Large space was perfect for everyone having their own space and washroom. The view of the lake was one of my favorite things bout this location. We spent most of our time out on the deck including eating our meals at the large table.
The third bedroom is downstairs with its own bathroom/shower. That was a pleasant surprise for our adult son.
The BBQ was used every day for cooking in. The beds were very comfortable and the linens and towels were very nice quality. We were just there in the heatwave and the air conditioning units worked great. The downstairs stayed nice and cool on its own. The hosts were so great. Sylvia promptly replied when the coffee machine wasn't working and came over immediately to replace. (With spunk and energy and her own personal Keurig might I add.đ)
We prefer Naramata to Penticton just because it is less busy. The main beach is right down the road and is beautiful and has washroom facilities. There is a little store that carries just about everything you need to grab. The bench wineries are fantastic and we even found and incredible brewery and cidery on the same road. Win win!!!
We would for sure stay here again.

We had a great stay at this VRBO. The house was as advertised. The views spectacular! A few more amenities in the kitchen would be helpful: non-wood chopping board, salt and pepper shakers with salt and pepper in them, potato peeler, etc.

Our stay at this house was amazing! Nestled in a scenic and tranquil location, this property provided the perfect retreat for us after a busy day at the Megavolt E-mountain bike races. The views were simply breathtaking, and we enjoyed every moment spent on the roomy deck, taking in the natural beauty that surrounded us! The house itself was incredibly spacious, comfortably accommodating our family with room to spare. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and there were plenty of amenities to make our stay comfortable, from good-quality linens to entertainment options. Overall, we had an unforgettable stay and would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a scenic, tranquil, and spacious getaway. It truly felt like a home away from home!

This is a great location for adult travelers, especially those visiting the many wineries on the Naramata bench. This home is also located near Penticton with many restaurants and services available.
The home is well furnished with comfortable beds and furniture. Furthermore, the rental is quiet with a wonderful veranda and dining area that offers beautiful views of Lake Okanagan.
We would rent this property again

We thoroughly our stay at this wonderful Lake View Cottage. The view is absolutely spectacular over the lake and the sunsets are incredible. The home is clean, comfortable and has everything we could possibly have wanted to accommodate a family. We are looking forward to possibly scheduling our next family Okanagan Wine Tour here again either next year or the following year.

The location was convenient for our trip to visit wineries. The house was clean and the beds very comfortable, appreciated all the spices and the bottle of complimentary wine. Glad there was a barbecue. What would have been helpful: garlic press, beach chairs and having top sheets on the beds, the duvet was too hot. Overall a nice place to stay. Judi

A great vacation spot for adults. Older home with a fantastic view, it was a very hot week so we spent all our time outside on the lovely patio/deck. Although the home is in a neighborhood it is very private and feels like itâs in the county. We had a lovely week.

Grateful that a family of 5 adults could stay in one great location - beautiful view.
Upon arrival it was very hot outside - so the house was hot and stuffy. I thought there was central air conditioning, but there was a window unit in the kitchen and a floor unit in the main bedroom - the 2 on together made it for a very comfortable stay (was pleasantly surprised).
Wasn't sure on the house configuration, so to help others - 2 bedrooms up (queen beds) and 1 down (double bed).
Thanks Sylvia for allowing us to use this space.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean with almost all the amenities one needs for a comfortable stay. I would suggest the knives be replaced or re edged, they are ok to cut most vegetables but they made a mess of the piece of smoked tuna and salmon I tried to serve for lunch. The close proximity to KVR, beaches, wineries and fruit stands was great. Early morning in the covered deck was tranquil and a great place for birdwatching with our 10 month old granddaughter. The lake views and sunsets over the mountains from the deck and living room was terrific. We hope to be back. Thank you Sylvia.

Clean and Cozy
We really enjoyed this property. The basement games room area was a lot of fun with our child. The only TV is the house is in the basement which I didnât mind, I had a iPad I watched my news on in the mornings up stairs. The view is beautiful over looks the lake and also a ranch with horses. The house has 2 air conditioning units one in a bedroom and one in the kitchen seating area. It didnât get overalls warm when we were there so it was easy to manage the temperature.
The grounds were lovely.
This place has to be the cleanest weâve ever stayed at. Thanks for having us Sylvia!

Near the KVT
We enjoyed our week here. The house is clean and comfortable and stocked with everything you need. The rooms are a good size and the basement is cool when the weather heats up. The Kettle Valley Trail is just up the road and the town of Naramata with a nice beach is a five minute drive away. We recommend this property.

Amazing home base for beaches, sunshine and touring!
Sylviaâs place is wonderful! You get an amazing view of the lake, from the wraparound deck, and living room window. We had four adults and two kids comfortably in the house for our stay- our son loved the ping pong table! Close to Naramata beaches (which are superior to Pentictonâs) and so many wineries, distilleries, and cideries. The house was beautifully clean, with all the necessary amenities. Amazingly comfortable beds and bedding too! Recently updated kitchen and bathrooms, with a hotel feel. We were pleasantly surprised to find HDTV in the basement, for evenings when weâd had enough sunshine and wanted to watch a movie. The photos donât accurately reflect the peacefulness of the yard and surrounding areas, large ponderosa pines, in the ravine below and lots of birds to watch from the porch with your morning coffee or while playing cards and enjoying a glass of wine. Naramata Store has all of your basic necessities, if you want to avoid going into Penticton. The house is also located close to the creek hiking trail, with access to the local waterfall. We canât wait to come back!

Lovely getaway
We had a wonderful stay in this Vrbo. Sylvia graciously brought a nice bottle of chilled wine and was very welcoming. The view is spectacular especially for sunsets. We ate outside every night and cooked every meal there. There are deer in the ravine, which we saw several times. Overall I would highly recommend this Vrbo for a relaxing getaway.

Great View and comfortable beds
Nice property overall. Lots of birds and the creek running alongside make the time sitting on the deck very pleasant. There are two things to note about the property - the kitchen is very small and dark and the road noise begins early and goes until evening.

Nice property for casual vacation
This is our second year of staying at this property. Works perfectly for groups with small children. The deck, which has an amazing view, keeps children safely contained. From the deck, we saw deer, an owl and many different birds in the trees. Close to all the wineries, beach, and a short drive to Penticton.

What a disappointment
This is a VERY dated property. I would call it a two-star property even though it has been âupdatedâ. It might be OK for someone in an RV who isnât used to amenities and would appreciate the huge parking area. Basement is dark and musty smelling. The only TV on the property is in the basementâa huge drawback for anyone with kids, as this is where the football and ping pong table are located. It would be great if there was a TV on the first level. There was ivory soap in the baths (we had to go out and buy bath soap), soap dispenser in kitchen that didnât work, no cleaning supplies, no steak knives in kitchen, cookie sheet that was not cleaned before it was put away. Salt and pepper shaker were empty. We are two older couples and thought one couple could shower/shave in the basement bath. Not possible. Very tight space, concrete floor and no electrical outlet. There is also no electrical outlet in the one bathroom upstairs that has a shower/tub. Basically, only the half bath (no tub/shower) has an electrical outlet. Kitchen is tiny. Four people donât fit at the bistro dining table, as it blocks entry to the kitchen. There is a beautiful side patio and patio table, but the weather was too cold when we were there to use it. The view from the upstairs living room is great. The location of the property is very nice, and the trailer houses above it and below it are well camouflaged with shrubbery. There was a railing on the concrete stairs which fell off when we grabbed it. We received no description of where the lock box was located. We couldnât find it for 25 minutes and the owner did not return our call for assistance for 2 hours. That was frustrating.

Perfect place for a getaway
This property was great. Clean, well stocked and a great location. Communication before the trip was fantastic, and the welcome binder provided was informative and answered any questions we had. The property is in a fantastic location for wine touring, and the games room downstairs was a fantastic bonus. The outdoor eating area was covered, which we appreciated since it rained most of our visit but weâre able to sit out and enjoy the view.

Peaceful, serene, private, clean, beautiful home with a breath taking view.
Great home to unwind and disconnect from the busy world. Very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, (although throw in some disinfectant wipes to clean up small messes), lovely outside covered porch, not to mention in the heart of wine town. Beautiful home!

The best view on the Bench
This is the 4th year we have stayed here. We always bring bikes and it is easy to head down to Naramata Road and then into Naramata itself. A bit of an uphill climb to get back! The deck is perfect for dinner with the magnificent view and cool breeze. It is a 10 minute drive to restaurants or access to the KVR trail.

Naramata View
The property was very clean and the view from the large covered deck was wonderful. It is an older home but the upstairs has been nicely remodeled. When I talked to Sylvia in person, she was very nice. For those who are new to short vacation rentals, like I am, this home is priced based on an occupancy of 4....there is an additional charge for the other 2 people....this will show when the price is calculated.

Clean and well maintained with a fabulous view
We stayed at this lovely house for 5 nights in order to explore the Okanagan wine country. Loved the location, the quiet neighbourhood and the well equipped kitchen. The house is clean and well maintained and the covered outdoor eating area is fantastic for appetizers, dinner, after dinner drinks and generally relaxing. Would definitely return.
