With Ski In Ski Out access to the base of Peak 9 and the Quick Silver lift, you can Ski Home for lunch or hot chocolate. During the summer, you'll be just a short one block walk to all the great summertime activities along Main Street. The kitchen is fully equipped, including the little extras like a Coffee Maker, Coffee Grinder, Crock Pot, ice maker, cookware, bake ware, utensils, spices, place settings for 12, and more.
You can take a dip in one of the FOUR large onsite hot tubs (waterfalls included) to sooth your weary muscles. Kids of all ages have access to the Fitness Center which includes an Indoor/Outdoor Heated Pool, Dry Sauna, Steam Room, and a wonderful gathering space with billiards, video games, and televisions. The movie room, and XBox Gaming room is now open and available to reserve on a first-come, first-served basis.
Choose from three onsite ski equipment rental shops on the plaza level of our building - and the Breckenridge Ski and Ride School is just across the Plaza in the Maggie Building.
When you've finished your daytime adventures, enjoy the Comfort and Conveniences of home. There's a 42-inch LCD HDTV with DVD/VCR player in the living room, a 31-inch LCD HDTV and DVD player in the King Bed Master Bedroom suite and a 26-inch LCD HDTV and DVD player in the Queen Bed plus twin pull-out Guest Suite. There's even a DVD Library right In the Condo. If you've already seen our selection, video rentals are available in the lobby of the Resort. There are Board Games and Books for your pleasure, too. There's Room for everyone to kick back and relax in the great room; even a Cozy Gas Fireplace to warm your toes after a long day of skiing and adventure.
When it's time to sleep, rest assured the Beds are Comfortable and include High Quality Linens. In the Master Bedroom Suite, with access to the balcony, there's a King bed, with a View of Peak 9 and the Quick Silver lift. In the Guest Bedroom Suite, there's a Queen bed and a twin memory foam pull-out. Both bedrooms have their own Full Bathrooms that have been Completely Upgraded with Granite and Tile Surrounds. This means that you will have a space to park, it just may not be in the same place if you move your car. WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO OFFER ADDITIONAL PARKING PASSES FOR GUESTS WITH MORE THAN ONE CAR. There are several town lots that offer low cost parking.
CLEANING PROCEDURES
Prior to each guest check-in, the Great Breck Condo will be professionally cleaned, using guidelines from the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA), which are based on publicly available information from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). Hand soap will be available at all sinks within the condo to allow guests easy access to hand washing. There will be a chemical disinfectant available under the kitchen sink for guest use during your stay.

We were very happy with our stay at this property, and would stay here again. The property was conveniently located and provided so much to do for my 3 year old grandson. - a small mini golf area, a beautiful indoor/outdoor pool and a club room area with free old school video games. I would highly recommend this property to families.

Perfect location with a short walk to the chairlift and downtown. Amenities are amazing. The only downside to our stay was the unit did not have a washer/dryer in the unit.
Great communication and checkin process.
Underground Parking was a bit confusing at first since it was our first time in The Village, but the front desk was able to explain the different parking areas and how to access them.

The photos do not do it justice, it is SOOO close to everything and walking distance to Main Street, ski school, ski rentals, free parking, seriously PERFECT location for family with young children! Will definitely stay here again!

A great view of Peak 9. Walk out the front door, across the plaza, and you are there! The layout of the 2 bedrooms provides privacy. The kitchen is small, yet provides everything you need. The heated garage is a blessing! No need to move your vehicle once you park it. Everything is within walking distance. Anglea the owner is very accommodating and answers any concerns promptly. We hope to rebook in February 2025! Thanks Angela for sharing your home with us!

This was our families first trip to CO. It was a bit of a bucket list item for my husband and it was nearly impossible to get my boys off the mountain. Breckenridge is a fantastic location and the condo had everything we needed, and the location (and beautiful town itself) far surpassed what we could have imagined!! We took full advantage of being literally steps out the door to shopping and restaurants in the most spectacular little village we could have imagined. We loved being able to reserve the movie theater and the gaming room and the upstairs game room was wonderful too. With two adults, two teenagers and an 8 year old there was so much for everyone!! Breckenridge was breathtaking and we made a day trip to Vail which was perfection. We enjoyed every single moment, never wanted to leave and cannot wait to get back!! I also wanted to mention that PMI was wonderful and responsive. We had an issue where the tv in the living room didn’t work and they were communicative and timely in sending someone to check it out. Turns out it needed a new cable or two but it was fixed within 24 hours of us notifying them. An accommodation for a late checkout was the cherry on top of a truly spectacular week.Breckenridge cant be beat and the location of this condo could not be more perfect. Steps to the lift line and steps in the other direction into town. Just perfection. If you are on the fence about booking, do it! You will not be disappointed in the beautiful condo or perfect location

My family of 4 recently stayed at the Great Breck Condo. The property owner provided all of the detailed information we needed for check in and answered all of our questions, responding in a prompt manner. The property was in a great location close enough to walk to restaurants, shops and the gondola. The condo was beautiful with lots of natural light, space to hang out with family with plenty of privacy with the 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom layout. The owner also provided a lot of information on the area, games and snacks. They thought of everything we needed. We had a great time and will rent again the next time we visit Breckenridge!

We stayed in this property for a week of skiing/snowboarding. The location is perfect. Walking distance to Main Street and a 100 yard walk to the lift. The property was just as advertised. The only complaint is not having a clothes washer and dryer in the unit. The unit has everything you need otherwise and the kitchen is fully stocked. Awesome amenities as well. More than enough jacuzzis, games for the kids, sauna and steam room.

Great location near town and Quicksilver Lift! Quicksilver lift is great for beginners but otherwise just a means to get to Mercury or Beaver Run or Falcon. Main street is only a few steps away. Awesome location!
The place was furnished nicely and had a well-equipped kitchen. Trash shoot located a couple doors down was very convenient.
During President's Day Week (popular ski week), at times the single elevator at Wetterhorn required some wait time. Once the main parking garage was 100% full and had to spill over into an adjacent garage that was super tight to maneuver.
Would stay here again for sure!

This is our second year to stay in this condo at the Villages. Definitely plan on staying again next year. The condo is well appointed and the kitchen is stocked with items to make your stay easier. The views from any room as amazing. You feel as if you can reach out and touch the mountains. The view from the balcony make you feel as if you are living in a painting. Such a short walk to the lifts and right across the street are restaurants and shopping. Convenient to everything!

Great location at the base of Peak 9., close to both the Quicksilver chair lift and downtown. We walked everywhere during pier stay. The condo unit provided a nice ski getaway for our group which included two couples. Kitchen was well stocked and we made good use of it to cook breakfast. The living area was comfortable and the gas fireplace was a nice touch. Also, great balcony overlooking the village square and mountain. In our opinion, the pillows on the beds were too flat and uncomfortable for sleeping. We had a car so the parking garage was a nice amenity. All around great place and we would return.
