Flanigan's Villa is the perfect romantic getaway for two. This exclusive extended-stay private lodging villa is a secluded residence of 1/3 acre with free parking onsite. It features contemporary, luxurious furnishings, a spacious 1200 square foot area with one bedroom and a king-size bed. The villa also boasts outstanding views, a baby grand piano, a private art collection, and a gas marble fireplace. Other amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, jetted tub, canyon views patio, outdoor dining with gas BBQ, and private parking.

Flanigan's Villa is your private home away from home. As an extension of Flanigan's Resort, our villa offers access to a full-size pool and hot tub, and our meditative hilltop labyrinth. As our guest, you will also receive a discount on the breakfast buffet at our restaurant, the Spotted Dog.

Property is conveniently located in close walking distance to entrance of Zion Park but unfortunately , it is also on a very busyi and rather noisy road. We should have been warned.

I had a wonderful stay here. The Villa was very clean and spacious and even came with my own family of deer that visited daily. The views are breathtaking. The staff is very friendly at both the spa and the restaurant. Highly recommend!!

This is a top notch property within a 5 minute walk to the Zion Visitor Centre. The home is very roomy and clean with lots of out door space to enjoy the red rock views. The furniture is all very comfortable (inside and out) and the baby grand a nice little bonus if you are a piano player.

Amazing House Right Next to Zion Park

We booked this home through the Cliffrose Lodge (next door to the home) but somehow they screwed up and never gave the reservation to the owner. We did however call the owner before we arrived and fortunately the home was not reserved yet and she took care of everything. The house is within walking distance of the park and is absolutely amazing. It is also on the Virgin River. The only complaint was about the queen bed off the living room. It was too soft for my sister in law so she had to sleep on the couch. The downstairs bedroom with the queen is more like a studio apartment (without a kitchen) and we loved that. Booking this home also included all the amenities at the Cliffrose Lodge including free breakfast that was pretty good. Eggs, breakfast meat, potatoes, breakfast burritos, cereals, breads/bagels, muffins, yogurts, milk, juice etc. I would highly recommend the Hummingbird Villa for anyone wanting to visit Zion. We would rent again in a heartbeat.

This Villa is in the perfect location! Walking distance to Park entrance. Across the street from a great restaurant. Lovely accommodations...comfy bed, cozy throws Julie (the owner) thought of everything. Can't wait to go back!

Villa I is a wonderful accommodation--probably the best anywhere! Space is exactly as represented on the web site. Interneet worked great, Dish satellite worked just fine. It was so nice to have plentiful towel sets to use as we were in the Villa for a week & didn't wish to spend time doing laundry. Location is excellent. Space clean & well-maintained. Appreciated the call from Julie to let us know the North Rim had opened--we made the trip the following day. A great respite for us since we had been on the road for 10 weeks before checking into the Villa. Great location for visiting Zion, Bryce, & the North Rim. Koodoo's to Julie for creating such an inviting space!

Beautiful 1 Bedroom Villa Next To Zion National Park

The villa is even nicer than the pictures can show - wonderful views of red rock canyons, walking distance to Zion, a Shuttle Stop right in front of the unit, and great restaurants within walking distance. Zion is beautiful in the Spring and snow covered Bryce was just a couple of hours away for a day trip. We had a wonderful stay and Julie, the owner, is a gracious host who makes sure that all goes well with your stay. Highly recommended.
