This family friendly Caribbean getaway offers 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests. Sporting a captivating ocean sunset view from its private balcony this sub-penthouse offers all you need to enjoy the comforts of a home away from home.

The Living Room boasts a plush sofa and oversized chairs for you to kick back and relax. The Family Room features a sectional sofa with recliner, ottoman, and 55" Smart TV with cable HD TV. An inviting Dining Room offers seating for up to 6 at a sizeable round table perfect for conversation, planning the next adventure or a game of poker. The kitchen offers all you need to prepare your favorite meal or serve your favorite “take out.” Here you will find blender, toaster, indoor grill, coffeemaker, espresso machine and other surprising extras.

The private balcony just off the dining room offers plenty of seating for all to enjoy the breathtaking view and picture-perfect sunsets. The Master Suite is an escape all unto itself with a king size bed, 43" Smart TV with cable HD TV, mirrored dresser, walk-in closet, and ensuite. The Second Bedroom features two 5-inch post twin beds and tall mirrored closet doors that make this room bright and airy. For extra sleeping there is a sofa bed in the main living area.

This condo offers special touches to make your stay enjoyable including beach gear, (towels, chairs, cooler, beach toys, etc.), entertainment (table/board games, WiFi), a comfortable working desk, and other special extras.

This prime location is minutes from some of the best beaches on the island including Crashboat Beach (5 min) and Jobos (10 min). Puerta del Mar is a secure, modern, gated community with controlled access, security guard and security cameras. This inviting escape offers getaway spots where you are sure to find serene and tranquil moments - lounge by one of the 2 adult swimming pools, cool off inside the Infinity pool with seascape view, or enjoy a drink on the sundeck by the gazebo or the miradero with a view of Aguadilla Bay. For the more active vacationer, the area is bursting with adventure both on and off the water -- snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, surfing, horseback riding, hiking, a round of golf...

For the tourist in you -- take a scenic drive to explore the many area attractions - Hike the Guajataca State Forest Park (~40 min away); Tour the 3rd largest underground caves at the Rio Camuy Cave Park (~30 min away); or take a drive to the southwest part of the island to see La Parguera Bioluminescent Bay (~1 hour away). Our condo has maps of the island and tourist magazines for your viewing. Once your reservation is confirmed we will provide you with detailed information about the area to help you plan your stay. We are frequent visitors of this island and former residents.

The condo is convenient to various essential locations: Supermarkets, bakeries and eateries are located within 5 miles; Local area shopping malls/centers are 5 to 10 minutes away. An active Military Exchange is less than 10 minutes away. Raphael Hernandez Airport (BQN) is less than 10 minutes away from the condo.

The condo is clean and very spacious. Several nice beaches are within 5-15 minute drives. The balcony overlooks the pool and the ocean! The area is not very walkable, so you’ll want a car, but it’s a tranquil, beautiful complex.

We stayed at this condo for my kids’ (8 and 10) Spring Break (April 2024) and had four other families staying in different condos at the same complex. We could not be more pleased with our experience. Liz was highly communicative and very helpful. The unit was very clean and nicely apportioned. Lots of extras for a fun family beach vacation—coolers, chairs, umbrella, sand toys, etc. The kitchen was perfect! Everything we needed for our stay. All utensils , pots, pans, etc were nice and in good shape. Filtered water via the fridge was very convenient. The infinity pool was a hit with kids and adults alike and the common area/grill/outdoor kitchen was a very nice feature. We also appreciated the ice machine around the back of the outdoor kitchen. Unreal view and spectacular sunsets. Security was friendly and attentive—the area and complex were very nice and safe. The only minor drawback was a grumpy owner or two at the pool, but who could blame them when our group had 14 kids. (Don’t move the lounge chairs!) A fantastic experience overall. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Puerto Rico!

This was one of our best trips to Puerto Rico and we've been here many times! The condo owner went out of her way to be helpful and left us clear abd detailed instructions. The unit was well equipped- and had the extra benefit of facing west for the sunsets. Community pool was quiet and large enough for lap swimming. Crashboat Beach was a quick drive (less thsn 10 minutes).

All I can say is this: "Liz (owner) thinks of everything you might need to enjoy your stay and MORE!" I highly recommend this condominium for your stay in Puerto Rico. it was very clean, excellent views, close but not to close to the beautiful infinity pool and only one mile from Crash Boat Beach which is one the best in PR. In the future I will look for any condominium that Liz owns that's available to rent for our next trip to PR... and I recommend you do the same.

We had a wonderful time in this condo. We wanted something farther away from San Juan and this fit the bill. The complex overlooked the ocean and the unit overlooked infinity pool. Everything was exactly as advertised. The owners were wonderful to work with. Thanks for everything Liz. I would definately stay here again if our family returned to Puerto Rico!

Beautiful place overlooking the Caribbean - gorgeous sunsets and infinity pool to enjoy it all. Quiet neighborhood, easy access to many beaches, fantastic restaurants all around. Anything you need to enjoy your stay is offered by Liz. Thanks for making our first visit to Puerto Rico so awesome.

We’ve stayed at Puerta Del Mar six times now as we travel to Aguadilla to surf and look for real estate. This unit was the best location only one flight up from parking lot and gorgeous ocean view right over pool. It was By Far the easiest check in experience of all the units. Liz answered our questions right away. As it turns out we have bought a house and won’t be staying at Puerta Del Mar in the future, I just wish we had found Liz’s condo years ago.

What a find! This was our favorite Puerto Rican vacation condo and we’ve been going there for years. Spacious 2bd/2ba with a balcony overlooking the west coast of PR, and Crash Boat Beach, it was everything we needed and hoped for. Owners were terrific communicators and even from weeks before we arrived, made us sure we’d have a wonderful stay in their place. We were a party of 4, one college-aged son plus a friend his. The condo was a perfect set-up with great appointments inside, gated security, an amazing infinity pool, and was walkable to the beach. The kitchen had everything you’ll need and all the consumables were well-stocked when we got there. We walked in and felt right at home. 2 parking spaces, laundry. and great air conditioning. Like I said, it was everything we needed and hoped for in a one-week stay on the west coast of Puerto Rico. We tip our hat Liz’s way…she is a super host! Thanks for a wonderful stay and we hope to be back soon.

This was an excellent property. We felt very safe. The views are great. Everything in the unit was in excellent condition. If you plan to go to the North-West of the island this is the best location we saw. We would book this unit again if we return.

My wife and I have waited over 2 years to finally feel travel was safe in our covid world. We were elated to travel to Puerto Rico and spend some time relaxing.The condo was beautiful inside and out.Clean and nicely decorated and location was perfect for local shopping and daily excursions to beaches, points of interest.Million dollar views from balcony, sunsets to never disappoint . Liz and her husband were awsome every step of the way from initial booking and throughout our stay.They made us feel like family and were available at any time to assist us in any way possible need be. All the above made for a great trip longing to return asap !!!!
