Charming and fully renovated unit is now available for your enjoyment! Designer/owner has completed a stylish remodel and is certain that it will become your favorite St. Paul rental. Ideal location - on Historic Grand Hill, Grand Ave just steps south, and Summit Ave directly north. Shop and dine on Grand Ave and then stroll those calories away on Summit Ave while you are taken away by the architecture and grandeur of century old mansions. Bikes can be rented one block away if you prefer to two-wheel it.
This one bedroom retreat has everything you need with attention to comfort and style. New bamboo floors, walls, kitchen, bathroom, and furnishings. Additionally, you also get the use of the front porch for those summer moments of relaxation and people watching! I also operate/own VRBO #373111, another one bedroom unit, literally next door - so I am an involved and accessible part of my guest's stay should needs arise. I hope you choose to stay with me for your next St. Paul excursion!

I had a very enjoyable three night stay. The apartment location is absolutely perfect, especially if you enjoy strolling in historic neighborhoods. Very walkable to numerous restaurants, as well as a well-stocked co-op. Parking is easy, as promised. The weather did not require the use of the window air conditioners, though I appreciated the fan I found in one of the closet. Owner was very responsive to my requests. Definitely recommend!

I had a close friend that passed and needed a nice place close to grand Ave in St. Paul and this place ended up being absolutely perfect. The host was so kind and communicative and I wanted for nothing. The apartment was clean, updated, had snacks, coffee and a great bed. The ACs worked, everything worked and was so organized. Best of all it was basically on Grand Ave and I got to experience my old neighborhood once again. Tysm for a wonderful stay, I will definitely be back.

This property was perfect. Super cute place to stay and the location was mint. I used to live in the neighborhood and so enjoyed easy access to Summit Avenue. Property owner turned on the AC before I arrived and checked in on me via text after a few days. I felt safe and it was very quiet. There was coffee and snacks. And I must say the pillows were so comfortable.

Great location with comfortable layout and easy stay. Host was very communicative and really helpful. We were able to walk to great shops and restaurants while being able to easily get around the city. Would stay again anytime we are in the area.

The property was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The internet was the only problem we had... hopefully that can be fixed for future guests! Had a wonderful 4- night stay with my 18 year old while looking at area schools. Lovely old house with the apartment on the top floor. Lucked out with the weather and enjoyed sunny days with the light filled space. The location is perfectly located with lots of shops and places to eat within a few blocks walk. Plenty of parking and really easy to find. Would absolutely stay here again.

I had a wonderful time in this dainty little apartment set up. Stacey is a great and responsive hostess. The house is lovely! It is well located near restaurants, wine stores, yoga studios and salons. It feels safe and is easy to get to. I slept very well on a comfortable bed! Will stay again!

I have stayed here twice so far and plan on staying at this property for the rest of my duration at Mitchell Hamline School of Law. The property is well stocked with bedding, towels, and pots and pans. The owner has also been very responsive and helpful for all of my stays. The unit is also very quiet, which is a god send because I am such a light sleeper. It is also steps away from the 63 and 65 buses, which is great for me to go out to eat or buy groceries.

The perfect place for a two week visit to St Paul over the Holidays. Charming apartment with a wonderful location. Stacey’s a great host (checked in but didn’t check up), she even had a cute tree set up and a box of chocolates for our home away from home at Christmas! Highly recommended.

Charming place to stay in the heart of St Paul. Walking distance to all the historical sites and restaurants. Perfect for two people. Good size bathroom and bedroom. Comfy sofa for reading or watching TV. Our host was easy to contact and she made our visit perfect. Would highly recommend.

Stacey is the best host and this is a perfect location for a fall getaway in St. Paul. This charming apartment is just as it is described. The location is great for exploring historic St Paul and wonderful restaurants. It’s also easy to get out to the surrounding forests for a hike. The home was clean and comfortable. Stacey communicate well and is a gracious host.

Excellent spot & location! So may good places to eat all within a few minutes walk up Grand Ave. Very clean and comfortable. Access to the washer/dryer in the basement was super convenient. I was in heaven at this property. I had no idea what a great location it's in. One short block from Summit Avenue with all it's history, beautiful architecture and stunning mansions and on Grand Ave with all it's charming shops, restaurants and bars. Everything I needed was just a short distance away. Instead of staying with family, I chose to stay here and I'm so glad I did - a charming, bedroom, bath and living room were all mine and the kitchen had everything I needed (and I cook when I travel). Stacey was available if I needed her, parking, check in and cleanup was super easy. She has renovated very cleverly, giving lots of counter and shelving space for renters. I will be back whenever I visit family - and happily so!

First of all: you are walking distance to shops/restaurants on Grand Ave. Second. The furnishings and beddings are clean, updated and super comfortable. (LOVED the bed/bedding an pillows! A must have for me) 3rd. Easy street parking. 4th. Stacey was involved and communicated before during and after our stay. It is a second level apt so as long as u can use stairs it’s perfect. My adult son used the pull out bed and we didn’t feel crowded at all. Also it was quiet and private. . I highly recommend this property! I will definitely book again when visiting St. Paul THANK YOU STACEY!!
