cold shower on my first morning there. He mentioned they had recently had the water heater replaced and a plumber did come out promptly. However, in the same communication, I expressed that the air-conditioning did not seem to work. Never got a response on that and the unit remained about 77° upstairs for our entire stay. Entirely too warm! Messaged the owner twice about the air conditioning unit and never got a response. I did notice in the Guest book that another visitor had mentioned the air-conditioning unit not working, and that was an entry from two years prior! And finally, the ad mentioned a nice patio. The patio has not been kept up and there was nowhere to comfortably sit outside to visit with my family.

My grandsons approved of the space as soon as they went in the door. Everything was easy to access and the host’s explanations were easy to follow and spot-on. The only downside was something that was completely out of the host’s control. We had cold showers because the water heater failed. When I messaged the host, he called a plumber and he came asap to correct the problem. I would stay here again in the future! It was close to all the adventures we had planned - ATVs, hikes, and body boarding. We definitely had a Happy Holiday!

Just a 15 minute drive to Pismo Beach. The townhouse was comfortable. There is very little almost no outside area to relax in. Worth the cost overall.

Ice maker didn't work. Wasn't notified. Some of the shades were broken and allowed visual access. And once again, the ice maker didn't work. That was a biggie. Should have been told.

This property was easy to find and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Property looked just like the pictures. The property was very clean and spacious. My family and I (4 adults, 1 teenager) were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Hosts were great! They responded quickly to messages and made the check in/ check out process very easy. Thank you!!!

The location of this home in Nipomo was great. Short drive to many free beautiful attractions. The rental itself had anything and everything you would ever need. The kitchen is massive and had everything to prepare meals. The neighbors and their pets were very friendly. I would definitely book this home again.

We have stayed here while visiting family for xmas the last 3 yrs. Great location with easy access to HI 101. Bedrooms , kitchen and living area all clean and spacious. We hope to return again in the future.

We spent two nights in Nipomo. Our destination was Daou vineyards in Paso Robles. Coming from LA in Thanksgiving traffic this was a very convenient midway stopover. We had two occasions to communicate with owner Sami who was friendly and helpful. The house itself was spacious, well furnished and clean. We heartily recommend this VRBO to anyone in a similar situation to our own!

Came up for Thanksgiving with family traveling in. We found the house to be comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. The bed was comfortable and having a garage to park the car i was great. We used the house to host Thanksgiving for 7 of us and cook a great meal in a very well appointed kitchen, with all the elements needed.

We had and amazing vacation. Staying here was like home away from home. It had everything we needed and more. It was close to our favorite spots to visit. They neighborhood was nice. And a bonus being able to park in a garage. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall not bad but did not appreciate the barking dog especially every morning at 5 am. Very disappointed that the ice maker was “out of order” but I suspect the property mgr just didn’t want to deal with it. Also no matter how much we ran the air conditioner the house never got cool enough even though it was only 72 degrees outside.

Spacious, clean, comfortable and easy to get to! It naturally stays pretty cool, though we did use the fans that were provided to stay extra comfortable. They really make it easy by providing lots of mats for the kids to lay on. Easy check out in a super nice quiet neighborhood.

Great location to stay to visit family and very reasonably priced for a family with children. Loved being able to park in the garage since we were from out of state. Nice size kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Rooms were nice also.

Place was in good shape, quiet and a good price for the area. Before booking I asked about the check out/cleaning procedures and was told to only do 2 things but later the list for check out/cleaning was longer and we ended being late to our family engagement that morning because of the extra things we had to do to check out. Other than that it was fine.

This was our 2nd stay at this property.. My wife, adult son and I visit the central coast each year at Christmas to visit relatives.. the Nipomo location with easy access to HI101 works great for us.. The property has everything we need for our ~ week visit.. An added bonus is take out from the nearby Jackos restaurant..

We came for a long weekend to relax and take in the ocean climate and do a little wine tasting. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants and shopping. House was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Was really nice to have a garage to park in! Plenty of towels and extra linens if needed. Some pots and dishes were dusty or still had food on them and half the soap dispensers didn’t work- both minor and manageable. Nice to have two separate rooms and baths for traveling couples. We would stay here again.,

This was an excellent property to stay. We had private parking. the 2 Bedroom Unit was spacious and the kitchen was fully stocked with all of the items needed to make your meals. Has plenty of Light and the appliance were fully functional. and good WiFi The only thing was that the TVs in the bedrooms were not working. And the Guest book needed more pages added. I was not able to add my Thank You notes

We visit family in the Central Coast each Christmas, and this location was perfect for us... The house is clean and had everything that we needed.. Nice kitchen living area and bedrooms. Quick access to the freeway and a nearby Von's store also a plus..
