Relax and enjoy this newly renovated private guest apartment that is located on Ogden's east bench in a quiet, tree lined street. Classic 1920's and 30's style homes. This cozy 900 square foot open spaced apartment has an amazing view of the mountains from two separate covered balconies. It is conveniently located close to shopping centers, restaurants, theaters, blocks from the golf course, hiking trails, Weber State University McKay Dee Hospital and is only 20 minutes from Utah's best kept secret Snow Basin and Powder Mountain ski resorts. Decorated and funished with all of the comforts of home. It has a full kitchen with 6 ft island, refrigerator, stove, mircowave, dishwasher and disposal. There is a dinnerware service for 6, including silverware and beverage glasses as well as pots, pans, toaster, coffeepot,crockpot, BBQ grill and utensils. The bathroom has a large tub and shower with bath towels, hand and washcloth and rugs. The bedroom has a queen sized bed with brand new mattress and foundation, down comforter, dresser, closet and high quality bedding. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The open living area includes pub style dining table w/4 chairs, a large sofa, chair, ottoman, 50” flat screen smart HD television and Xfinity Cable TV. High-Speed Internet connection. WI-FI booster. If additional items are needed for your stay please contact the owner to see how we can accommodate your needs. The Guest apartment has no yard access. POLICIES: No deposit required but if any damage is caused during your stay you will be billed. Once booked, NO refunds will be given upon cancellation (VRBO offers trip insurance for an additional fee) and NO changes in dates of stay will be made. Owner/Agent Mount Ogden Golf course and Hiking trails are blocks away. 25th Street – center of Ogden activity with Historic Union Station. Other close-by attractions include: 1. The Junction(is a complex included the Salomon Center recreation complex, restaurants and theaters. Wahington and 23rd. Closed on Sunday. • Inside the Solomon Center you'll find: o iRock Utah, indoor climbing and bouldering complex o iFly, (indoor skydiving essentially) o Flowrider, a year round, indoor surf wave. o Gold's Gym o A huge indoor swimming pool. o A bowling alley o Three restaurants o The Fat Cats Arcade will keep you entertained with billiards, bumper cars (!), pool tables and an arcade o Across the street from the Solomon Center is the Megaplex 13 theater a modern theater complex with 13 screens. The Marilyn Apartment is a gem! Great location, beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and quiet. Excellent value for the money. Deborah is a top notch host! When we arrived we were pleased to find a homemade lemon drizzle loaf that was such a treat! Best we've ever had! We hope to return to Ogden for another ski trip and stay at the Marilyn Apartment.

Tucked into a cute East Bench neighborhood, coffee shop in walking distance. A treat from the owner upon arrival, tasteful furnishings, easy to find - perfect for 4 days in Ogden.

The property is so nice and clean. Great neighborhood. Deb the host is so welcoming and accommodating. I stayed 10 weeks for an internship and it was a great experience. I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying there again.

This was an amazing property for our stay in Ogden. The thought and love that has gone into putting this place together is perfect. Beautiful views from every window. Spacious. Spotless. Plush quality and comfort throughout. It was a perfect location for us to ski as well as see the sights that SLC has to offer.
The host Deb is delightful and so very helpful.
We recommend this property to all. It is exceptional.

The apt was perfect for my daughter and me. We used the well appointed kitchen, coffee nook with every sort of coffee maker a person could need. Back balcony was sunny and warm, darling bathroom with original tile and bathtub. House is close to trails for our run and super easy access to mountains for our days of skiing. Thank you for a perfect stay!

Our stay at Deborahs place was fantastic ! The apt. was perfect for my wife and I. Great location and just a couple minutes drive from downtown where you'll find numerous good restaurants. Ogden is a really cool town and everyone is very friendly. Powder Mountain and Snowbasin also are an easy drive and are great ski areas. Deborah is a tremendous host and very responsive if you would need anything ,which is unlikely. We will definitely stay at Deborahs on our future Utah ski trips. Couldn't have been any better !!!!!

Stayed at this property for a few days - it was very easy to get to from the Airport.
Surrounded by all necessities when you have long days and have forgotten a few things!
I was welcomed by the owner very nice and easy to talk with as well if I needed anything she lives very close.
A delicious lemon drizzle cake homemade - which was consumed by everyone at one of the meetings we had !! Thank You for an efficient stay!

Great, quiet location near it all!
We enjoyed our stay at the Marilyn Apt. Not only was it centrally located to everything in Ogden the apartment had everything we needed including an espresso machine!

Just lovely!!

A delish lemon cake was waiting for us and folks who need their coffee first thing in the morning won't be disappointed. It was a hot weekend in Ogden and the AC was a godsend. Many of the listings on VRBO and AirB&B had no AC.

Clean, charming, perfect!
Couldn't be happier with our stay! Charming, safe older neighborhood of beautifully -maintained homes, quiet except for the occasional bark of a dog. Nestled at the edge of town right near a park, golf course and gorgous hiking trails into the mountains. The place was a great use of space with pretty views out all windows. Kitchen nicely stocked, everything was super-clean. Bathroom had plenty of hot water. Comfortable furniture that looks new! Owner was super responsive and helpful with suggestions and even fresh baked muffins waiting on the kitchen counter upon our arrival. Tho only caution, and it is obvious, is there are a dozen steps to get to the apartment and if stairs are a problem, better stear clear....but maybe the delicious muffins would be worth it!

Excellent apartment, convienently located to reach the slopes and enjoy Ogden at night
We loved our stay in Deborah's apartment. It was newly remodeled with a coffee bar (make all kinds of coffee with ready to use beans) and a brand new kitchen island. We had all amenities that we needed. Deborah welcomed us with home-baked muffins, which were delicious! :-)
As we are two adults and one kid, the apartment was just perfect size. We could park our rental in the driveway, let our skis dry on the porch, and Deborah would clean the snow in the morning before we hit the slopes. We had view to the mountains and loved the wide windows through which we could enjoy the falling snow.
The apartment is 5-minutes drive to Fresh Market for groceries and Downtown Ogden for restaurants and movie theater, and is just off a main road to go to the mountains, whether that being Powder Mountains or Snowbasin.
We long to come back!
